People kept saying dont do crossfit. youll get hurt. its too competitive. youre too old for crossfit. i went to crossfit herd and been rolling ever since. super fun place. coaches and people are jam tight. check em out. dont be a buster.

I dropped in at CrossFit Herd when I was visiting Lafayette. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I cant recommend them enough. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area and need a place to work out.
