As long as Ive had Acadian Security, no one seems to know the information/problems and refers me to one section after another. Danny Luke did a great job installing our alarm system. He is very knowledgeable and does a complete job. He does not cut corners and ensures installation is done right. He planned ahead for a future addition to our home when we had not thought to plan for alarm wiring by installing wiring during our initial building for the later addition. Was moving to the area from 8 hours away & was skeptical with other companies I called. Prices too high, didn’t offer 24hr monitoring etc.I spoke with Blake on several occasions & I wasn’t even the state yet & he had me a full estimate within 2 days of speaking.Once I got here two techs came out & took care of EVERYTHING! I work the night shift and sleep during the day. They kept noise down, didn’t bother me once we spoke outside & pointed things out, respectful to the fullest extent, & they even loved my dogs! This company no doubt makes you feel like family while they are taking care of you.Excellent customer service, instillation & they explained the alarm system down to a T for me. While my contractors were replacing my patio doors they damaged the wired sensor. I called the Acadian Total Security company and asked when could I get a tech out to fix my problem. I was told it would be a week before I would be able to get a tech. I told the operator that I couldn’t wait that long. I told her it was a simple repair and that I could do it if I had the part. She agreed to order the part for me.When I went to pick up the part, I saw that it wasn’t what I needed. The receptionist was trying to help me but she was at a loss about what to do. Around that time, Daniel Luke came in and overheard our conversation. He asked if he could assist. When I showed him the broken part, he told me he couldn’t promise that he would have the part in his truck but he would look. When he came back he had the part. From the initial consultation to the installation and every time weve had a slight hiccup in using our system, Acadian has been nothing but professional and polite. They also have special discounts for nurses, police, etc. I would definitely recommend this company!

The tech told me there would be no charge because the modem was changed. I did not even ask if there was a charge. When I got a bill I called. They asked the tech who said he never told me that. The issue is not the $125 for relearning cameras. It is not a safe feeling to know without a doubt that the guy your security company sent into your home, a guy with access to your personal desktop, computer password, alarm.com password, and complete access to your home security is dishonest.I had the issue above. That tech never came back and for about two years they have answered questions, made calls, and have been very dilgent. When my wifi changed they came the day I called and relearned all cameras.The tech was friendly and professional. Holding out on one star to see how it goes.

My alarm system kept going off late last night and I called Daniel. My husband wasnt going to be able to be home for hours and the alarms just wouldnt stop. Daniel drove right over. It turned out my fire alarms were to blame (so the problem had nothing to do with my alarm). He still checked everything with the alarm system. He found a connection which had become loose over time and fixed it even though it hadnt created any problems yet. He also insisted on helping me change the batteries in my fire alarms so they would stop and we could get a good nights sleep. I cant praise the customer service highly enough and we will never leave this company!

I had Acadian Total Security come to evaluate an older ADT security system that was in the house that I recently bought. The system was older and didnt have a cellular function, so it required a landline (which I dont have) to make notifications. The ATS asked what I wanted from the system, looked at my current equipment, and built a plan recommendation for me. They were able to use most of the existing door and window monitors as well as the motion detectors which saved me quite a bit of money. I was also able to add cameras that I can access online through an app to view real time footage. My front door lock was Z Wave compatible with the system, so they set it up so that when I key in the code to unlock my front door, it also turns off the alarm. I was very happy with the estimate and set up experience and 2 months later I am extremely satisfied with the continued level of service from ATS.
