Do not use this company. I have filed a complaint against them with BBB and the attorney Generals office. They did not disclose the HOA and HOA dues that the sellers had accrued to me[buyer].Because of that I owe about one thousand $ to HOA, that the seller failed to pay.

Had much respect for this company through our process was smooth and their staff were very courteous. Even though they offer to file homestead and mortgage exemptions as a curtesy and knowing that the customer is solely responsible for filing homestead and mortgage exemptions. Well long story short, the staff made a mistake when filling out the sellers disclosure which in return caused my taxes to spike up 106% for the following year. I reached out and explained the situation to them and how it this would have made no difference whether they filed it or I filed since there was a form filled incorrectly with wrong information. All I asked them was to acknowledge their mistake and see if they could help with the difference or at least a portion of the tax hit since it was their mistake. Their answer was no and that I should have caught the mistake, that’s what the forms are there for to read through them. Wooow, I’m no mortgage expert and I like any naive customer trusted their word on getting everything squared away properly. I wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference had I reviewed it anyway. What surprised me the most is that when I told Doug Vanderweilen I would call corporate to complain, his reply was “ I’m one of the owners so you are talking to corporate” I was disappointed by the poor customer service I received.UPDATE!Doug returned my call and agreed to cover part of the the hit, this is what I would have expected from the get go, we all make mistakes and at this point money should be irrelevant to any company wishing to provide the best customer experience. At the end of the day I am still a happy customer and appreciate the help I was given.
