SO HAPPY!!!!!! Pappy and his amazing crew went above and beyond to make our party great!!!! We really did not know exactly what we wanted and when they delivered what we ordered and saw that we were not happy they started brainstorming. They left and came back the next day with what made our party fantastic!!! The dance floor was the HIGHLIGHT of our party!! I have had many parties but this time was so different...having a dance floor made our party so much more fun!!! I have never had a company go so far out of their way to make me happy!! And this was after hours on a weekend!! Highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My family has been renting from Big Tim and Byron since the days of King Leon when they were the ONLY Rental service in town. They are the reason so many Tom, Dick & Harrys have tried to get into the Rental Equipment biz. As far as Im concerned they are still the only Rental service in town.

This is the second time I rent something and it breaks before we can even use it. Then I go to return this and the man was rude to me! This is a joke of a service. Both machines rented were clearly never serviced after the last use. Thanks for nothing Lafayette rentals. Never coming here again. Better off doing it all by hand!

JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT MY FRIEND AND I RENTED A STUMP GRINDER OVER THE WEEKEND THAT SEEMED TO BE IN NEW CONDITION AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF TO ONLY BE FOOLED. THIS MACHINE BROKEN DOWN AND WOULD NOT MOVE 3/4 OF THE WAY THROUGH GRINDING THE THREE STUMPS DOWN. TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY 4 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER AND NO ANSWERING SERVICE. GOT UP ON MONDAY MORNING AT 7AM TO BE TOLD THAT THE PUMP PROBALLY WENT OUT AGAIN THAT THEY WOULD SEND A BOBCAT TO PICK UP THE BROKEN INE AND SEND US ANOTHER ONE TO FINISH THE JOB. THE GUY SHOWED UP 3 1/2 HOURS LATER WITH NO BOBCAT AND NO WAY TO GET UNIT OUT MY BACK YARD SO ME BEING HE NICE GUY TO TRY GETTING IT OUT WITH MY 4X4 TRUCK TO ONLY DAMAGE MY TRUCK ALONG FENCE PULLING THIS MACHINE FROM MY BACK YARD WITH NO BOBCAT. THE COMPANY DID NOTHING TO HELP THIS SITUATION NOR A DISCOUNT ON THE UNIT. THIS IS DEFINATLY NOT THE PLACE TO RENT ANY EQUIPMENT FROM. VERY PISSED AT THE SITUATION!!!! I WILL NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM.

I rented a mini bobcat. It broke. They brought a full size for free.
