So this was my first time going to Morales and I must say my service there was done very professional the front desk was very nice to me everything was done with good quality the person overseeing my paper work was awesome her name is Taneika and she was very responsive and respectable she help me understand all the paper work I had to fill out made sure I knew exactly where I was going on my 1st day I give you ladies 5star they deserve it ...thank u

The Morales Group is wonderful. I have been in the medical field for 12 years and decided it was time for a change. I called to ask a question and within a few minutes I was filling out an application. Everything has been explained in full detail and when I have a question I know I can call and be treated with the upmost respect. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about any part of this experience or anyone in the office.

I had a great experience applying for a job. Crystal helped me with all my on boarding materials and helped me prepare for my first day. She was excellent help. Everyone was professional and helpful. Just be prepared to take time to fill out paperwork online. It took me roughly 45 minutes to complete this process.

Daughter got hired was to start December 14th. December 13th her mother was hospitalized with covid-19 and double pneumonia. Cassie Stout my daughter called early on 14th letting them know and that she was getting tested. She still lives at home and was exposed. Morales female employee said thanks for heads up and we will move you to the January 4th training. 2 days later Cassie tested positive. On the 4th Morales said she wasnt on training schedule and no longer qualified for hire! How can you do that with a pandemic know one can control. Please make it right and give Cassie Stout her chance to work.

I accepted my first assignment from Morales Group today. Two other offers did not work for me although I interviewed for one and could had taken this assignment. When I first went it in was great. They were friendly and helpful. On the second day things changed. I sent one email in the morning to check on a resume that she had sent out. She replied nicely. Then I thought I would check again towards the end of the day and that email was not so nice. She was very rude and put the whole email in capitals. So on day three I wait till late afternoon and send another email to touch base about another job no response. So I called and now all of a sudden no one is hiring. Don’t waste your time going here they will just lead you on. There has got to be better places than this one. I wish I could leave them a zero but that is not an option. This is the email I received from them.YES I KNOW THAT’S BECAUSE THE CLIENT HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK WHEN THEY DO I WILL REACH OUT MEAN WHILE I HAVE NOTHING IN LAFAYETTE FOR YOU UNLESS YOU WANT NHK IN FRANKFORT. Morales staffing is a agency I would not recommend anyone to work for. The Spanish supervisor that works for morales at Walmart is very disrespectful, and unprofessional. Today I got sent home because they mistaken me for another person that was talking back to a team lead, when this supervisor asked me about it I told her that it was not me and had me mistaken for another person because I saw it go down in front of me. She proceeded to say to me “ Don’t tell me what to do with my team leads”. I told her “ I’m not telling you what to do, I’m telling you to verify because it’s not me”. Instead of listening to my side of the story she continued to roll her neck and catch an attitude, as I was walking out I saw the girl (team lead) and I asked her was I the one that was talking back to her and she said no it was an older woman. Anyways I’m going to let morales dig themselves into a bigger hole everyone there told me that I should have went through a different agency or even through the company so there name will soon enough hold a bad name due to there incompetent and rude supervisor. Word of mouth will get around and trust god does not like ugly.
