Great staff they will drug test you on the spot . Urine but once you start working for s i a they want some hair
Overall a terrible experience. if you end up going fulltime to work st Subaru and you have to file for unemployment they will find a way to not pay it out or make you pay it all back even if you rightfully deserve the unemployment.
Good team working there. Very quick in processing, will not let you wait as per my experience. Lavita is good. She knows what she is doing. Keep it up team
Cti personnel truly care about their employees! They are always very helpful and informative. If there are any questions or concerns they are always super responsive.
I hear a class action lawsuit is in the works due to CTI allowing employees to come in with covid and then trying to fire people who have missed one day over the course of 6 months. They act like they need people so bad but then try and fire anyone for missing a day. Its absurd and I cannot wait to see the legal playout here. Cti and subaru are disgusting companies.
Have been employed through CTI for 3 years. Great environment and people. Always willing to go above and beyond the preceded norm.
Wasnt hard to find and the parking was close. I went in they where able to see me right away. It was very clean and organized on the inside and out.
By far the BEST staffing agency I have ever been too. The staff really strives to make a personal connection, they follow up with you during your 1st week to make sure you dont need anything and have always been very pleasant!
They are always late do not show up when. They open they will let u down
My first day will be Monday and my first time working for this staffing company but they have given me the best opportunity they where very friendly even though they were very busy even on the phone very polite they pretty much explain everything to you and what is expected of you. So I give them a five star rating.Thank you CTI
UPDATE 5-19-2021Had to move to 2 stars. Did my week of orientation 4-12-2021 to 4-16-2021 then got laid off for shutdown. Still havent been called to see when i start work or where i will be working and i know they are back to work. Maybe they honestly forgot to call me? Gonna start looking for another job.
The worst customer service Ive ever experienced at that building. One of the staffs had the worst attitude with me.
Took nearly 2hrs to do the application amd assessment was told i would have to come back a second day for orientation instead of them doing everything on the same day also if you fsil assessment you have wait two weeks to retake
The HR rep in SIA, been trying to fire an individual past two days. As this individual wasn’t feeling well. As part rules her job said DONT go into work. Get tested COVID. And quarantine. As this person did. Now test results in and cleared to work. This rep is saying that a vacation took place. With paperwork and proof. As no proof on his part. This is discrimination and if a loss of job due to unfairness and discrimination I am going help this individual file a lawsuit. This day in time people can not get away with things like this. Messing wit pple lives and money. Ignorance shouldn’t be tolerated no more in these companies.
They decided to arbitrarily in the middle of a pandemic mess with my pay and instead of direct depositing my check like they always have they decided to hold money hostage until I come in the office. I am 4 hours away and dont have the money to travel there and strict orders of the Governor to not travel at all. When I explained that my family is depending on the check to eat they did not care. They hung up on me and will not let me talk to the manager. I asked them to mail the check and they refuse. So I guess screw your kids Mr. Sebastian they just wont have food that is not our problem. What a joke.
Initial onboarding process very efficient, got me placed within a week of applying, great starting pay, decent benefits package available, very clear about policies and expectations. Thank you for the opportunity CTI.
Very professional and place you very fast and with great local company.
Didnt mind the wait, what I did mind was the lack of customer service. Attitudes all the way around, especially the lady at the front desk. They even sat and complained about how the applicants where asking questions on certain issues they came across while filling the application out. Like isnt that part of your job? So what if youve had to repeat yourself. I have worked in customer service for about three years and have never experienced customer service like this, absolutely terrible and I wasnt even here to fill an application out my husband was.
As of 2/15/18 it will take you almost two years to get full time. You’ll make 22k a year and you’ll have two weeks in the summer without pay and two weeks in the winter without pay. Trim is hell so if you get trim good luck. I hope you like swollen hands and arms. If you’re a young kid reading this. Join the military this place isn’t worth making less than the national average by the time you top out. You’ll make just as much and not have to work nearly as much!
Small but clean office. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Horrible customer service, told us to come in at a certain time to apply and then after we drove 30mins to get over here we were told we couldn’t apply and they didn’t help us in anyway.
This place is full of beautiful ladies who are eager to assist you with getting employed at Subaru. Never any problems. Call or walk in they will be glad to sign you up. Subaru is the only place that CTI will send you to. Including Work One of course. Glad to have had the opportunity to go through the process and start working within several weeks at the plant.
Enjoyed their time and they were very helpful
I have no problem with how long it takes to get hired on, I have no problem with their weak benefit package, none of these are my issue. My issue is you better input all your information correctly the first time. My paycheck is way late and yes I shot myself in the foot cuz I accidentally put in an extra number on my acct info but the time its taking to get my paycheck even though I quickly corrected my mistake is ridiculous. Instead of just fixing the issue they just keep ppinting fingers at everyone else I should be mad at. At this point its time to call corporate.
Never ever come here! My kid went to the hospital by ambulance right before i planned to leave for my first day. I called CTI twice and I left a voicemail and they claimed i didnt call. Theyre forcing me to wait 6 months because i didnt predict my kid would be taken by ambulance to the hospital. Dont come here. Theyre clueless!
Dont care that the temps get treated horrible by group leaders and dont care you dont get hired on in a timely manner. This is the ONLY temp place I have worked for that I wasnt hired within 3 months. And....two months later, still waiting on my last paycheck..
SIA isnt a place you directly hire into,it takes screening of applicants, work keys tests, simulation tests, and interviews. Then theres an orientation list to get on. So,if you think your just going to apply and start working the next week, apply elsewhere. Subaru only wants the best of the best and CTI does a Damn good job making sure their client gets exactly that. CTI has thousands of applications to handle on a daily basis and in my opinion they are as professional a company as you can get considering their Massive workload and responsibilities. I give them 5 stars because A: They have Always answered and handled any of my concerns in a timely manner politely. B: They got me into one of the best Jobs in Indiana. And C: Because well, they just deserve it for giving so many people in our State a chance to make an Above average living! CTI... keep up the Awesome work, you guys are doing Great things for good people!
Good luck is all Ill say. They have no online system for applications what so ever, which means you need to physical come in during their business hours and fill one out by hand then hand it to one of the 4 people that work there and hope they transcribe the information you just handed them into their computer system, if they even get that far... lost paperwork is a common issue with them. Of the 35 min I was as the only applicant their they took 2 phone calls lasting less than a minute and two of them verbally demonstrated a complete lack of Microsoft office ability as they couldnt even figure out Excel. When I was done all I got was if we dont call you in a week call us... which Ive done twice now both calls they had yet to find me in their system and told me to call back at the end of the week again... I have no idea how Subaru even gets new employees with their level of incompetence.
Ive done all my testing for SIA and even the interview and when I called for orientation they told me they referred me to direct hire and still to this day Ive been waiting for someone to call. Ive been tried calling everybody possible but nobody knows anything or they say they will call but nobody has yet. I cant sit around forever waiting for them to call I have a family to raise.
When they advertise for clerical, and you drive across town to find our they dont, kinda pisses you off!
Great people! Great Jobs! Great place to work for!
CTI just provides disposable employees to SIA. So Subaru can avoid paying benefits for hundreds of workers for 2-3 yearsThey dont represent employees. There interest is keeping Subaru happy.
What they do to temporary workers in conjunction with SIA should be a crime. 2 years as a temp isnt opportunity it is practically slave trade with very little benefits and long hours away from family.
Ive dealt with Payroll discrepancies for the past month now. I was Injured at work at told I would be taken care of and asked to sign a paper stating that I would only seek treatment from them. Then they denied me medical care and sent me home without pay instead of finding something I could do. When I called about getting the rest of my paycheck from a week ago to pay my rent, the office manager hung up on me.
It serves its purpose. But if you have more than a years factory experience try to get hired directly at Subaru. Its hard work. Its hard to watch people to the same job as you are but with benefits and higher pay and perks.
They are bad at letting ppl know bout changes
A testament to never getting a paycheck they wont give you a pay check i seen this before and had it happen to my its a waste better things out there not these people
If you need a job this is a place to go
Temp Services
Horrible place
