Called for a rush job on a wedding dress! No problem!! Done in 2 days!!

Over the last year I’ve brought them several jeans to be hemmed. They did a great job matching the thread with the original. I couldn’t believe how good of a job they did! I even recommended them to some neighbors.A few weeks ago I brought them 2 more pairs of jeans to be hemmed. They hemmed the jeans, noting they were nice and expensive jeans. I got home and noticed that they didn’t use the original style thread and went back to have them fixed. She said that they stitched the original hem. I tried to be nice and asked if they could redo them using the thickener thread that the rest of the jeans use but she declined and said she couldn’t and again that the thin thread was the original.I left dismayed and brought up the photos of me trying in the jeans that I sent to my wife asking for permission...with the thicker original thread on the hem!

Had a formal dress with two layers hemmed. Dropped it off Monday and they had it ready by Friday morning. Did a perfect job with the hems and steamed out the wrinkles for me.

Amazing dry cleaning done on my very expensive dress that is completely covered in beadwork. They were the first dry cleaners that accepted the dress with so much beadwork and I was skeptical such a small shop would be able to handle it. (They do everything on site.) It came back clean and every bead was in place. Theyll definitely have my business. Their English skills arent the best but theyre super friendly.

Took a jacket there to get a zipper replaced. Was told I would get the jacket back on Thursday as I needed it to go to the mountains on Friday. When I went to pick up my jacket, the employee told me it was not there. I was very upset but he did not seem to care at all. I asked him if I could get a bit of a discount for the lateness in return and he got very upset at me. Extremely poor customer service and a job not well done at all! I would never take anything to this cleaners again.

Dropped off a jacket to have the sleeves taken up a bit, was told a week. Come back a week and a half later and she can’t find my name in the system, or my jacket. Give them the “pink slip” and she searches for 20 minutes until she finds what she thinks is my jacket somewhere in the back corner, not covered or anything. At this point I’m trying to keep my cool and wanting to just get out of there. I pay and leave. Get home and try the jacket on to see how it fits with the alteration and the sleeves come down to the EXACT spot they did before I dropped the jacket off to have it altered. So $30 and a week and a half later my jacket had nothing done to it at all. Will be going back tomorrow to get a refund and find another alteration place. Never again!!

I drive all the way from Arvada because this is the BEST dry cleaner around. Great price, friendly, and most of all...reliable service. Our clothes look great every time!

I was shouted at!!! Three times in six months I had to ask this business to redo work. On the third time, they did not remove the pant stains for which I asked. The shopkeeper asked me to come later on the same night. I came after the shop closed, but the door was swung open. Instead of handing me the pants, apologizing for shotty work, and thanking me for continued patronage, the shopkeeper shouted at me that the store is closed!!! I had to remind him why I had to come back the same night, and yet he shouted again! Unprofessional. I am not returning to this establishment.

Did a great job removing some old patches from a training uniform. Would highly recommend!

Very good alterations, takes her time to get it right, and seems to genuinely care. Dry cleaning has been great as well. Most importantly, we trust her.

I brought in some pants I was running, and they fixed them up very nicely.

This place really is the bees-knees. Ive been there a few times. They offer reasonable prices, great service, and everything else youd want from a cleaner/alterations place. Highly reccomended.
