Denise the owner does a pretty good, detailed job usually. Her junior colleagues can rotate from visit to visit a bit, as is typical for the industry. In the end, after about a year of good work we then needed the house cleaned to sell before moving nearby. Surprisingly much was clearly missed and so we naturally just asked for a redo in the obvious areas. This seemed to irk Denise. We were later advised shed not like to clean for us again.
