I would not recommend going here. Overpriced and lazy customer service. Crew provides a much better service and deal. Also stay away from any under the hood services here. The so called mechanics have no clue of what theyre doing. As well the tend to put to little or to much oil in your car as well as other errors.

This was an excellent experience. I am normally a change it myself person but they got me in quickly and out even quicker. Prices are more than fair and they topped off fluid and even vacuumed out my truck. I will definitely be back.

Quick lube is not very quick. Pulled up with no cars in the bay. Took 50 minutes to get the oil changed.

During my last oil change they had a male Hispanic gentleman in a red shirt rev my engine to where it hit the rev limiter. And he held it there for almost 3 seconds. Then said they have to do that. When I called the number they gave me the gentleman I talked to basically told me to get over it. This company is a joke that dont give a F about your vehicle. And they prove it time and time again. I will be canceling my monthly subscription also.

When I went there seemed to be one young man working both sides to spray the cars before entering the car wash. He was going as fast as he could well being efficient. I was very impressed

We Use to like coming here. attendant was not friendly nor did he pre rinse not 1x but last 3x weve had the same male act this way he was busy sitting& looking around we get most expensive service and they werent busy at all.We will go down the street from now on to Crew CarWash

It had been a minute since I had been there, but I remember why I quit going. Seemed really expensive and none of the complentary add ons were performed.

Always do a great job, IF something gets by, they gladly let you go through again free and live that they give your car a pre wash before you go in to get the tough dirt and salt off. Free vacuums at the end. Sometimes some hoses are blocked but mostly good.

As the name says quick and reasonably priced no frill oil changes. My last visit I got in immediately and was out in about 20 minutes. Also enjoy the half priced car wash upsell.

Ive been going here just about 2 years now. Great service, get a free wash on Wednesday with oil change, fast service. Ive join the monthly wash 25 and its endles washs. Cant beat that to fight the winter snow. Oh free vaccumn

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Nice guys who work in the shop, but the manager Shawn is terrible. I will never do business here again. I took my car in for an oil change, and they broke the filter cap. The manager agreed to change the oil for free for the trouble of breaking the cap. I later brought the car back to have the cap they broke changed out, and I was charged for both an oil change and filter cap change, even though I did not get an oil change. I was not given my keys back until I paid for a service I did not even receive. I will be in contact with HR.

Went and had oil changed in my Tiguan. Pulled out of my garage and I had oil all over my garage, engine, and drive way. Called Quicklube to ask them what they were going to do about it and their answer was drive it back to the business and they would check it out. How can you drive a vehicle without any oil? Told them no we cannot drive the vehicle to them, then they said they could send someone to the house to fix it, but we lived to far away for them to come out. Husband bought everything to do it ourselves. Took the car into Quicklube today and the only thing they can do is give us a free oil change. Really? Will not be going back to this business because they do not take care of their customers.

This place is absolutely amazing. The assistant manager Chris is extremely nice and very professional! I have multiple vehicles and I take all of them here for oil changes and a half priced car wash!!!

None of the employees inside were wearing a mask. Then to top it off the carwash didnt even get my car clean.

They drained the oil from my car and did not have the correct filter to replace it with. Was told to wait a little while while someone went to the nearest auto parts store. Not a great experience. Will go somewhere else next time.

Their car wash left a finger nail deep scratch on the side of my moms brand new vehicle. Doesn’t even have 100 miles on it yet, and they said they won’t take any responsibility for it. I think it’s BS, so if you or anyone you know care about their vehicle i would 100% avoid going to Quick Lube.

No vacuum inside, no window washer fluid added, no window cleaning, but on the receipt it showed they did. Horrible service! I would go some other place to do business. It will be cheaper too. Car wash gate seldom works and it does leave water streak mark. Not recommended

Always a great experience only thing I’d ask be changed if possible is have online the different times....went on a Saturday for an oil change at 7 pm because online said open until 8 pm but that is just for the wash part. Still not a huge deal still always a great experience when I am there each time.

Paid for a ultimate car wash when done I noticed it said deluxe. Only thing they offered was to go back through did not even offer the money difference. They was busy already waited on the machines being down. You would expect to get what you paid for.

I went here yesterday this my my usual spot for an oil change . I drive away and noticed my engine sounds very loud popped the hood and the air filter cover was open . Not latched at all . And my tire value caps missing . I’ve never had an issue here but I don’t wanna risk anything happening to my vehicle . I think it’s the attention to details like this that really worries me . I plan on spending extra and going some place else from now on .

Paid for the ultimate, after pulling out there’s soap everywhere, they refused to re run it through a rinse cycle. Save your money, do it yourself!Definitely was the case! I asked the Mohawk guy to run it through on a rinse cycle as there was soap everywhere not just the bed!Based on other reviews I’m not the only one who has had issues.Instead of arguing with your customers maybe offer a solution? Just a suggestion

The carwash is ok. If you get an oil change they charge you for a vehicle inspection. I went in knowing my left headlight was out. When I was checking out I saw the inspection ticket. It said all lights were good.Where the ticket said lube chassis they said it was sealed. Its not though. On top of all of that they also put the wrong oil in my truck. I guess next time Ill have to stand out there and supervise.I want to update my review. I went back for another oil change on4/17/19. I did receive much better service. They even vacuumed my truck out this time. I was asked what type of oil I wanted. I did have to ask that the tie rods be lubed. They got done though. All around a better experience.

I paid for the ultimate wash and wax and my vehicle is still dirty- there are still bugs on the windshield and front bumper and the wheels and wheel wells are still covered in dirt and grime. It is not at all worth the $17 or even the $8 had I paid for the cheapest option

The worker on duty did not seem to care about his performance, but everything else about this place was awesome

Came for a car wash a couple months ago. Paid for the most expensive wash and received an Express wash. I told an employee and they ran my car through again with the wash I paid for. Came again today and paid for the most expensive wash again and received the cheap Express wash. It’s a good car wash when you receive what you paid for, but I don’t want to have to have the staff correct this problem every time I come in. Therefore I won’t be back. Crew car wash never disappoints.

They wanted $106 for an oil change. I washed my truck and got the premium wash, but my truck bugs all over the bumper and mirrors. The rims still had brake dust all over them, soap all the inside of my bed that did not get rinsed out and streaks all over my paint and windows. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

My oil change was completed quickly but also was a bit pricey for an incomplete job. The receipt says on the Service Checklist Vaccum Interior of Vehicle COURTESY...a courtesy I was not afforded and one of the reasons I chose to get my oil changed at this place of business. I could complain but Im a woman of age so I would be considered...??? Im disappointed.

Went to wash a brand new truck got home and realized the rims were still covered in blue soap. Called to ask them to reimburse us and they told us we already left the lot there was nothing they could do. $17.00 out for one wash.Isn’t the car wash the purpose of not having to get out of our vehicle?

After the wash, I noticed my car was still dirty and had soap all over it. I took it back. Two men told me that it was too cold to wash the cars properly and that the soap was freezing on the cars. They also said there was nothing they could do but run it through again. I had to ask for a credit for another time. They were not very friendly. If youre admitting that it is too cold to guarantee the cars get clean, why remain open, or, at least, let customers know. I went to Fast Eddies afterward and they had no problem getting my car clean, even in the cold.

I went in for a simple oil change, they broke off my valve stem and tire pressure sensor monitor, flattened my tire, made me late for work, and refused to do anything to compensate. Finally after complaining for awhile they agreed to give me a free car wash(which i didnt need not did I have time to get bc I was already late for work) and gave me $10 back(which isnt gonna get my monitoring system fixed). It took over an hour for the GM to get there to fix it because they didnt have the drill bit needed to repair the damage. They told me I was good to go, then after leaving, another tire pressure sensor malfunctioned, and my monitoring system does not work. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Paid $17 for an Ultimate Wash & received the Express Wash. They were so busy, no staff available to ask how to get wash I paid for. Car isnt close to being clean. Learned my lesson to never go here again. I will drive across town.

If you value your vehicle you WILL NOT get your oil changed here! They did not replace the oil filter in our vehicle resulting in engine damage. They admitted to it but they refused to pay to have it fixed resulting in a loss of a vehicle. Their mistake costs us thousands of dollars. This place is so dishonest, do not take your vehicles here.

I gave a pretty poor review awhile back. I had to come back and change. I had a couple of issues and I finally called yesterday. The manager, Adam was not there. BUT he was given my information and he called this morning. He took care of everything and made it right. I went over to get my car washed a bit ago. It had tree sap all over it. The guy that was spraying the pre-soak came over. Wish I had gotten his name! I asked him if he would spray it real good because of the sap. He sprayed all over my car twice and then had me sit for a minute. Then I went through the wash and pulled in to a vacuum spot. I looked at my car and almost every bit of the sap was gone! I was soooo impressed! I will definitely go back as long as my car looks this good everytime!!Thanks again Adam! 😊

Brought my new car here for a car wash on my way back to Purdue. I got the $14 one and overall it cleaned my car well but left some soap on my car that I had to wipe off near the trunk and side mirrors.

I cant speak to the oil change side of the house, but the car wash isnt too bad. I recently purchased the unlimited wash package for my new truck because I got tired of driving all the way to Crew Carwash on the east side. This wash is very convenient and seems to do a good job. I havent noticed any scratches or some of the other complaints Ive read in the reviews. I will say that, without a tonneau cover, the air dryers do occasionally blow the soap out of the bed onto the truck. It disappears as you drive and doesnt seem to leave much residue behind. Perhaps more water (or maybe more pressure) during the rinse would fix the issue, as the truck bed drains correctly in any other scenario. Either way, the unlimited washes make it easy to run it though again. Best wash on the south side of Lafayette.

Went and got my car washed the other day, after going through the machine I get out to check my car and I have soap all over it. I go inside to inform the workers, and see if I can have a water hose or something to get the soap off. The employee tells me to get paper towel it happens all the time, and they wont do anything about it.I call the headquarters in hoopston Illinois, explain what happened. The lady on the phone tells me she will call matt the manager, and have him call me.5 days later I call back because I never heard anything from matt, I asked to speak with his boss because apparently he is not doing his job. She said that is the owner and he does nothing with the business matt handles all that. I asked for a refund and she acted as if I cant have one for a horrible service I received.Only after informing them that I will take them to court over a petty $11 she calls me back wanting to know my address to send the money.This is a poorly ran company with poor machinery I will never use again and would I encourage others to do the same

I have a 2500HD 6.0. Can in for a tire rotation and oil change. Was told the rotation couldn’t be done, and I couldn’t get an explanation. Note this is not a daily truck, nor does it have aftermarket wheels. No reason it could not have been done.

Dont go expecting to get ice off car. I paid $17, and went to go thru again to get remaining ice off. I was told no, it doesnt remove ice. Ill stick to crew car wash, more friendly, and professional. Update: went to crew, was told I could run it thru as many times as needed. Went thru once, Ice was magically melted off. I do gi e props to the comedian answering reviews. For the laugh I give you 2 stars.

If you care at all about your vehicle NEVER go here!!!! Their car wash left a long scratch on my BRAND NEW car. What was even more disturbing was how management and the GM plane and simply did not even care that the car wash was damaging customers cars. One might think they would want to fix the problem immediately so it would not continue to damage other customers cars. But instant of owning up and taking responsibility, and making things right..they were nothing but rude! The worst customer service ever! By the way my car was only 2days old at the time. :( Very disappointed...never again customer that will continue to tell everyone I know about your place of business.

Yesterday I had wife and my daughter with me running arrands and since it had snowed out. I wanted to get the salt cleaned off my vehicle. As soon as the door opens a gentleman walks out and says its going to be a minute. Thats fine I have time to wait. As the door is still open a man jumps up from under the flooring in the carwash throwing wrenches and tools cussing and being rude at us. Now my daughter has learned some new words really appreciate it sir. Maybe take your frustrations out in another way. Not going back especially with daughter or wife in the car.
