I went to acadiana auto spa for the very first time this week 630am. I paid with my debit card the 12 dollar wash well for some reason the sensor didn’t pick up when I pulled in the automatic wash. I called the number on the building. Mr Kyle went over and beyond to get down to the problem! He gave me a free wash! Great customer service and very very nice! Need more people like this! Thanks again Mr. Kyle

Always open, clean and safe location, well lit in evenings. Today I was there and a lady had an issue with a receipt so I called the manager for help and he was there in 6 minutes. He was very courteous and genuinely nice. Definitely the ONLY car wash I use!!!!

This is a decent auto spa... meaning no one works here. Washes range from $6 to $12 and the interior vacuum systems usage is complimentary. Fairly safe area.

Paid $12 and the brushes didnt touch the front and sides of my truck.

Quick and easy not a ton of bells and whistles, just gets the car clean.

Cheap car wash and does a good job

The convenience is wonderful. They have a frequent customer program with an RFID pass that I have in my windshield that allows me to zip right in. AND with a discount! The wash quality is high. The area is always clean and well lit. Vacuums are complimentary.

Good car wash, sometimes has specials on the machine for car washes. Does an ok job at cleaning my vehicle. Still have bugs on the windshield and dirt on the running boards.

Close to my home, easy in and out. Vacuum works well.

I spent $9 to get the bugs off of my car and it was a big waste of money. I really can’t tell a difference in what the car wash did.

I paid for the detailed wash ($12 but was discounted to $10) it got the surface dust and such off the car- but, it did not clean the car at all- I wiped my windows when i was in the parking lot and the paper towel was dirty- so, not even the windows were cleaned- did not shine or even clean the tires etc. (this was stated on the sign that it included a tire cleaner/polish) Also, my car was not dried (which also says was included) I came home and washed my car by hand- I appreciate the free vacuums- but, the car wash was a total waste of money.

It may or may not wash vehicles. Couldnt really tell u one way or another (never been there lol just like passing judgment on google)

Not the best, but for 12.00 I am satisfied.

Got the high end spray; great work on my vehicle. Tire cleaning is a must. The wax job was actually pretty good, and the free vaccuum is the best.

Bird pooped all over the new car! Nice and clean now. Hope that birds OK because lordy me!

The car wash completely scratched all of my brand new rims that would cost me about 14 to $1600 to replace Ive still not yet to hear back from the owner

I have used this car wash since it has opened. It is always well kept and clean. One evening I visited and my wash did not start. I made a note of the contact number found on the business door and several days later contacted the number. I reached out via text message after 10 pm and received a reply almost right away. I was given a code for TWO car washes although I only had issues with one. I was very pleased with this and how professional and polite the owner was.

The car wash was out of soap so it was just water coming out and the vacuum barely wasnt sucking up anything. I went to another one and it worked better then the first one but still was not good.

Horrible car wash! The wash on the right side destroyed my cars paint! I have scratches everywhere! This is the reason Ive always washed my cars at home. Took a chance on this one, one time and now my car is covered with scratches! Horrible horrible horrible!
