I called Alex about one of his listings, and although we didnt get that deal, Alex spent the time to hear what we were after, what our investment objectives were, and when another deal came along that fit our criteria, he remembered our conversation and called me. He was helpful through that second process, figured out what help we needed (and, importantly, what we did not need), and adjusted accordingly. We closed on the deal a couple of months ago, and the team at Transworld (and certainly Alex) earned their fee by facilitating the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex, and when it is time to sell the business, Ill be calling them again.

Very, very bad and unprofessional experience. A sales guy named Ross showed up an hour earlier than the set appointment time and tried to push me into meeting with him even though I said I was heading out for a doctors appointment. When I politely asked what his specific experience was to do this job and what he would do specifically for my business, he just threw his hands up and stormed out. Wow.
