Used this preparer, Melissa for several years. Shes the absolute best at her job. It makes a difference when someone loves what they do and charges the working man a working mans price. She should charge way more because shes worth every cent of it. If wasnt for her I wouldnt have unemployment or health insurance. thank you TAX VIKING THANK YOU THANK YOU

Melisa The TAX VIKING IS THE BEST THERE IS. I watched this wonder woman for many years work harder for such a small amount of fees to see that I got the best outcome for my tax situation. I know how difficult her first year in her new office location has been with the virus and the lack of working IRS agents. She cant receive enough credit for her dedication. If you are looking for a honest,dedicated, super smart, kind and willing to work harder than what youre asked to write a check for her services. Not to mention her awesome looking office. It looks and feels like her. You feel less stressed just walking in and sitting down.

I paid her to do my state and federal taxes. She did not file them, but took the money. If she had filed they would not of gone thru when I went to a professional preparer and the filing went thru. Had Carlson filed they will not go thru if a 2nd attempt is made. Many others had the same issue. Carlson can not be trusted. On a positive note she made a $3000 mistake that saved me that amount of money. I contacted her numerous times with no response.
