I wouldnt put too much stock into any of these recent positive reviews, considering a letter went out, dated Jan. 13, 2020, offering a $30 discount on the tax preparation fee in exchange for a positive Google review with a short statement about your experience with us. This is some low-level politician type stuff... buying positive reviews. Completely un-organic. I did my taxes with the previous owner and she was great. Despite making it clear I do not want to be on any sort of mailing list since the changeover, Ive been receiving emails and letters for years now. I suggest seeking out someone a little less shady.*Edited to add: See owners response below. Extremely unprofessional and completely irrelevant.*April 21, 2020, edited to add: Im still receiving spam email from this business. Worst of all, the email exposed about 30 email addresses. I cant even fathom being that unprofessional. Sadly, I see some of the names one here giving positive reviews as some of the same names I received in the email that exposed their email addresses. Use BBC, not CC. Again, I wouldnt trust a business, especially a business of this nature, that cant keep simple information private.

Went here for years but won’t be going back. Everything was great until this year for our 2017 tax returns. He forgot to give us our child tax credit and luckily my wife caught the mistake. We had to contact him to correct it and now we will have to wait up to 16 weeks to get the rest of our return. I understand mistakes happen but that is a big one especially since it’s not the first year we’ve claimed them. Not happy at all.

Very unprofessional last year. Had been going there for several years prior and had no issues, but last year was the last time I will ever have them do my taxes. Took a very long time to get my taxes done. The owner had his son sleeping in a chair in the same room as I when we were going over paperwork. People in and out of the office. Seemed like they were in a rush to get you in and out but didnt have a clue of what was going on with your tax return.
