I would extremely like to explain how dissatisfied I was with my recent purchase. Not only was the bouquet that I ordered not like it was pictured it looked as if the flowers were about to die. I would also like to add that the card that was supposed to come with it didn’t even have the right kids name on it. I can’t believe I paid a hundred dollars for dead flowers that showed up 7 hours after they were supposed to be delivered. I honestly would love to know how or what I need to do to go about getting at least some sort of a refund.

I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon to order some flowers for a coworker who needed some cheer. Blooms and Petals put together a beautiful vase of flowers AND delivered them the next day even on such short notice. I will be sure to shop from them in the future. These ladies were amazing and attentive. They were extremely busy but took the time to make sure everything was perfect.

I received some gorgeous flowers for my birthday! It was nice to get a text alerting me of the delivery and when they arrived. I really appreciated the driver waiting outside to be sure I got them off my front porch since the weather was awful!

My daughter sent me flowers yesterday and not only were they stunning the delivery person was a delight. Their joyful spirit made it even better.

If you want an unprofessional and extremely lazy flower delivery arrangement use this company. Flowers were sent to me as a gift the buyer said they were marked delivered, when they were not delivered and there was no effort made to contact me, the recipient. We had to call 1800 flowers and get a full refund because this company seemed like a scam for not making any effort to deliver them. No text, no voicemail, no knock at the door. The next day I got a text at 4pm from a person at the shop asking if anyone would be home in the next 15 to 30 minutes (a bit last minute if you ask me) and then followed the text up with “I did not deliver them yesterday because I didn’t want to deal with parking” and I said “no one is home but they can drop them at the door” And the driver said no because they didn’t want to find parking. I live in the suburbs, you can throw the car in park and put your hazards on and run them to the door. It takes max 2 minutes and you are a flower delivery company. Like what? Awful and stressful. Will never order from this company or 1800 flowers again.

Very nice Sincere people quick delivery to my wonderful friend who been Nurse for 28 years and awesome Mother to our 4 children I had them delivered at the hospital while she was working the kind business put in some free goodies for appreciation of her hard work during these trying times for all.

Ms Davis did an Amazing job with my Granddaughters Kitten Flowers for her Birthday and my Daughter-in-laws Mothers Day Flowers! There was a slight mix up in the delivery but Ms Davis went above and beyond in fixing it! The arrangements were creative, colorful and beautiful! I was told the Cupcakes were delicious and fun! I appreciate the hard work you put into your business! Thank you so very much!

Not the worst arrangement, but I expected a little better considering what I paid. The flowers looked a little smooshed. My grandma still liked them though, so I guess that’s what matters.

They really brighten my day with 3 beautiful huge vases of white Lillys (my favorite) inspire of this crazy pandemic we are going through. When no one else would and I mean no one else would my husband called 30+ places but blooms and petals came through. Found our new flower shop!

I like using LOCAL florists when purchasing flowers for delivery. I like talking to the designers or staff who will help design my flowers and/or deliver them. I like to support local florists who support the local economy. I called this place and they never even picked up the phone- routed me to some answering service out of Arkansas. You might as well use 1-800-flowers or some other generic delivery service. Very unfortunate.

Their arrangements are beautiful. I love that when purchasing flowers I can support a local business. Love that they are so involved in the community and giving back and making it stronger.

The staff are friendly and easy to work with. My last arrangement that I ordered was absolutely beautiful.. we were so pleased. Thank you for always coming thru for all our events😀

I ordered flowers from a funeral website and it chose this lousy place. The flowers were delivered 4 hours after the memorial service to which the funeral home directed the floral delivery driver to deliver them to a loved ones home. Regretfully, they didnt make it there either. The only upside is that I did get a full refund from the outside company that chose this place.

Fabulous shop. Paula created a beautiful arrangement for my aunt. Karen, who has delivered for me before, made a point to stop and pick up baked goods to add to the order. Professional, warm and friendly. Will always use them for flowers in the greater lafayette area!IMG_7648.JPG

I love absolutely love supporting local stores. So go to Roths or Mckinneys flowers. Not this place. I made an order and canceled same day because when I called they decided not to tell me they were closed for the weekend and toldMe to pick up Friday when they were completely closed all weekend (when I needed the flowers) Waste of time. Then they still decided to charge me and its been two weeks now calling multiple times and showing up multiple times trying to get my money back and each time the door was locked.... Very unhelpful. Very frustrating and very bad business. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had to deal with ordering flowers I ordered $107 arrangement and received $20 worth of stuff that was bought from Kroger obviously and they have sent me a second arrangement to try and make it right but they want the cheap one back so they can sell it to someone else how petty never again these people are frauds do not order from here neither of the deliveries looked even close to what I ordered
