Ive been fortunate in that I havent had to file a claim with them (though I have with State Farm in the past with no issues) but their agents are incredibly helpful and made the switch from my previous car insurance totally painless. And Im saving almost $30 a month from my previous premium!

I recently moved to Lafayette. I waited 3 to 4 weeks for a different agency. I received zero feedback. I contacted my agent in GA. We found Trey Hargrove. I received a phone call within 30 minutes of my GA agency speaking with Treys agency. Chealsey has me come into the office and immediately transferred my policies. The service was superb. Great agency, great office, excellent service. I had been with another insurance provider for many years prior to switching over to State Farm. Ryan recruited me, and he got me by being extremely knowledgeable and understanding our needs. I was not satisfied with my prior company because they had given me some incorrect information on several different occasions. Ryan caught me at the right time, and answered every question I had without hesitation. Including passing on the correct information that I had been looking for my previous company. He was the reason I switched over. He followed up with me a few times, and even stopped by my home and spoke with my wife and I. That was it for us. That level of commitment is kind of a rare thing these days, and its been the same since we switched. These guys take care of everything. I even got into a fender bender, and Ryan was there within 10 minutes. That just doesnt happen. Its true commitment. Trey Hargrove State Farm is by far the best insurance company I have ever done business with. I recently refinanced my auto loan with them. Austin and Luke went above all expectations even when we ran into some hurdles with the other company. They walked me through the entire process and both were reassuring that it would work out. I live in Baton Rouge and they made it easy to get all the necessary documents signed and sent over.Austin has also helped me with my insurance policy to get me the best price possible!Everyone I have come in contact with has been very professional!I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car insurance or an auto loan!
