For instance, when our roof was damaged after yet another hail storm here in Hail Alley, Julie gave us a list of reliable roofing contractors, and tossed out the idea of researching a Euroshield rubber roof. Lady who answers phones is very rude and disrespectful. Simply asked for help setting up a payment plan and this lady Julie in a thick southern accent was very rude. Ive been a customer with multiple vehicles for over a year and when I lost my debit card and forgot to reinstate auto pay I didnt receive a call just a cancellation. When I called to ask for help Julie not only repeatedly used my first name with a disrespectful tone But then refused to give me a channel like a number to ask for any other type of help. The customer service standard for state farm needs to be uniform. I suggest if you value being treated like a red blooded American you deal with Anne directly or go to a different agent.
