Called to check on the system that was in the new home at purchase. They provided options over the phone and the university team came out the next day! Walked through and checked every sensor in the house and walked me through the nuances and the App. Thorough and professional.

The lead installer, Danny, was so very personable and took his time to explain every detail to me. He made sure I was comfortable with placement of each piece of equipment before installing as I was very apprehensive beforehand about visibility given we have a historic home.

I hired EP to install automatic lights and a new thermostat in my house and they did not disappoint! The salesman Stephen answered all of my questions and was very polite and easy to work with! They offer the latest in home audio, video, networking, and security. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. I live over 80 miles and I called the 2 local companies to handle my home and neither called me back. I called them twice. All it took was one phone call to EP and they sent someone out the next day. It took over a year and a half for my remodel from the time they prewired it to install and while working with them it began to make sense to break the job up in phases and they were quick to work with me on breaking it up and timing of payments. I highly recommend.
