Was an excellent smooth trip to the airport. Randy was our driver and he was absolutely awesome!! We debated taking the train and tram into Chicago but hesitated bc we had large luggage to move - decided to pay the extra buck for the bus and was the best decision. Randy was incredibly kind and helpful and the trip was very relaxing, didn’t have to worry at all and he dropped us off right in front of our airlines doors.

Needs to work on communication with people who are using service and also picking up the help line when people are in need of assistance. I do appreciate getting a call back but would like to receive some solid answers when I need help with the service.

Great experience!! Arrived on time, smooth drive and even though the van was full didnt feel crowded. Randy was amazing, helped get out bags on and off the van and made sure we got exactly we needed to go. Would recommend to anyone.

They try to accommodate you if you are early or late. Mr Randy did that for me. My flight came 4 hours early of my original eac reservation and he picked me up anyway, saved me 2 hours of waiting time. Good driving skills and he even helped us find out our destination as we were new students to the campus. Could have given six stars

Randy drove me this morning from Chicago. I missed last night shuttle and he very quickly and kindly allowed me to transfer my ticket to this scheduled ride. The drive was smooth and slept well most of the trip. He also was kind to wait for passengers at Ohare.

Had the best experience with Mr. John Jonas from Purdue to Chicago. He helped us with so many things. He’s the only reason I’ll be taking EAC again and will recommend to my fellow boilermakers!

My boyfriend and I used the Express Air Coach to travel to and from Chicago (ORD) to Hammond. The driver Randy was professional, friendly and eager to accommodate. I felt safe with Randy behind the wheel. The shuttle was clean with good air circulation and we never felt squished. And you can’t beat the price, only $30 one way! Otherwise you would pay about $150 for an Uber. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone!

I wish there were an option for negative stars, only and only for the driver. Jeremy was rude, arrogant and actually yelled at me. I waited outside the shuttle for about 10 minutes before entering it as I saw no sign of the driver around and a couple of fellow passengers were already sitting in the vehicle. I got in at exactly 8:28am and the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 8:30am. When I was putting away my luggage in the overhead bin, the driver entered and in the most sarcastic tone said, Well thank you for letting me know before entering my bus. Did it not strike for you to check in with me first? My immediate response was an apology and before I could explain that I did wait for him before entering he went on to very demeaningly tell me to not repeat this kind of behavior in the future. When I got off at my stop, I got the worst side eye possible, which literally made me feel like he was going to get up and start yelling at me again. EAC, do you really pride yourselves in customer service? If yes, please take a close, hard look at your hires. I am never again travelling by this service and will make sure I discourage everyone else I know as well.

I and my friend traveled on EAC on May 23, 2021, from Chicago to West Lafayette (12:30 pm). The ride was great and comfortable. Mr. Randy made our ride an excellent experience. I had a leg injury and had trouble carrying the luggage. He patiently helped me to load and unload the bags. He is not only a great driver but also an amazing person. Absolutely enjoyed the conversation with him.

Daughter took shuttle from Hammond to O’Hare. We were running late due to horrendous Labor Day traffic. Driver called to check when we were 8 min away & said she’d wait! Very impressed with that level of service!

My experience with EAC from Chicago to Purdue was horrible. Me and my friend were sweating during the whole journey. When asked driver about it, he told that AC temperature is the lowest. They didn’t try to find the issue with AC. One of the worst journey in my life.

I travelled through EAC today from Chicago OHare Airport to West Lafayette. My flight was delayed and so I missed my scheduled shuttle, but EAC scheduled me to board the next shuttle. Randy was our driver. He was very kind and helpful, by waiting for others to board and by helping people load/unload their luggage, etc. The ride was very smooth and peaceful. Overall it was a great decision to book EAC.

The worst shuttle service ever! Extremely horrible experience with them. Not once both the times Ive ever taken this shuttle. And the worst- they dont even have a representative attending your call in any case of emergency or for any reason for that matter. The driver was extremely rude. I would never recommend this shuttle service and I think they should just shut down their company because Reindeer shuttle and lafayette limo is more understanding and they have atleast a basic service in place which is to talk to a human representative who is ready to help you and also have excellent drivers who respect their clients.

Going from O’hare airport to Hammond and Chris was my driver. He did an absolutely incredible job very professional, exceptional customer service, and he made sure to call me to make sure I needed a ride before he left. I have had experiences where the driver would just pull off, but I appreciate the call. He helped with my bags and provided excellent conversation on the long ride and offered words of encouragement for things I had been going through. This was my first time using Express Air Coach and because of Chris I will be back!

My friend was visiting me at school and went on EAC, Randy was amazing as he dropped her off right at the location she needed to be dropped and made a consistent effort to make sure she was comfortable and had a smooth ride. He was on time and I had absolutely no complaints! 10/10 recommend.

On Sunday the 11th of July I drove 1 hour from Bolingbrook to OHare to drop my son off for a shuttle service to Purdue with Express Air Coach. He was dropped off 20 minutes early and was in the location provided by the company for pickup. He waited there for an hour and 20 mins expectantly anticipating his pre-paid ride from Express Air Coach to Purdue. After his scheduled pick-up time had passed, he called and left two messages with Express Air coach and sent an email via their contact us form on their website and did not hear back. Now close to 6pm Sunday evening, given the lack of communication and unreliability of Express Air Coach he had no other recourse but to find a ride to Purdue on his own so he could make it to his first class Monday Morning. I ended up having to drive back to O’Hare from Bolingbrook (1hr), drive my son to Purdue (2 hours and 45 mins) and drive (another 3 hrs given traffic / construction) back home arriving at 11pm. In total the lack or responsibility of the driver cost me 7 hrs of my Sunday afternoon and evening and a tank of gas.I left a message with Express Air Coach on Monday regarding my experience and that of my son and received a call from a customer service agent later in the week (who was very helpful) but was unable to determine what had happened. She kindly refunded the cost of the service. I asked if she could call me back once she was able to learn more as to what had transpired that evening regarding the driver. She informed me that the standard protocol is that the driver is supposed to call the passengers. Two weeks elapsed from that initial call and I did not receive a follow up call from Express Air Coach as I had asked.I believe the customer service rep spoke to management regarding my concern but they did not feel it was in their interests to call back to apologize, explain the situation, or take any ownership regarding the drivers actions. I would strongly NOT recommend this company to provide any shuttle service to and from Il to west Lafayette. Based on my experience they are unreliable, shortsighted and do not value their customers time. I had a good experience with the customer service agent that I worked with but feel like her hands were tied given the lack of ownership / responsibility management took for the actions of their driver. They have lost me as a customer, my son, and anyone else that my son communicates with at Purdue or any of the parents we interact with. It’s business 101 to care for your customers, in return they care for you and market your company by word of mouth (the best and most effective marketing).

I used this shuttle last weekend and only have good things to say about my driver, Randy and the van itself. Randy was a very safe and reliable driver that made ever rider feel welcome. The van was extremely clean, comfortable and most importantly on time. I will be using express air coach again!

Ive been using EAC for the last few years that Ive been at Purdue. I think its definitely a great service. Having two pieces of baggage included with the ticket puts it on top when it comes to value.Rode with Randy recently and he was one of the best shuttle drivers Ive experienced in the last few years. He was professional, courteous, and wore a mask.Only grievance with the service was that during a trip in November, one of their bus drivers did not wear a mask at any point during the trip and wasnt very helpful/professional (but this has so far been an outlier).

The driver, Chris is the man! Really kind! I forgot to bring my water from home and havent had a single drink before I left home but, he took me to the nearest gas station to buy a drink! Also, he drives very smooooooooth and safeeeeeee. Well I am going to have a nice relax sleep.

I had John pick me up on Tuesday afternoon from ORD to Purdue and I have never had a better experience with a shuttle service! I have taken multiple shuttles as a student, and this was my best experience by far. He was friendly, courteous, interactive and kind. Definitely one of the best drivers at EAC in my opinion! I will exclusively be using EAC for my trips to ORD in the future.

Took the coach on Friday at 12:40pm CST (8-Jan-2021) departing from T5 Ohare to Purdue. Randy was really good, courteous and helpful. He had mask on full ride, was willing to help on the way for any rest area stop etc. Even humble with luggage loading/unloading. The rides are always very smooth, and I get to my terminals on time. Randy, my most recent shuttle driver, was very accommodating and provided precise, clear instructions and customer service. I highly recommend Express Air Coach. My daughter lives overseas and regularly flies into Chicago. Driving the round-trip to Chicago is challenging and expensive. I have used EAC for several years now and have never been disappointed. Their drivers are exceptional. They are safe and considerate. They know the roads and navigate Chicago traffic and the long stretch between Lafayette and Chicago with ease. We have never had a problem getting to our destination on time or even early in some cases. Recently I had to make repeated calls to the customer service dept. due to the British Airways flight cancellations. I know I added to their workload, but was so thankful for the above and beyond care shown me by Donna and the other members of this team. On one occasion we forgot a jacket on the shuttle. They took the time to actually locate the item. I was able to pick it up from them upon our return from our trip. Thank you Jeremy and Dave. I tried to retrieve a lost item on another local shuttle who never bothered to follow up.

Recently rode with Chris on the 8:30am shuttle from ORD to Purdue. Chris was a kind man who loaded the luggage for us, gave a brief introduction of himself and the different things we can ask him for (temp change and bathroom breaks) and overall it was a smooth and simple ride. He even took us straight to our residence halls or requested stops rather than just Ford dining court so we wouldn’t have to walk in the cold to the actual place we needed to go. Chris was a good EAC driver to ride with!
