Ive always had good experiences with the staff and drivers since Ive used their service twelve + times. Id recommend asking them not to ring doorbell if your pick up is early morning.I wasnt thrilled with my latest driver ringing the doorbell twice and waking up my 90 year old mother only to tell me hes early and to take my time. A text or call to my cell wouldve been much more appropriate, especially since I was already getting ready and received their phone confirmation an hour before pick up. Pro tip: use do not disturb feature in your cell phone and youll get the message when you get up. I had packed the night before and ready to roll for 6am.Otherwise, driver was courteous and displayed a sense of humor. The price is reasonable but you must be prepared for 4 additional pick ups (on average) for the savings.
Always a great experience from Ocala to Orlando airport. East door to door service. A bargain.
This experience is by far the worst experience ever. I paid 120.00 round trip from ocala to Orlando Airport. I was picked up at 1.50am from my home. The driver asked which airline and I said Delta. I knew that I had an hour to sleep so I fell asleepAbout 3.30am I was awaken at the terminal by the rotation driver. He said he didnt know I was on the van. When the previous driver got back on the van the new driver asked what about her? The previous driver said he thought I had gotten off at the comfort inn. I said no I didnt, I have a 7am international flight I dont know how you could have forgotten me. It was now 3.50am.They eventually put me on another van and met the other driver at turkey point exit off the turnpike to get my luggage out of his van. Then the driver drove 95 to 100 mph to get me to the airport. I was terrified.I called them back on Wednesday of the following week to check on my Thursday pick up. The young female dispatcher was extremely rude and argued with me telling me that it was my fault for falling asleep and missing my stop at comfort inn. Hell I didnt book round trip to comfort inn, I booked round trip to the airport.Thursday night as I was boarding my flight I received a call from the dispatcher telling me that my flight arrived 12 hours ago according to their records and they wont be picking me up. Well it seemed as though they wrote down the wrong flight number.When I got to the airport and picked up my luggage at baggage claim B I went outside to to get on the van and the airport guy told me that I had to walk about a mile to the A side. I called the dispatcher and told her that I had lots of luggage and I was on B side and she said she was sorry but her driver wasnt coming on that side to pick me up I had to walk. Or she could put me on a later van.This trip turned out to be the trip from hell. I will never use them again. I normally use park and bark but thought I would treat myself to a driver this time. Biggest mistake ever!!!
Don’t believe this company. I was to have a 2 hour ride from Sanford to The Villages. and instead I have been in 2 vans because the company changed the route after I sat for 1 hour with no AC in 90 degrees in Sanford then they drove me to Orlando Florida airport and we are sitting here. I am physically ill. Total trip will be more like 4 hours. If Uber wasn’t $200 one way I would have taken that right now. Someone needs to come up with a new plan here. It’s not even rush hour. Find anything else but this mode of transportation

First time used the Village Airport Van. Not only they are on time, but the drivers are very courteous and friendly. Even the lady who did the reservation was very helpful. Definetely I plan on using the service again and again. Thanks very much.
I should have known not to use this service when the lady that took my reservation was so incredibly rude. It took longer to get to my hotel from the Orlando airport than it did for me to fly from Houston Texas. Very disappointed and will never use the service again nor will I recommend it.
Our pick-up was perfect and we didn’t mind the transfer to another van outside The Villages. We were not unhappy with the two hour trip. The trip home was a nightmare. Our driver requested a transfer for those of us headed to Ocala which was denied. We were in the van for over three and a half hours of stop and go most of which was in The Villages. The van was decrepit and uncomfortable. Our driver was apologetic. I sent an e-mail to the company and they didn’t even respond. There must be enough people using the service to allow them to treat passengers with no respect. Never again and be forewarned Ocala!
A family member of mine used this service to get from Summerfield to OIA. The trip there was uneventful.However, her flight came in at around midnight, so she was picked up. The driver made sure she was the last stop, then proceeded to tell her, five minutes from her home and at 3:00am, that he couldnt take her down her dirt road. This is a rural are, very dark. He said the driver that picked her up complained about the road and he was instructed by the owner not to drive down it, which is fine. The problem is, they didnt call, text or email her and let her know that so she could make other arrangements. So the driver tries to make her get out and walk down her dirt road in the middle of the night. Shes a wheelchair assist. She has bad knees. She cant walk that far, about 3/4 of a mile. The driver started to take her luggage out of the van, and shes refusing to get off out of fear. She ends up having to call the sheriffs department. The officer was confused as to why the driver couldnt or wouldnt take her down the road. So the officer ends up taking her home because the driver wouldnt budge.I couldnt imagine a driver trying to make a handicapped woman in her sixties get out of the van and walk 3/4 of a mile don a dark dirt road, but thats what happened.
This is the 2nd time I used this service in a month and both times they have been on time and cordial as well. My one dig: the vans are a little rough but they get the job done. I plan on continuing to use this service
I would assume that this company expects their drivers to be following rules and regulations when it comes to the ways of the road. However I was almost in an accident with one that blew a stop sign tp make a turn right out in front of me!! (I had to lock up the breaks even though I was only doing 20 mph!!) THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED before making the turn and were already going way too fast.. not to mention there is a 25 mile an hour speed limit of which he/she completely ignored the whole way out and was flying doing at least 55 miles an hour!! This person had no regard for the other people driving in the community, the people in golf carts on the road nor the pedestrians walking on the road; they could have easily have killed somebody. This definitely needs to be addressed it was absolutely disgusting to witness. This will be posted on the community website as well...just awful!!!

Horrible I was half hanging off a seat for a 2 hour ride because they jammed 8 people into a van. 3 people werent even wearing masks during a pandemic. Driver was completely rude and drove like crazy. Find your own ride THEY ARE NOT THE BEST IN TOWN. If I could give 0 stars I would.
My mother and grandfather were supposed to catch a flight in the morning and the Van showed up 20 minutes early without a phone call and then rushed us and left without my mom in my grandfather because we were taking too long when we werent expecting the driver for 20 minutes. The driver was extremely rude and never gave us his name so I cant even given name to report
They are literally the worse. They try to be so cheap by not having enough vans and jam pack everyone in. I got to the van 10 minutes after my flight landed and they told me I had to wait another hour for a new van to arrive, then wait for the other 6 passengers to arrive. Not only that, but they were jam packing 8 of us into 1 van during covid. The drivers are nice but the people in the office and the dispatchers are the absolute worse. RENT YOUR OWN CAR. I do not recommend these people and their unprofessionality.
Ordered the shuttle for my friend. Pick up at 2:55. Called when 10 mins. Late. They said running behind. Be in 15. They eventually came and got him an hour late. One more pickup. He says. I only hope he gets there on time. And they picked the pickup time. Hell be there hopefully an hour early. Youre Supposed to be 2 hrs early.
Dispatch agent was rude when I called to check on the arrival time of my van after waiting more than 25 minutes outside the airport. When I told her she was rude & stressing me out she snapped asking me how was this stressing, IT’S A RIDE SHARE !! I had to wait another almost 30 minutes for the last passenger to arrive. Good thing this is not my 1st experience or else I would definitely not use them again. I’ve used them enough this was a free ride or else I would be asking for a refund.
Worst ride ever. 7 drop off points, late picking up at airport, vans are not comfortable, old not taking care of. Driver all over road. Will never use again. One more thing, they smell very bad
We tried the service for the first time and it was “”one and done” for my husband and me!The van ride was twice as long as the flight from Pittsburgh, PA. Drivers were pleasant and apologized but too much miss communication for us. If asked we will not be recommending your service to anyone that asks.

Where do I begin, I set up a driver to pick my best friend up from my house and the driver couldnt find our building and he was on the phone saying he has other drivers to pick up. and he showed no empathy towards us trying to get him to our house, he was so rude and stated he only picks up elderly people and we were to young to be using this service .and then i called and spoke with Linda (the manager) she claims she opened up a file on the driver, we requested our money back still no response from the company our family we never use this company again and the driver name was JEREMIAH J. 1107 his driver number please be aware this man is rude and he smells extremely horrible it looks he came off the street, please dont use this company.
It took 4 hrs from the time my plane landed till I got home. Sat @ Comfort Inn over 30 for transfer. Not happy with service especially wearing a mask for 14 hrs. Still waiting for Refund that was promised

Basic airport pickup to one of the normal drop off points. 1 point for operating in pandemic. 1 point for safe driving, pleasant driver. 0 points for price ($40. Not unreasonable, not a bargain.). 3 points off for not having, and/or not sharing a schedule. Details:I just couldnt get an answer to my question: ABOUT when will the shuttle pick up? I kept explaining I was staying at an airport hotel, and my departure time was flexible. I was told when I booked to give the earliest time I wanted to meet the shuttle at its normal airport spot. I gave a time. I was told Id get an email evening before with my actual time (after they coordinated arrivals of passengers). I called again night before -- no email came, and it was 10:30 pm. New story, *We dont email. Time you gave us is your pick up time I arrived at that time. I was rushed, but I wanted to keep my commitment, and didnt want to miss the shuttle --- though when you dont know a time, you cant really miss it. I waited an hour. After 45 minutes I called. Operator said zero about WHEN. I let her know Id step away to use the restroom. She said shed notify the driver. More garble. Same story I heard on earlier call, about shuttle PROBABLY waiting for travelers to get their luggage. New addition: CoVid, we only run once per hour. ((Hmmm.... So did I miss an earlier shuttle by a minute or two? I cudda/wudda been at the pick up then, if someone would have spilled the beans on the van run time: APPROXIMATELY.))Van looked clean, though wipes to use after you buckle in would be great. Driver pleasant.
Picked me up 1 hour late since they changed my original confirmed pickup time WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I will now arrive at the airport LESS THAN 1 HOUR BEFORE MY FLIGHT DEPARTS. STRESSFUL AND NOT APPRECIATED!
Great service. Easy to find at the airport. Load your luggage for you and drop you off right at your door. And unload your luggage for you. Cant beat the service.

I would NEVER EVER use this service again. They were an hour late picking me up to go to the airport. There were several calls to the company regarding the late pickup and they assure me they would have me to the airport 1-3/4 hours to 2 hours before my flight. this was absolutely impossible! The driver was unconcerned that my flight was in 2-1/2 hours from the time he picked me up. He drove below the speed limit, stopped for gas, allowed passengers to go in the store and dropped me off last after I requested to be dropped off first. I arrived with only 60 minutes to get my bag checked and go through security. Had I not begged and pleaded with security to get me through quicker (there was a 45 minute wait) I would have missed my flight. This company does not care one bit if they get you there in time or not. They do not allow you to choose your pick up time. I am totally dissatisfied with their lack of concern and customer service. Our whole family will no longer be using them and I will tell everyone I know how awful this service is!!
Very good business. All the other reviews are very arrogant from snowbirds. They fail to recognize that the times given are estimates and many factors go into when you will be picked up. Wether that be traffic, or the other people that have to be picked up. I had a very nice driver, so what they were late 10-15 minutes, it’s an estimate.

Wish I could give them the praise they deserve. From the first call i made to make my reservation, to being dropped off at home everyone was delightful and enjoyable to speak with.
This service really needs to restructure itself so that customers get picked up on time and get home in a reasonable time frame. This service is for you if you like riding around in a van for hours hoping you’ll get home someday.
I know a few drivers for this company. The horror stories I hear. one told them to finally f off and quit. A terrible company to work for. I always see that stupid bus with a plastic useless top all over the highway.
Unsafe, unprofessional drivers. One of their vans ran us off the road by erratically changing lanes. When I called the company to lodge a complaint, they were rude and dismissive.

Reserved for my son from Orlando to the Villages. Customer rep told me the night before vans leave every 30 mins. My son sat on that van for 90 minutes waiting. I understand the issues related to Covid but your representative and your website (including the covid note) do NOT say someone could be waiting indefinitely on the van. Arrived to the van on Thursday evening at 7:35 and didn’t depart until 8:30pm, not happy to wait 55 minutes to depart. When I made a reservation for return on Sunday was estimated a 1045 pick up that turned out to be confirmed by email at 1015, I called to get on a later van, (frequent traveler only carrying on a hand bag so no need to be there 3 hours early) and the lady was extremely patronizing and rude, saying I needed to plan for the case there would be a flat tire. Ended up cancelling (still crossing my fingers for a refund) and made a reservation with bus service, dispatcher there was friendly and helpful.
Really confused about my return trip route from the airport. Shuttle delivered all Villages passengers before me. I live in Fruitland Park, and based on the stops, mine should have been first, not last. Your driver had to back track. Can someone explain this to me? I do understand routing & dispatch in the Villages and surrounding areas, as I have done that job in the past.
Have been a customer (and my kids from out of state) since 2011. So far, no major problem encountered, and hopefully none to come.This is a shared van so waiting is expected. Once, I was the first one to arrive so it was a long wait for the others. Another time, I was the only passenger so it was a quick drive to the airport! Love the pick up and drop off from and to my house! Nice people to deal with. Would recommend to anybody.
I have used this service from time to time and have NEVER been disappointed. One driver in particular deserves a shout out. Scott ( I did not get his last name) is awesome. He is very personable and a joy to talk with. Not to mention he is also very prompt and a very cautious driver.
My flight arrived early, so I expected to wait 15 minutes or so. After 30 minutes of waiting I called the office and was told the driver was doing drop offs and would be right down. About another 30 minutes later I called again. I will say the people in the office are incredibly kind and called me when the driver finally arrived. I waited another 10 minutes, and still no driver. After being across the country, the last thing I wanted was to stand out in the 89% humidity and feel even more disgusting. I kept taking breaks from standing outside to keep my sanity. The nice lady on the phone back in the office told me to go through the door that said A145 and the driver was allegedly in spot A45. Unfortunately the door labeled A145 is on the opposite side of the terminal, so I was being given wrong directions. He was in a totally different location in a duplicative numbered spot also A45. So, I stood out in the hot, humid weather for no reason at all. But, it gets worse. Once I was in the van, along with 3 other passengers, the driver would not let us close the doors so we could get out of the heat and humidity while he fooled around calling back to the office. It was flat out cruel! Needless to say, I will never use this service again.
Flight from Denver to Orlando, arrived around 11:30 pm. We waited for 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to depart. We didn’t get dropped off until after 2. Totally unacceptable. Our flight back home leaves at 7:30 pm, shuttle arrives 25 minutes late from 4 when it was scheduled. No call or email to let us know. It is now 5:30 and still haven’t arrived at the airport. We are 30 minutes away from the airport. Very very unhappy with this company and do not recommend this for anyone.
I got to the airport but quite a scary ride. Driver went over the lanes back and forth and even in two lanes before realizing it. Van was way too full for safety. 10 people with luggage @70mph we were swaying.
Made and paid for a shuttle for me and my granddaughter Christmas eve. I get clear of baggage claim, and headed to the shuttle area. Waiting patiently, no shuttle. Standing with my 4 yr old granddaughter at 9PM in unfamiliar area, I call Village Airport Shuttle, no answer. After many attempts I finally get someone to answer my call. I explain my situation, the gentleman tells me that there has been a mix up and my shuttle wont be here for another hour or so, and that I still owe them 25 dollars. Even though I had prepaid the fees, for both myself and my granddaughter. The only thing they could say was, its always been done this way. What a unprofessional outfit. They mess up and want me to pay them extra for it. Here I sit on Christmas Eve, on a cold bench at Sanford Orlando Int Airport with a four year old. Its too late to find another solution so I will pay the extra 25, and wait on this cold bench, but I do not recommend this company, I will never use them again.
Have used this service 2 times with no problems. Driver was very polite. Did not wait long at the airport for the van. Late flights made us wait a little longer than normal.
Because I was taking our young granddaughter to the airport to fly as an unaccompanied minor, I had booked a private car service (a father-son operation) so that she and I could get to the airport directly and get us settled. As I had explained to the owner driver, I would be obliged to wait with her until the flight actually took off, which he said was fine. However, when he dropped us at the terminal, he told me there was no way he was going to wait for me, that after booking us he had booked a pickup from the airport, and that I could leave with him at that moment; otherwise he was leaving. And so he did, leaving me stranded. I called Village Airport Van after my granddaughter’s flight took off, explained my situation, and was told to head to their pickup point at A45 at that moment and I would be placed in the next departing van! Rescued—and almost literally at the last minute! If not for Village Van Service, I would literally have been stranded....

Van was late when picked up in Ocala. Driver drove to lady lake 85 miles per hour. Dropped off at Comfort inn. I was not advised we were switching vans until arrival hotel. The driver stated the next van will be here in 10minutes. 3 calls to village van operators and still no van. 50 minutes later. Just lies from the driver and the car answering the phone.Water a total of 50minutes. W

Ill give this a 1 because there is NO ZERO. My time slot was overbooked. I waited an additional 1/2 hour. We were loaded so ridiculously that we had to exit the van every time someone got out. At one point my suitcase fell out of the van when he opened the van doors. The vents were broken. The woman next to me was elderly and freezing. The driver was so confused when loading us that it took an extra 20 min. I landed at 4:05 and I arrived home at 7:46. Absolutely horrible and never again. Ill take Pelican.

My son was flying back to Maryland and the morning of his departure it was pouring rain. We had to leave for the airport at 10am, I called at 915 and you picked him up at 1015 and saved me the 90 minute drive in terrible weather. Thank you so much, great service!
I didnt use this service, however I almost got into an accident with one of the drivers, because he chose to run a stop sign and as I made my turn (legally) in front of him, he chose to throw his hands up at me, as though HE was angry!! Hes there one who ran a stop sign! When I called, a man named Harry told me that they cant go by location, but need the number on the van. There was no way I couldve swung around to get that number. I told them the location and time, but that wasnt good enough. Therefore, because their drivers seem to show a little road rage, I wont recommend or use their service!!!You say that luckily you have cameras and gps? Then why couldnt you figure out who the driver was, at the time and location I told you, when I called to complain about your driver, who ran a stop sign, almost hitting me?? Cameras dont see that, but YOU sure couldve figured out who it was, if you actually do have the GPS tracking!!!!!

We were picked up at 2:10 am for an 7:53 am flight from Sanford but had to pick up 5 other passengers and go to Orkandi first. Our shuttle broke down .Frankie, another driver picked us up and we were able to make our flight.on the freeway
Dependable, consistent, appreciate that they are 24/7 and always will get you, even when your flight is delayed. Yes, it can be a pain taking your chances on how long the ride will take based on who else is on your shuttle. Those without patience may not like the wait while others are picked up from or brought to their homes. I prefer knowing they come to my house whenever I need them and will take me home no matter when I arrive from a flight.
Not positive. Picked up over 4 hours ahead of flight time and was on the van for over an hour before even heading to the airport. Upon return, sat in the van by myself for over 45 minutes before even leaving the airport. Paid higher price for what was expected to be a more personalized service. Didnt happen.

BEWARE! Van picked my mom up at Airport and then dropped her off at Days Inn for another van to come take her home. This was 8 miles from her house... she waited 50 minutes... no van. After traveling since 4 am that morning, she was tired and became very upset. She finally resorted to calling my father who has early dementia and doesn’t drive much at all. I can’t believe this service. Uncaring and unsafe. AND NO CALL BACK like they said they would do when she called to complain. 😡

Will use this service again if needed.

Bad experience. Driver went through red light, was speeding, went to wrong address for person not in van, someone took wrong bag but thankfully the person noticed their bag was taken in error, freezing cold in van- had to put on parka, driver did not wear seatbelt and was using phone while driving. Take another shuttle, this is not a good service.
The village airport van was a good service. On time and early to airport. However, i eished i rented a car frim enterprise. My flight was delayed 3 hours and the van was scheduled the night before when the plane was reported on time. After i got to the airport i received a call from the driver telling me that gratuity would have been nice. I told him that the ride $40 was a 100% markup on the gas and wear and tear on your car. He said you cant get any better price. You can and with more control, enterprise rent a car, $40, return at airport. I said the nice owner he commented on should share the wealth with him.
Very unprofessional. My father booked a pick up days in advanced and even called the day of to make sure that they would show up, and we were assured everything was in place. We had even received a confirmation number in an email. Fast forward to five hours before his flight and we waited for two hours before calling only to be told that we did not make a reservation. We had pulled up the email and gave the recipient the confirmation number and he said that they could not access the system at the moment and to try again later. If you’re going to make a mistake in booking and/or not show up because you forgot, then you should apologize instead of making up lies on the spot. We will not be using this service again.
I referred a visitor to this service. The driver was late - 40 minutes late. First stop sign, he blew thru. Was stopped by police officer. Driver did not have valid license or insurance! Had to wait for another driver to arrive to take us to the airport. Another passenger was very upset, she missed her flight. No assistance was offered to her. During the traffic stop and waiting for the new driver, the first driver and person on the radio exchanged profanities . . . The worst part is when I called the next day to discuss this with administration, the person on the phone indicated I would not hear back from anyone, they dont usually respond. So I firmly suggested someone call me. Several hours later I did receive a call and a promise to check the incidents out and get back to me. That was 5 days ago, I have not heard a word. I will not refer this service to anyone again. I was informed they have no way to verify the drivers license or insurance status.
Got us to the villages safe and sound. Our driver was very nice and friendly. There were some delays along the way and waiting around due to a lack of organization, but we made it.
Ive taken this service 5x now & I hate it more each time. It always takes 30+ minutes to leave the airport from the time I get to the van. The drivers arent paid hourly so they drive like maniacs & pander for tips. Im always sick to my stomach by the time I get to my grandmas, so much so that I have to lay down when I finally arrive (and I never get sick on any transportation). I would literally give this place negative stars if I could.
Jennifer Powell is an employee and should not be allowed to comment first off and secondly, if you enjoy being driving all over The Villages and waiting because other people arent ready then this service is perfect for you. Also, they arent actually affiliated with The Villages they just use the name to look like they are.
Ive been very satisfied with the services, and Ive used the van at least 10 times since moving to The Villages in 2015. I hope the next experience is as positive as all the others.
They need to improve their scheduling. Took a ride from OTOW in Ocala to Sanford. Van stopped at a hotel 30 min down the road where we waited for 1/2 hour for another van to pick us up. Air conditioner is not working in the second ‘newer’ van. First driver almost ran through a red left turn arrow. Second driver swerved onto the shoulder while adjusting the air vent. All the passengers are getting nervous about missing flights. Apparently the van goes to Orlando and then back up to Sanford afterwards.It just might be worth it to take an Uber instead.
Village Airport Van is the company to take. Granted some days there are more passengers on the van than others, but thats expected with a ride share service and the price is low compared to a taxi or private ride. Being picked up at your front door is so convenient and curbside at the airport is awesome!! Friendly and safe drivers are a plus as well. Absolutely love this service!
Never again! First, you need to be aware these vans may not be safe! Terrible experience, both ways. I was on an international destination. I was told the pickup time was 11:40. Piickup time? 12:20. I had called because they were so late and was told I was the last pickup- wrong- I was third from last. On the way home, had to wait for 45 minutes until the driver filled up the van (even though another van there waiting) with 10 passengers plus luggage. I think the driver inconvenienced us for a fully packed van for his tips. I said from the outset that I hoped his tires were filled with enough air to carry the load- well, perhaps not. On the turnpike, the driver had a difficult time keeping the van from swaying. He said it was a loose front end- either way he slowed to a safer 50MPH to avoid a potential tragedy. My plane arrived before 11, and I got home at 2AM I was the third dropped off, so the driver still had 7 more people deliver. The van was very unhappy. I feel sorry for the people who have no other choice to the airport and back and are at the mercy of this company.PS: I called for the owner or supervisor today to be sure that the van was examined to be sure it was safe. I talked to a CSR who assured me someone would call back. I have not received a call back.
Friends flight landed at 9:15 PM. Friend is still on shuttle at 12:15 AM. Greater than three hours to go from Orlando to Ocala - we dont anticipate using this service again.Edit: the most outrageous part of this is that customer reached the van right after her flight and was not allowed to board the van, was told to wait for another van over half an hour, just to start the 3 hour experience. The van driver was apologetic regarding the long journey and was a very polite person.

Tim T absolutely is incapable of determining whether someone is disabled or not. I’ve had 18 surgeries including brain surgery and I politely asked if I may sit in the front due to my brain injury causing nausea, seizures, and suicidal migraines. It’s callled traumatic brain injury. He informed me that if someone truly disabled needs the front seat I would be moved. Considering my disability attorney has over 2,000 of my medical records for my hearing next week. I just got out of a big medical boot and wheelchair last week due to a multiple fractured foot and tumor in my arch. I’m also about to have my L3 and L4 disks removed. My neck had an ACDF surgery with osteoarthritis causing bone spurs in my neck with a titanium plate in my neck and skull. My left torn rotator cuff requires surgery as my right one had due to osteoarthritis spurs. I had 5 female surgeries last year including a fibroid in my uterus the size of a 4 month old embryo.What’s going on in my brain? The recent SPECT scan at the world renowned Amen clinic diagnosed PTSD, panic, anxiety, agoraphobia and depression.When Tim T gets his medical degree and can accurately determine who is more disabled, then he will get a tip. Has he ever heard the word fibromyalgia? Yes I was diagnosed with this also.I’m highly offended as tim clearly doesn’t understand invisible illness.I won’t recommend this company. I won’t, but I’m sure someone else would sue your company over this incompetent decision.
First of all let me say if u fly with sandford orlando the price goes up even though sandford is closer then orlando international. Instead of 40 bucks it 65 and to me that just crazy! Second no one ever mentioned that we would have to transfer two different times at 11pm and last but no least they arrived 30 mins late and never bothered to call and let me know. I am very disappointed in this service as I hoped it would be better. On a positive note the drives are fantastic and very friendly. I can tell u I will never use this place again nor will I recommend it! Oh another thing that ticked me off was my driver said he couldnt run me home as he was pushed for time but then he stood and talked to the other drivers for 20 plus mins. U r better off to pay the extra money for a taxi or uber just to avoid all this crazyness of running here and there.
The drivers are on time and dont get lost. Need I mention smart & good looking? (LOL. I am one of them - my 7th year.)
Used it about three times. The first time they did home pick up in my area. The second time they told me that they dont pick anyone up at their houses, and that they should not have picked me up the first time to start off with. Very bad attitude on the phone. The third time was a mission bus was late. Then said it was going to drop me off in one place and then they dropped me off in another place. And to top it off, when I get off the guy was so nasty. Wanted me to give a tip. He slam the door shut and started mumbling about the tip. Never using them again.
Totally lied about pickup time 1130am when they showed up late at 1214 then dropped off at Days Inn 10 minutes later and told another Van will be there in another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later they showed around 1255 when originally were supposed to be at Orlando airport at 1PM for 3PM Departure. Called to asked what is going on and all they would say is that they were within their time frame. Will never use or recommend this service again. Totally unprofessional service.

June 2016- Upon arrival at the shuttle I was informed that I would not be taken to my address but would be dropped off in Wildwood at the Sleep Inn and another van would be picking me up. I was extremely upset and called my daughter whom immediately called the dispatch and firmly insisted that they take me to my home destination.I arrived at the shuttle at 12:05 a.m. and did not get home in Summerfield until 3:35 a.m.. I also prepaid $40.00 as quoted and was told by the driver that I had to pay another $10.00. I had to pay him cash before I was allowed to travel.This was a horrible experience and I will never use this service again.
Use this service every time I fly. Only had one driver who played the wrong kind of music and backed up in a neighborhood cul de sac for a reason I dont understand. For the most part, it saves someone the time and trouble of picking me-up at the crack of dawn or during rush hour. I think it is a great service unless you are the first one picked up and the last one dropped off. You must be ready exactly on time. I dont mind that aspect others are waiting.
Van left us at wrong location. Now we are waiting for another van to pick us up
Not pleased with being charged double for picking me up on the wrong date and not having me on the schedule for the correct date when callling and confirming. Management needs to step in. Dont want to see your business pushed to the side.
Extremely unprofessional!!! Wish I had read reviews on google before calling. I called to make sure my reservation had gone through, and the lady was demeaning, unprofessional, passive aggressive, and rude. Hung up on me!!!!! I cancelled my reservation. No point in letting my wonderful parents use their awful service. When I emailed the company to complain, they wrote back sorry you took it the wrong way. Probably the same person who hung up on me! Dont use their service!!!!!!

Dirty and unprofessional. Reserved roundtrip: ride from airport to The Villages was 2 hours and 45 minutes. Ride back picked up 30 minutes late, and when called to inquire dispatcher was rude stating well it could take 6 1/2 hours - you just have to wait. Both the driver and van was unclean. Driver repeatedly went into other lanes and appeared to be falling asleep. There was no heat in the van despite the low temps of 30 degrees. One person in our party subsequently fell ill. When you think it cant get worse: the driver confirmed that I had paid the roundtrip fair and didnt owe additional money after the first payment; yet the following day called me every hour for 5 hours requesting $80 additional (which I paid via credit card and have proof of) AND then showed up at the door front of the persons home that I was picked up from, requesting money from them!! I called the company on two occasions to report the situation, and even paid the additional $80 that I didnt owe in hopes that the driver will stop harrassing the people that didnt even take the shuttle; but no one from management cared enough to learn the details of the situation. I dont usually write negative reviews because everyone has a bad day - and misunderstandings happen; but if someone else would have, it would have saved me the trouble I experienced and given the companys disinterest in fixing the issue and making it right, I feel others should know before they call these folks.

I really dont appreciate how their costumer service is on the phone, I fly to florida A LOT so Ive used this service many many times before, but each time theyre rude on the phone or they sound like they couldnt care less about their job and about you. Last time the man picked me up, he said in a sarcastic tone that I shouldve told him about the other gate (live in apartments, theyre 2 gates) but I didnt see the need to because he told me he was coming from a certain direction and I told him how to get to my apt from that direction and he came just fine, so I didnt see that comment being necessary. He came off very rude.But if you must use this service, it gets you to the airport which is most important.
