Tyre is the best! We were running late due to traffic and he stayed at the location after closing for us. I will def refer a lot of people to this location as he is an exemplary employee at this Penski lot. We live Penski they are truely the best!!! Thank you again Tyre!!

I cannot say enough good things about our truck rental experience! My fiance and I had pretty much the worst actual moving experience imaginable, so it was such a relief to have great customer service with our truck rental through Penske. Pick up and drop off were a breeze, and we kept the truck for an unexpected two additional days because of the aforementioned horrible moving experience, with no problems. I wish I could remember the name of the gal who helped us out during drop off because she was a literal saint. I cant thank you enough!

Thank you Reed for getting us the truck we needed at the best location.After getting our truck we stopped to pick up a washer and dryer for our new place and discovered the ramp was jammed/broken.I called 24-hour roadside assistance and got Victor. He quickly help us find the solution by getting a hold of another local Penske. At theLadson SC office Marissa, stepped up and got another truck of the same size dispatched to come to us.I just wanted to say I will always use and refer Penske forever now.

Had to get a truck that our company rents serviced, and they went above and beyond at getting it back to us within 12 hours and the brand new facility has a lot more space than the previous one.

Service is awful here, it used to be great, they have really gone down hill bad.

Going with Penske for my cross-country move may have been the best decision I made. This isnt to say the trip went perfect... Not even close. But what I will say is that Penskes continued superior customer service made them the standout. Even when the product wasnt right, they stood behind it and made it right. I have zero doubts that I would not have received the same care with a competitive company.To be honest, we had a couple major mechanical problems with the truck that occurred in the midlle of the 26-hour drive, MN to SC. And I did elect to have the insurance and roadside assistance (highly recommended). All of the communication was very polite and professional; however, do make sure you document who you talked to and what was said. I would say that might be the one shortfall I noticed... The inter-company communication between the several representatives I spoke to was lacking at times. The repairs were made while we were lodged and the mechanic (Jim in Lake Eurich, IL) was excellent. We were set back by the down time required by the repairs, but I want to heavily emphasize that Penske more than made this situation right.Its extremely difficult to find a company that will own a problem these days and not make you fight them to rectify the situation. Penske took care of me. Im a customer for life. You can be confident Penske will do what it takes to make sure your move is well taken care of.I did not receive any compensation for this review. I am just a thoroughly satisfied customer and felt compelled to share my experience.
