I have had my hair cut several times by various stylists at this location with varying levels of satisfaction. I went in this morning about 11. I sat for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by any of the employees. Yes, they were busy, but a word of welcome would have kept me there. Instead I drove about 15 minutes to a competitors where I was greeted immediately and made to feel my business was important to them.

Showed her of what I wanted cut way to short 3 time different girl all bad. Im not going there anymore.

Terrible stylists working there. How can you mess up a buzz cut? I needed a haircut before an important meeting and other barbershops and chain hair cutters were either busy or closed. I looked at the reviews and took my chances at Famous Hair because they were the only ones in the neighborhood without any customers waiting (Gee…I wonder why). Such a bad experience, the lady with dreads messed up my buzz cut (literally shaving the sides and back of my head is all I wanted). I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Please save your money and peace of mind by going anywhere else but here.

My sister got her hair done yesterday, and specifically asked Paris if she knew how to cut curly hair and she said she did but clearly didn’t because my sister has been crying for hours now because how bad her hair looks. Will definitely be back tomorrow for a refund. Do not recommend.

I came here and Paris messed up my hair so bad. Like so so so bad. I asked her to not cut my length off, and she did the exact opposite. She worked too fast with my hair. She didn’t take her time and she just grabbed chunks of my hair and cut them off saying it was layers but one side has these choppy pieces while the other side doesn’t. She wasn’t considerate at all. I don’t understand how they could let someone like that work there I’m so upset. Like my hair was my confidence and now it’s an insecurity. Please do NOT go here. EVER. She just sprayed this product in my hair ( didn’t even get the other side) she didn’t even think about my shrinkage (it shrunk up rlly bad). And when she “defused” it, the defuser kept falling off and onto the floor. It’s very unprofessional. She just cut chunks and chunks of my hair and didn’t even look twice to see if it was looking good. I left there so embarrassed. Again, please do not ever go here. I’ve never been so devastated in my life.

I went in for a wash and that is what the young lady gave me. Very nice staff, and I was in and out fairly quickly.

Walked in. Just wanted my head shaved. Was the only single person waiting. Literally.Was told 15 min wait. 40 min later just left.

A few friends recommended this place to me. Big mistake! Went to get a high fade and Daisy was the one who cut my hair. I had to repeat what I wanted to her 3 or 4 times and she still messed up. She even had to call the other stylist over to clean it up and make it look decent. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and done right. Don’t waste your money. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Bad!!! Used alcohol before n after eyebrow waxing. Took way too much off. Eyes swelled up from the experience. And was give 10% off for ordeal of removing leftover wax. Which still had when I got home.

Galina was wonderful. She is so patient and her work is amazing. I completely trust her and appreciate her advice. She really cares about her customers. My 8 old daughter absolutely loves her and cant wait for her next hair appointment. I would highly recommend her. She is a great artist!

Please dont allow Daisy to cut your hair. My husband had the most horrible hair cut that was meant to be a fade. Even the manager (Amanda) saw the pictures and agreed for a refund after finally getting a hold of her. I also called Amanda and left a detailed voicemail the night before that I would be stopping by in the morning. When I asked an employee what time she should be in, I couldnt even be told what time. It was like there was no consistency. She comes in around 10...sometimes 1030 or 1045. I left the store the first time at 11:05 for my sons appointment. She had customers with appointments waiting and an employee said shes not answering her calls & told me to come back. I had to come back a second time out of my way to be told in the end I could not receive the tip back. I was shocked because of how horrible the cut was and that Daisy would still keep the tip. I stepped back around the corner while shes folding towels and asked Do you really believe you deserve to keep it? After the hair cut you gave my husband? Amanda did say she would speak to Daisy about the hair cut after she saw the pictures and said she mayhave not felt comfortable doing fades. Well if thats the case then she should have said something to save everyone a hassle. On a side note Daisy decided to have a smug look on her face after asking for the tip back instead of seeming to be apologetic like she was when I called the night before. I was professional from the start. Paris stepped in to give me the tip since Daisy wouldnt do anything. Its a shame that someone else had to pay for her mistakes. Amanda seemed apologetic but not by any means professional showing up late, not answering calls. Ive learned that poor management trickles down and distributes to employees like Daisy. Please save your time, money, hair & stay away

A young Daisy cut 14 inches off my hair. Then styled it, she did an awesome job.

From now on this is where I will be taking my daughter. My daughter is special needs and wanted to feel like a princess, they did exactly that. I couldn’t have been prouder of the way they made her feel. One of the BEST customer experiences I have had, also had my hair done as well and I love it!

I had my hair styled here with my entire bridal party and we had a marvelous time. After a trial that was good but not the best, the stylists took great note of what I wanted changed. Thanks to them I looked more beautiful than I could have dreamed on my wedding day.

If you want to look like a five yr old gave you a hair cut this is the place for you. Took my son for his first hair cut. First one lady yells at my daughter and tells her to sit down. If you have a issue you tell the parent. She wasnt bothering anyone or getting in the way of anything. She had a attitude with everyone from moment we walked in. Than when they sit my son down he starts to cry she grabs a lollipop and shoves it in his mouth to shut him up. With out even asking me first or handing it to me. Than this older lady starts cutting Hus hair. Told her shave side and little of top. She completely did what she wanted. Than cuts a bang on my son that wasnt even straight. One side was supper short and other was long. Tells me OK hes done. Im like uhhh no fix the front at least. I will never go here again. And warn you. You go there you will have a bad day. My son looks so horrible. My 3 yr old daughter couldve did a better job.

Called at the last minute on a Friday afternoon to get my hair french braided. The lady answering the phone took the time to make sure someone could do it right then and could make the braid tight. When I got there, Michelle took me right back, beautifully braided my hair, and charged about half of what I was expecting. I will definitely be going back.

I always go here, they are usually really great. However, the last 2 visits were not the same. I showed a picture of what I wanted and told him I was a little hesitant because the last time was not great. He assured me he could do it. After he was finished and before I was able to look at it normally he said he wanted to do something special. He curled it a little and straightened and leaving the shop it looked great... After it flattened out... Not what I wanted once again. :( Not very happy!

Great place for haircut. If you need more than that such as color or toner, you do need to call and make an appointment . Very nice staff .They also will send coupons through your email each month.

This is the worst place to get a haircut. The staff was slow and walked around like zombies. They were less than helpful and charged people for services they didn’t receive. While I was there the one girl pretended to cut her friends hair so they could talk about jack daniels and other exploits. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would stay as far away from this place as possible, unless of course you have time to waste or are friends with the staff and need to catch up on old times.

This is the only place I will go for my haircut! Cali cuts my hair which is long and she never disappoints me the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.

I brought my 2 year old son in for a hair cut. before i let the lady who cut his hair even touch him i showed her where the last time hed gotten his hair cut at a salon in walmart that the lady messed up his hair bad and explained thoroughly what id wanted done. Just to get the bangs out of his eyes, hair off his neck, and thinning out the rest adding layers. I wish i could upload a picture of what this lady did to his hair this time. his bangs are very short the hair almost stands out, and is crooked as can be, and half of the back of his head has layers like i asked while the other half still looks bushy. I am NOT pleased with this salon either and i will NOT bring myself or my child back to this salon.
