My computer screen went black! I didn’t want to drive all the way to Concord . I found “Same Day Computer” in Laconia, right next to the ice cream shop! By the end of the day I knew what the problem was and would it fixed as soon as possible. So happy not to have to buy another computer. Thank you Josh and your staff!

They worked on my PC, when I found it still had issues, they took it back no arguments and went right back through it not charging me a dime. System speed improved three fold.

I brought my laptop in to get a new charging port. The price was reasonable according to what I found online for similar services, but thats where the positives end. Im not one for writing bad reviews but I dont want someone else to have the same experience I did.Although my laptop now charges (woohoo!), they somehow lost the screws holding the back panel on, replacing them with mismatching ones. They also didnt put the panel back on correctly (which I was able to unscrew and fix thankfully) and managed to bend/dent the corner so the panel no longer fits correctly. See picturesMore minor but worth mentioning because of the other issues-I had to call several times about the status of my repair after being told I would hear back in a hour or two. I was aware the same day policy would not apply since they would most likely have to special order the parts, but I was left playing phone tag about both the initial assessment and regarding when it was ready for pickup.

I’m impressed with how quickly I can get a tech over to my business to fix my computer issues! Always greeted professionally! I have a very old system and in the process of upgrading! Happy to have Same Day Computer handle the install and bring me into the current computer age!

When my last computer basically blew up and I was in immediate need of a new computer I knew just who to go to. Same Day Computer found me a machine big enough and powerful enough to handle all of my files and apps. Dont get me wrong, I am far from tech savvy but I can use a few programs. The staff at Same Day Computers spent all the time I needed over a week or so of my annoying phone calls with too many questions and were always so polite, helpful and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this great little company to anyone who has need of personal computers or for business setups.You can trust Same Day Computers!!!

Same Day Computer always provides me with excellent service and professionalism. Theyve helped me with everything from new and used computer purchases to major repairs and projects. As a business owner, their business division, 24IT, is great as well.

These people are rude, they sell refurbished junk thats repaired using glue and tape. When I got it there was no screws holding the battery in I had to take one from another spot I had a $400 grant for the computer I was only able to use it for approx 3 months due to not having wifi then when I did go to use it I plugged it in over night, went to use it the next day and it was totally dead wouldnt turn on or anything they tried to say I broke it but it ended up being the motherboard so I didnt kno that motherboards could break from sitting on a table plugged in. I would not recommend this place even to an enemy

Went to the shop to get help finishing wiring my new PC most of the work was already done. Next day go into pick up my PC and I was charged 300 simply to finish wiring nothing else was done. The wires were a mess it looked as if they had just plugged it in and didnt even try to organize them. Not a spam review as said by the reply :) Theyll be glad to overcharge you for sub-par service. Definitely wouldnt recommend them unless I didnt like the person.

Our computer crashed right in the middle of my sons remote learning for high school. They calmed me down and assured me theybwould have me up and running that afternoon. They even lent me a laptop to use while my computer was being repaired. Hreat service and fair price. Will be back

Had my computer over a week. I got 6 different verification codes to my phone before they figured out they can’t access my Apple ID without it. It was weird that they would ask for my Apple ID since it had nothing to do with the program they were installing. Still haven’t heard back.

I had my MacBook laptop brought back to life by this great business. Not only did they install a huge hard drive, but they also put in as much RAM memory as possible. The total cost for all the work was only 20 percent what a new machine would have cost. This is why I just dropped off my giant iMac to have them make it like new. They are honest and have the highest integrity.

Great company that was quick and easy.All I needed was my space bar put back onto my key board and was running late slightly after 5:00pm. I called and a lady answered and told me she would stay until I came in to fix my key board. Came in and she fixed it no problem and didn’t charge me a thing.Highly refer!!

Pretty disappointed...I was charged $375 for a new hard drive. Turns out I was charged 4x more than its actually worth.

We were very concerned that our computer had quit after a big thunder storm. We brought the computer to Same Day in the morning and it was ready a few hours later. Katie was very nice to deal with and made us feel good knowing that they could save my information and my sanity!

Prices r ok and give away memory modules for those who have retro legacy notebooks like me ans also notebook pata drives.. and also charge less than what data transfer fees r now to $40 depending on the notebook pata and sata drives storage capacity not by the hour and give away novelty gifts like ssds or thumb drives as a thank u for your service gift

So my buddy Dylan recommended me to this place cause I was having blue screen problems, we spent days ourself trying to figure out what it was. I ended up being told that same day computer would be able to fix it for me without a doubt. All that was wrong was windows 10 was corrupted. They fixed it no problem. I’m currently back getting it fixed due to low performance. I have a 2070rtx, a i7-7700k processor, 16gb ram, an lepa water cooling system, a 1tb HDD, a 500gb SSD and a 600watt power supply. I’m getting only 10-30fps and my DAW runs slow and doesn’t respond until it loads after 2 mins of loading in a midi track. They are currently trying to fix it now for me in which I hope they do, the motherboard doesn’t seem to be the issues so I have no clue what it could be that is making it run underperformance, maybe it’s a setting with the the main hub in the motherboard “bootmeanu” but I have no clue. Again thank you guys for your hard work and helping me with problems I can’t solve myself. 5 stars earned in my book, other people are just sappy

So I will say straight from the bottom of my heart: These are the kindest, most wonderful people I have ever dealt with in the computer service industry. Their staff absolutely went above and beyond, specifically Katie and I couldnt be more thrilled. I am a person with a walking disability and right from the start they offered to not only bring my computer from my car for me ( something they thankfully didnt have to do because I had help ) but they also offered to bring it back TO my car for me so that I didnt have to struggle with it. ( The walkway in to their building is a little steep, not their fault! ) Furthermore when it came time for me to get my computer and I was running late ( WELL past time for them to close ) poor Katie waited for me to get there so that I could pick my computer up. ( And I mean it was well past go time, it was 530pm. That is a long time for someone to wait. )The problem that my computer was having was a difficult one and they spent three days trying to figure it out, doing everything in their power to find out exactly why I was having the issues with my USB ports that I was. I, being the not so bright person that I am, did not give them all of my computer equipment and had forgot to give them my power cord so they were using one of their super awesome superior power cords. ( Which is actually why they couldnt figure out what the problem was. The problem was my computer not getting enough power via the cord and my keyboard sucking ALL of the power because thats what Razer products do. It was murdering my USB ports. I got a new keyboard that wasnt a Razer product and havent had a single problem since. )Needless to say I will be going to them in the future if I have any computer mysteries or disasters, and I highly recommend everyone else do the same. These people are the absolute most wonderful people: Specifically Katie. That woman deserves all of the praise in the world and she has all of my thanks. Thank you SO much. ♥
