Second year renting a jet ski here. Fantastic experience. Very friendly andhelpful. Great rates and they did there best to accommodate what I wanted.New machines ran great. Best experience Ive had renting anywhere. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

Service was excellent and super easy to follow. Cam was extremely helpful getting us setup quickly and efficiently and making us feel safe the whole time. Jet skis were in top condition and the overall experience was fantastic!!

I booked jet ski rentals online and online for never stated that we would need a boating license. Then we had to wait for 45 minutes because no one was there, just to find out we cant ride our rentals. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU AND STATE THAT THEYLL GIVE YOU A VOUCHER, BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM FOR PROOF OF THAT VOUCHER. They wont just send it to you and claim theyll put it in the system. So beawear of the scam.

Great location, friendly staff, and brand new jet skis.

Website says 18+ and government ID for jet ski rental. However, when you get there, they tell you, you need a boating license. I dont know how they stay in business. The more I looked into this, the company is authorized to issue temp boating licenses, the counter help never mentioned this.

Wish it had been a good experience. Staff seemed inconvenienced by my son and his friend arriving for their rental. Seemed more concerned with who they were meeting for lunch as they carried on phone conversations in the process of turning over the keys to my son. Because they were preoccupied with other things, the staff member assisting them failed to mention areas such as the broads that they should avoid due to high waves and heavy current. As a result the boys were thrown from the craft which was carried by the current to fast for them to catch. They had to swim for an hour in the cold, rough waters before being rescued by Supervisor Dave Jones of the Marine Patrol. Officer Jones was very clear in stating that this could have ended up a tragic day. We are grateful to God for sending Officer Jones to rescue the boys. When we returned to the rental location, the manager was flippant, would not remove his sunglasses to speak to us face to face, never expressed his relief that the boys were ok, and in a very bored, sarcastic tone stated that he supposed we wanted a refund... We actually came by to make sure they had their machine back from the Marine Patrol docks, that it was undamaged, and that the boys didnt get charged extra for the two hours they were late because they were being treated for mild hypothermia. After the lousy attitude, I definitely took the 50% refund he offered, but I am really dismayed by the lack of concern for two lives that could have been lost. If I could give zero stars on this review I would. I hope this review encourages renters to make sure to ask the important questions and reminds the staff of the rental company that their job is important - actually life or death. Sincerely. Lots of fun and a helpful staff

This place makes it quick and easy to get your temp boat license, reserve, and quickly get out there and have fun. Jet ski was brand new and awesome!Hard to beat boating on this lake with so many islands and areas to explore...

Had the BEST time renting jet skis with a few friends! The staff is super friendly and professional and the jet skis are all nice and new. Would definitely recommend renting from here.
