These folks go above and beyond to make sure your car is safe for you and you are getting wonderful customer service. I called on a whim without an appointment knowing my car needed a lot of work. They told me to bring it right over. After the estimate they told me they would have to get parts, which was totally understandable, I knew it was going to be a big job. Ralph called me 4 hours later saying my entire car was done! I was shocked! He had me test drive it with him afterwards to make sure I was happy with it. My car drives like a dream now and Im so greatful for their amazing customer service. They have earned a customer for life.

Honestly haven’t encountered a worse phone call then I just did with them, truly unimpressed and definitely will not recommend to any body looking for auto work, I ask if they have any appointments and the response I get is for what so I tell him what for and all I get as a reply is “I don’t want the job” in the rudest most unprofessional way possible then slammed the phone down. They were careful with Covid 19 precautions. They were friendly, efficient and honest. I was having my tires rotated and they checked the entire car ..at no extra charge. My daughter visited and they were able to see her car and because of their car exam she didnt drive her car the 4-5 hours home. If they didnt do this she could have been in an accident due to a totally rusted exhaust and other problem where a tire could come off while driving. I cant say thank you enough for this company and their services and prices.

I showed up without an appointment to get a tire repaired. The owner dropped everything, including his lunch, to fix my tire. I can’t say enough good things about the way I was treated and the positive experience. It was much appreciated when others in the area couldn’t take me for two days.

The people are really nice.... but their waiting room is their office and its wicked small and cramped. No seating available. So you have the workers coming in there getting in your personal space, theres just not enough room... nor is it clean... they do good service, but i cant be standing in a small area with lots of people crammed, and them in your personal space. It definitely could use a good cleaning. If your just dropping your car off, then i guess no worries

These guys are amazing. Know this shop ever since I was a young lad. Would recommend this shop to anyone who having a hard time finding quality repairs. Its a small shop and they have a large client base. If youre in a rush this may not be the best place. I have learned there work is worth the wait.

This place is awesome! The friendliest and most helpful of all. With impending snowstorm coming and my poor planning, I called everybody. No one would take me in. The wait was approximately a week. I called them, they took me right in even though they were busy. After installing the tires they did a test drive and then re-torque the wheels as well. Never have I had a garage go to this much detail in a tire change. Not to mention they have the best mascot in Lucky Junior! Highly recommend this garage

My kid took a car here to get repaired. He had an appointment and had the car towed there. They didn’t look at it till the next day. Next day they looked at it and complained the tires were flat and it wouldn’t start. It wouldn’t start because it was out of gas, due to the fuel lines needing to be replaced. And apparently they don’t have air either. They then said they won’t work on the car because they don’t want or spend that much time on it. What a joke. Stars must be from friends. Don’t waste your time here.

Sanborns did a pre-purchase inspection on a used truck I wanted to buy, and they were great. No-nonsense, straightforward, and very reasonable price, plus they did the inspection with less than 24 hours notice. Scott kept the truck up on the lift after he was done, and showed me everything I needed to be aware of. I highly recommend Sanborns and would definitely go back!

I will not be returning there. I brought a vehicle in for inspection, it was on the lift for a grand total of 3mins. The mechanic came out, said that my vehicle was junk, and it was not worth the money, they quoted me over 2k in repairs. Thank goodness I took it to another mechanic, the repairs are only going to run me about $900. Not to mention that the issue with my vehicle was NOT a blown head gasket, but an oil pick up screen, and an improperly performed oil change (not done by Sanborn s) issue.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Ralph and Scott are the guys you want working on your cars. Fast, friendly, efficient and honest. I wouldn’t hesitate sending my wife or kids if they have trouble and I can’t take the cars in.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Set up an appointment to have my vehicle looked at on a Tuesday I called them at the end of the day and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet said they were going to look at it the next day so I said okay that’s alright & I called the next day, I asked him how it went and if he brought it in and looked at it the man said to me no I didn’t it’s not worth it all. All he did was look at it in the parking lot looking underneath he told me this over the phone. Very poor customer service it was more about him than it was the customer. He refused to do any work on the vehicle I offered him money to do it and he said no I don’t want too. Very poor attitude and he was rude over the phone also hangs up on you. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this place!

I highly highly recommend sanborns to anyone in need of car repair . They are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make their customers happy. They are all like a family and they treat you like family too. They are all VERY kid friendly and Lucky jr. (The big ol pupper)LOVES kids. Even when we moved an hour away we STILL go out of our way to get our repairs/inspections/parts here because they are all the nicest people we have met.they double check all repairs and are very serious about making sure your car is safe and running smooth. They have fixed some really big problems with my vehicle without draining us of money or trying to add extra things to fix like other car repair shops do. They are so thorough and so honest about their work. Best prices around and I will continue to be a forever customer.

Same day inspection, honest quote, willingness to cover for unreasonable demands and refusal to get work done on time by the tire place across the street--Sanborns replaced my struts and shocks, studded new tires for replacing the shot ones, and aligned my car--all when I rolled in as a new customer with no scheduling. Timing? Done in less than 24 hrs. And I knew the cost because they had her up on a lift and inspected less than 30 minutes from when I arrived. Cannot recommend highly enough.
