Worked here as a Client Staffing Coordinator and had an experience that I cannot professionally put out there for the public.Severe staffing shortage since before the pandemic and labor shortage.Insensitive treatment of employees.Requirement for employees to work 60+ hours per week.Requirement for employees to cover shifts that cause them to work 24-36 hours (personally witnessed and once experienced).Pay is unethical for the requirements above.The clients and staff deserve much better.My heart hurts for the people within this company to this day and it has been 2 years since I left my job there.Enjoy your personal planes and quads Clark family . Worked here. They are a lost cause.

I would not even give this place one star if possible. I worked for this company for two years as a team lead and needless to say they do not care about their employees or clients. This company takes honest hard working people and breaks them down into shallow husks of workers. They EXPECT you to work ridiculous and unrealistic hours with no guarantees for having a day away from work and if you don’t then “you’re not a team player.” They force you to work in unsafe environments with very agressive clientele and provide little to no support with any issues and are very quick to blame anything that goes wrong on the staff. The administration atmosphere in the office is like that of high school and Amy is by far one of the most arrogant, rude, and condescending bigots I have ever had the displeasure of working for. As an owner of the company you would think they would have better demeanor and treat people respectfully. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work for this company, but then again if you like being treated like dirt, over worked, and unappreciated then I guess this would be the place for you.

I can not explain all the levels of aweful that can be found here. It is a meat grinder that takes good people and reduces them to sad broken husks just trying to survive. An institution bent on slowly breaking the souls of those that work there.

I have never been worked so hard for so little money! The team leads are terrible at scheduling and my heart health was compromised due to the long shifts with not enough time between to rest. I was fooled into believing because the owners are christian that I would be treated fairly, but it would seem His light is not allowed to shine in this dark place.

Dont work here, having worked in the office I saw how they diminish the value of their staff, the sick politics and games, favoritism, and bigotry among the adminstration.STAY AWAY.
