Tommy, (Thomas) is our Bug Buster Tech. I appreciate that we have the same tech every time we have a service. He communicates well if he sees something that needs addressing, and he always lets us know when hes coming out for a service. Recently, my house was inundated with tiny ants. I was looking on the internet and reading reviews which then led me to Bug Busters. They were able to get me scheduled within a week and they had people come out twice within a week period. The first time was for termites and that went great. And then the second service was straightforward and simple. A guy came and asked me what my issues were. I told him that the spiders were an issue and he sprayed. He knew what he needed to do and I just left him to it. When he was finished, I signed the paperwork. He was gone within an hour. Since the service, I have had no problems with pest activity at any of my properties.

I called in a panic on a Monday morning, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful, their prices were easily 50% less than the other three companies I had called. Their technician was out the very next day. I was given a solid price and explicit instructions on how to prepare for the treatment, what to expect every step of the way and what to do to insure success at completely eradicating the bugs. I hope never to repeat this experience but I will recommend Bug Busters to anyone who needs to get rid of unwanted bugs (is a bug ever wanted?).

I would give this place a zero if I could. They came into my apt. and shattered my tv then ignored me . I kept after them then they refused to take responsibility for the damage saying not their problem. Beware of this company.
