Alex V. helped me and my wife every step of the way in our transition from being Sprint customers to Verizon. He diligently explained the details of each of the plan that are available and suggested which plan suits our needs. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and patiently answers our questions and concerns. When we first stepped in the store, we were just there to inquire yet upon our interaction with Alex, we decided to return the next day and start our transition to Verizon. I can’t speak for the others but I definitely recommend you to ask for Alex Villareal to handle any transactions you may have with Verizon.

Alex was awesome! I went in to get a Gizmo watch and I had my 1 year old with me. As kids do, my child was acting fussy and Alex took care of us so well. He was extremely patient, he was super friendly and made small talk with us. Overall, he turned a potential nightmare situation (toddler attitude lol) into a flawless, picture perfect interaction at a retail store! I would definitely see him again for my cellular needs!

Hands down best phone-buying experience ever. I came in knowing approximately what I wanted then Alex went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. Fast,smooth and easy process. Got phone all set up and installed with a case and was out within 45 minutes. This was a gift for someone else too.

Today my phone went completely black, no screen. Thankfully I had my watch to get messages or calls.Came in a little before 230pm. My phone had a crack so I used my sons upgrade. But due to high volume internally it took almost 7 hours to be all said and done. We left after 3 hours. During those 3 hours ( Alex the manager and Michael) kept calling and sitting on hold with them to get progress very thankful. Finally when we left Alex said he’d keep us posted. I am more than thankful, they closed at 7. He stayed there and made sure I got my phone. Any other store would of probably just said well we will wait and we can see if the approval goes through in the morning. Finally at almost 9pm we got a call that I could get my phone. He had cases to Pick, screen protectors, and the paperwork to sign. If you are having issues this small store is more than accommodating.

He transferred all data from my old phone to the new one and received the important necessary information as well. I never was helped, checked in as asked on the sign outside the door via victra. After 45 minutes passed with no help (and a line still outside the door) I left, never received a text it was my turn to be helped. Actually still havent received a text.

This location offers free parking and full services. I needed to activate a new phone and to get new screen protectors for two others. The staff are very friendly and helpful and took care of all my requests cheerfully and quickly.

The first employee I talked to seemed pretty competent, unfortunately I was handed off to another who was not.Took over an hour to get a new phone and none of that was waiting behind other customers. The employee who was helping me could barely use their computer system. They tried to overcharge me $191 instead of $168 for the phone, then didnt apologize for it. In fact they actually seemed frustrated that I wanted to pay the price Verizon listed the phone at on their website. There were 10 minute periods of complete silence, just watching an employee try to use a computer. They also tried to charge me a $20 setup fee on top of the $30 upgrade fee, wow Verizon, wow.Avoid at all costs. I know I will.

These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. Special kudos to Jason-one of the most courteous and helpful associates you hope to meet. He put in extra effort to help us and was kind and gracious a the same time.

Purchased my charging wires for my phones at this store. Although the prices were higher than I could have gotten them else where the man that helped me said that if I had any problems with the wires I could bring it in and he would exchange it. I purchased wires for my daughters phone, and for my phone. When my daughters wire quit working we went in, and he looked up my account and replaced it. Today when I took my wire in, the person helping me wanted to give me a receipt so I could send the wire to the company that it comes from. This was never what was told to me, and I would not have paid that price for the wire with that as the understanding. Had to drive an hour home with dead phone, not happy with this store.

I am really green when it comes to electronics. I was given all the time I needed to fill comfortable getting started. Whenever I come to this store always greeted with a smile and get great help.

This place has been absolutely horrible the last two times Ive gone. Literally havent been able to spend less two hours in this store and still got nothing accomplished. They charged me for a phone but, couldnt give me the phone so I spent two hours on the phone with Verizon doing their job for them and got nothing done. Its an authorized dealer not Verizon.

I bought my wife and i new phones at the end of December in 2019 i told the salesman i wanted a phone and I dont want any problems with it he garanteed i wouldnt and gave me his personal cell phone number well almost 5 months later wouldnt you no it a problem with the wifes phone and i called his phone it took us a couple of times but he got it fixed and mine witch developed a problem from a download he didnt quite thanks Michael youre the best.
