I have been to LabCorp sites before and they are usually ok. This one is in a nice convenient area. Pretty building. But the inside is dimly lit, rather grungy looking, and crowded. Half dead plants on the counter don’t help. Unlike all other places, they did not take down the time of my last dosage being tested for (a critical component to this test). I will have to note the times and tell my doctor directly. Blood draw room is rather disorganized and messy. The one good point is that the technician took the blood with only one try, unlike some technicians who have to jab you several times. Definitely very experienced.

Completely feel contrary to all reviews written here. Have had to visit twice for pediatric visits for daughter and the staff was very friendly, super efficient, and beyond helpful. My daughter had a wonderful experience and as her Mom I was really happy with how they treated her (as these reviews made it sound downrigh awful). I didnt find any of the issues noted here whatsoever. The hours, tests done and all things noted below are clearly displayed on the front door.

I have been here numerous times as I need regular labs. I have had many dissatisfactory experiences over the past years there. The worst ones have been lately, especially during the pandemic. At the last visit, Nov. 12, 2020, I had to wait for almost 20 minutes in a waiting area that is not set up to separate people at least 6 ft. apart. There were way too many people for the space provided, and definitely more than CDC guidelines. I did not witness any cleaning of seats in any of the areas despite posted signs saying this was done. After a long wait, no option to wait outside, I was called into the (small) lab room. There was another patient in there so in this small space there were 4 people at the same time. The whole time my labs were being done, the two staff people were talking (socially) which is another issue that should be avoided during this pandemic time period. They are definitely not following CDC guidelines. On top of all of this, three of the tests that my doctor ordered on my lab order were not done so I now have to go back sooner than I would have had to otherwise. These issues have been frequent, not just during one visit. Avoid this lab if you can unless they can correct the problems.

Went there today to get some lab work done, and it was super convenient. After making an appointment online, I arrived 15 minutes early. You do the mobile check-in on your phone by clicking on Im here. Then you sit in your car until you receive a text saying that theyre ready for you to come in.When you go in, they direct you over to the counter, and then over to the room. No waiting in the waiting room! The test was taken right away, and I was in and out in literally 10 minutes.Staff was very friendly, and the facilities are your typical medical office type setup. Parking is fantastic. Will definitely use this place as a default lab facility. Thank you!

Staff is incredibly unhelpful and inexperienced with their own system. The two times Ive been here without a physical piece of paper theyve been unable to find me in their system. Driving the 20 minutes north to one of the other locations on lilly they can bring me up no problem.Truly this location is incompetent and unwilling to put in a little effort. Unless you have your paper on hand dont waste your time.

I had to go in for a drug screen and blood draw for my new job and it was a great experience. I was done with both tests within 20 minutes. I told the person that needles make me dizzy and she did a wonderful job putting my mind at ease and distracted me during the blood draw, totally painless too.

Literally no way to reach an actual living person by phone. I would never even bother giving this awful company my business if I had any choice about where to go for a drug test.

I went in for a pre employment drug screening and after waiting for half an hour was informed that they stop testing at 330. Is there a sign on the door? Yes. Is it noticeable? No. Could someone have told me this when I checked in? Hell yeah!

I go to this location because it is close to me but will find another lab. The location has received a new standing kiosk check in and clearly not in a private location for the patient to put information in. The staff is frustrated and rude. I got a painful draw and is still hurting.

Who stops their drug testing at 3:30 normal peopleWork at that time and their customer service was horrible. I called 4 times and they never answered their phone

Waiting to have some blood drawn and listening to the two catty women gossip and complain about other people they work with. They’re also slow- I’m the only person here but I’m sitting here waiting, for 15 minutes now.Ok, Carole grew on me. She’s great!

Talk about rude and incompetent! I have been here 3 times for pre employment drug screens and the first two times went alright, but about a year later for a new job they are totally rude and unhelpful, especially the older lady with the short curly hair.

Quick and efficient the nice lady with the short brown hair was very prompt in her job. Didnt get her name however.

Completely incompetent staff! I am so utterly disappointed in their performance it is saddening. They do not follow corporate procedures for DNA testing and they literally just lied to their customer service reps when we had to call corporate to get them help because of their poor customer service. I am seriously in awe. What is wrong with you guys?

They are very disrespectful .and I really dont think they know the chemical make. Between a real drug and a over the counter medication.
