Steve & Qualaty Auto Care have always been amazing to us. They take a good look into cars and are reasonable with pricing. Even after recommending going to a dealership to get our car checked out Steve still wanted to know what happened after we went, if thats not customer service I dont know what is. We will continue to go here for all our services.

This place is always great. They always give us a rundown of issues and let us know the priorities. They arent pushy and let us know if the car maybe isnt worth repairing. They always get us in quickly. I believe they are moving locations.

Overcharged in fixing gas cover gasket . Came back to redo it again . Still not done correctly. All talks but don’t know what they’re doing . Don’t go here, go someplace else .

Ive been going here for years and have always had a great experience. I especially appreciate that when they have found multiple things that needed to be fixed they do an excellent job of communicating the severity and priority of the issues.

Was recommended to the place and looked up the good reviews and so felt confident in calling, describing that I needed all 4 headlights worked on...and I was told to bring it in first thing Monday morning.Imagine my surprise when going in Monday morning to have the clerk only talk me out of leaving my car there within the first few minutes.. and not even being able to get any ballpark price quotes - he didnt even want to take a look at the car parked just outside - only that it would cost an arm and a leg at their labor prices.The guy at the counter then recommended I take it to another place but said they would also charge an arm and a leg.By this time I hadnt said much and was stunned - then told him that I had no illusions about the possible cost because I had gotten a quote from another shop so was interested in getting the work done.I am still dumbfounded that he was completely disinterested in working on my car - merely headlights - and apparently was not interested in any of my business since clearly I will never go back there for anything and will not recommend them to anyone.

Took in to change brake position sensor but they some how fix it in 1 minute and car was able to move.

I always get my car services there, now on my second car and I still go there. They are honest and live up to their business name quality. I come all the way from the Tacoma area to their shop, I rarely call to make an appointment, they take walk-ins all the time. Great people, great technicians, great owner, great all around service. Highly recommend.

Quality Auto Care is AWESOME. The customer service is great! Steve the owner always takes the time to help no matter how busy they are. Once he changed my oil himself when I was on my lunch break and I still got back to work on time!

Excellent place to have your car fixed. They are fair and do not make things up. Pricing is good and they back up there work 100%. If they need your car a little extra time to make sure the job gets done correctly, they call you. I have been using them for 2 years now.

Great Customer Service, no appointment needed! I went recently for my cv joints and they were amazingly fast and told me everything that was happening before they did it. I had an emergency where my Aunt got stranded with a breakdown in Lacey on her way back to Oregon.After talking to the parts store and calling Midas, I was desperate to find a shop that could help her & me, since I couldnt get down there personally. When I explained the situation to Ryan the manager and let him know I only had a limited amount of money to get the repairs done & the trouble Id had so far, he was very helpful and was able to do the repairs the same day and get her back on the road for the amount I could afford. They are a stand up business & it was a relief working with them!!

Went to Qual-A-Ty auto care with a valpak coupon and was amazed with their service. For under $20 I got my oil changed, fluids checked, car vacuumed, and just fast friendly service. Loved the location- I was able to walk to target and shop around while they did my oil change. I am new to the area and not a fan of Jiffy lube so I am thrilled to have found this place. Highly recommended!

I posted a negative on quality auto doing work on my car that was not approved and charging me 500 and some change then 300 claiming they changed my calipers well driving home last night smelled burning smell got out the car front tires area smells like burning thats why car would delayed going up hill they suck they did a jacked up job still have same problem as before its only been a few weeks Will NOT TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEN CANT TRUST THEN AND THIS CAR IS MY BREAD AND BUTTER BUYER BEWARE
