I have been so happy with Spidexx! The techs are super friendly and punctual and the treatments dont take long at all. It gives my bug-phobic husband peace of mind and that is priceless. He noticed a wasp by the gutter the other day and was like, Call them now! but theyd already scheduled our quarterly treatment and were out within the next couple days. It was awesome! I definitely recommend Spidexx!

I’m not sure if I listed all the p ts that the tech,spraifemkAlso names, Scott, treated! But he asked about trouble areas and made sure those areas got extra attention. The sales Rep who was here yesterday was friendly, knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the process!

I dont like the aggressive door-to-door sales. The salesperson was professional but also clearly directed to use aggressive sales strategies. He said they can only offer a deal at the door and not over the phone. I think if they can offer you the deal at the door then they should be able to later. If hed have just offered the information I would have looked it over and possibly become a customer. Now I dont even want to look.

Very professional service. I have been finding many dead bugs after the indoor treatment. Very pleased with thoroughness of clean sweeping the ceilings and even garage doors/tracks.

I hired Spidexx Pest Control to spray for ants, spiders, wasp, roaches, stink bugs, etc... for my home and neighbors home. Matthew and Cole were outstanding and communicated the steps they were taking to eradicate the insects mentioned above. I would definitely refer them to family and friends if subject matter were to be brought up.

The service technician was very thorough and the results were immediate. There are hardly any insects at all on my property now. I do really appreciate that the chemicals they use are safe for infants and small children as well.

Just had the first application. i rated excellent just because of the quick response and friendliness of the people i dealt with. Well see if this clears up any issues we have had.

I signed up for the Spidexx service on July 27, 2021 and they did exactly what was promised. I was with Terminix since April of 2021 and was not satisfied with their customer service (or lack there of) or results. I have had ant problems in my home for most of the summer and Terminix has come out twice to spot treat after the initial application when I started my service with them. After the third application, I still had ants in the house and my wife and I were tired of it. A Spidexx representative showed up on my doorstep and I figured why not give these guys a shot? Terminix was not meeting my needs anyway. GLAD I DID! After the initial application, I no longer have ants in my home. So glad I gave this company a chance and highly recommend their service.

Nice employees. 25 total minutes at the job site was surprisingly short for the fee paid. Technician very friendly. Time will tell if service was worth the cost. They will be called back at the first sighting of a wasp, spider or ant. Sorry

I simply do not do business with any company that sells door-to-door. Just because they are working at a neighbors house, they do not have the right to come to my door, uninvited. In my opinion that is unprofessional.

First application was today! Technician was friendly and prompt. Looking forward to the great service provided.

Not a big fan of door to door salesmen but I gave the spidexx guy a chance to give me some of his offers. He piqued my interest at Japanese beetles and even mentioned their unlimited warranty if you notice any beetle activity. They’ll come out and spray for free in between sprays if you notice any beetles on your plants. Price was reasonable and includes indoor, outdoor and even garage. Had our first technician out today and she was here at 8am sharp. I believe her name was Cierra? She was so helpful and really took her time doing good work. We will see how this company works over time since I have a serious Japanese beetle issue most years

The service person was very professional, pleasant and thorough spraying for bugs inside and out of our house.

Will have to wait to determine how effective your service was after the summer but your customer service was on point and the guy that sprayed seemed to take his time and spray properly rather then a quick run through my yard. Thanks guys!

Spidex is always responsive an typically they do a good job. They were called out to remove a wasp nest, but the nest wasnt removed.

I think they could have done better on the backside of my home. The gentleman treating did not have a ladder or extension pole to reach the overhang.

Everyone is extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. I never have an issue with scheduling or having them come back. We replaced siding last summer and carpenter ants were found by the siding installers, one call and Spidexx was back out to help us treat the area before they put the siding back, even though they had just done the quarterly treatment the week before.

This company sends people up to your doors and they essentially try to bully you into hearing about their product. Terrible initial experience with this company and will not be using their services ever.

Also serviced for silverfish and centipedes inside. Matt Pishna is always friendly and professional and always wears shoe coverings. And a mask!😷👍

We already had another Company treating our home off & on for the past few years and were not completely satisfied. My husband has been working from home during Covid & was unable to come to the door to speak with Derek due to being on a long phone call. I asked if he could come back in about a half hour once my husbands shift was over so he could share with him the details. I have service plan but had ants in my house- seems it was a long time between applications- winter thru spring.Also see millipedes worms in the house and many many outside.Need more frequent or higher dose applications to control.

Spidexx is always very courteous and professional. They do a great job of letting me know what they are doing and is anything needs to be done.

Luke of Spidexx made me feel I was talking to a family member that I liked. He was very patient with me. My concerns became his solutions. Up to then I imagined the black wasps were keeping me prisoner. Wonderful person and company. And he did a great job too!

Sevice man apologized that due to the wind, some of the spray ended up on the 2nd floor window, so he got his ladder and cleaned the window. It is this attention to detail that keeps us a loyal customer.

Weve been using Spidexx since moving here over three years ago and havent bee disappointed. Last year, we werent home for our scheduled visit, and they gladly returned to spray the inside at a later date.

I do not have complaints per se. There are simply allot of spiders this year and it seems like fighting a losing battle. If I thought someone could do better for me, I would explore it. As it is, it is what it is and best effort has to be good enough. I see that as being devoted, so thank you. .

This is a great company that comes out regularly and will come if you call. I have small grandchildren and they are careful using products that won’t harm them. I recently had ants & they came right out & no more ants!

Took the nest down and also sprayed around the whole house very well mannered gentleman.

Prompt and courteous. Pricing competitive with other major companies and even a bit less. Sounds like a small item, but their vehicles are clean and they always dress professionally. Technicians are good about special requests such as doing landscaping or staying away from certain areas. For example, we have some shrubs that honey bees love and the spray will kill them, so we ask not to spray around. They are good about these special requests and even give tips on protecting areas (or bees). Only had them twice, but they have been good so far. We do see a difference with fewer ants, spiders, and wasps.

We have noticed a significant reduction in pests. The service is not intrusive. The service people are neat, quick and courteous. We like the service.

The tech did a very through job, inside and out. I couldnt be more pleased with todays service! Waaaay better than former competitors! The tech listened to all my concerns and really was professional about his job. He also made sure that I was aware that they would be back in 30 days to re-visit. He explained everything very well!

They come quarterly and spray the exterior of my home. They always ask if Ive had any problems and/or if they should spray inside. Super friendly. I have had much less spider webbing on and in the house since we started the service.

The SpideXX service technician was polite, clean cut, efficient, and clearly communicated what he was doing. The only negative aspect of the experience is that the spray left a visible residue along all the edges of my wood floors after it dried. I’m not sure whether to clean it off or leave it in order to maintain the effectiveness of the application. Cleaning it will be a lot of work if I have to do this every time they come.

Professional, reliable, and trustworthy! Any time I have had an issue in between my regular services, they have ALWAYS responded immediately. I have been told their pricing is a little higher than another local company, but it is definately worth it. A person answers EVERYTIME I call and I never have to wait to get great customer service!! I have had great service since I started with Spidexx and insects seem to be under control.

Did a great job getting rid of the spiders we had all around the exterior of the house. The yellow jackets we had which apparently are notorious for being difficult to get rid of, required them to come out for a second treatment to rid us of the ones who escaped the first time. They succeeded in getting rid of them. I cant tell you how happy that made my entire family. I would highly recommend them, they were friendly, courteous and very professional.

The outside of our home has been plagued with spider webs for the 20 years Ive lived there. Ill be honest, I really didnt expect this treatment to work. I am AMAZINGLY surprised that two weeks later not one web has appeared since the treatment. Id give them a 5 out of 5 rating, but its only been two weeks. However, they gave me a guaranty and so far their customer service has been excellent! I would highly, highly recommend Spidexx Pest Control!!

Corey was great once he arrived, but was a two hours late. Fortunately my schedule was open that day and I was able to wait and still keep the same appointment date. I was happy with the professionalism and ease of the application.

Its a little early to provide a review on the product but the service was outstanding. Corey was way more thorough than I expected. He treated areas of the house I would never have thought of. He did a great job of recapping everything he did and what to expect over the next few months. Just so happened it was trash day when he came over and he even brought our trash can back to house after pickup. Cant beat the service and I dont think the product will disappoint either.

Spidexx so far has been great. They have taken care of yellow jackets most recently when I drew it to their attention.

Oversprayed our windows that had just been cleaned. When we asked him not to do that he just shrugged and said “my bad” with no offer to clean up after his mess. Specifically asked him to knock down wasps nest from the side of house. Said he would, but did not.

Saw a video on my ring app of a salesman from Spidexx try to scare a bunny away by stomping and then picked up a rock from someone’s landscaping and threw it at it.

Nice people and a professional operation. It’s a bit unclear what you are really getting when they come as the salesman says everything is taken care of, trees, shrubs, landscape beds, driveway, fence lines, etc and only the House was treated inside and out on the initial visit. but Great service and price.

If I could put a 0 star I would(This does not have to do with service but feeling discriminated against)A few days ago, one of their Techs was falsely accused of stealing money out of a customers home... When the allegation occurred, he was not told about it until the final decision to terminate him. One excuse is that they didn’t want the allegation to trickle down the line of customers. WELL HERE YOU GO! He was not asked anything and they DID NOT follow up with an investigation on his side. He has been working for a company that Spidexx has now took over for almost a year and NOT ONCE did he have a accusation of stealing. As his first instance, they did NOT treat him as if he was innocent. They did not question him, tell him any details, and ONLY told him that he was accused and was now fired. The actual boss did not fire him, but instead, had one of his lead techs to terminate him.. (the only other African American employee at this location) he has tried to get in contact with the boss and he has not responded which has lead me (his fiancé) to leave a very detailed review. The company seems to only care about their reputation and not the actual customer or employees. We feel it was discrimination. This tech, being one of the 2 African American men at this location, was falsely accused and did not get the opportunity to defend hisself until the final decision was made. I feel like since Spidexx took over, this tech was targeted discreetly and they found a way to let him go. This does not have to do with service to the customers, no. But.. The management of this company is poor and if they treat their employees like this, just imagine the shady work they give to their customers. They say they want to have excellent service, but they don’t even trust the people they have brought on as techs. They let go of someone that went above and beyond for his customers. I am speaking out because he deserves the opportunity to be heard on his side and his boss NEVER gave him that. He was not treated equally and as I can see from other comments, they do not treat customers equally with their sale technique either. 😬.

The technician serving our house was very polite, asked about any issues we were experiencing, and visited with us after his service to assure us that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction.

Great company to work with. They put in the foot work to do door to door sales. They’re easy to talk with and knowledgeable about their products and were able to cator to my concerns. They showed up for their appointment on time and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price that met the value of their work.

I am glad that they have come to help with the ant festation. I am thankful that they are not in the house. I am just a little impatient as I want them DEAD and gone for the rest of the year.

They charge 130 dollars for 30 dollars of an application, if your not watching charge that 130 dollars every three months. They only put out one application so it isnt worth the time.If you want to spend 500 dollars on one application then go ahead,but I made the mistake once,but not again!!!!
