First time they deliver a $1,200 bumper by dropping it off the truck, breaking open the box and trashing the bumper. Sent it back obviously. They schedule delivery today a whole 15 minutes away. Its now in Ohio, about 800 miles too far.... Definitely not excessive thinkers... I enjoyed my call to them and treated them with massive disrespect... Idiots.

Im an ebay seller who does about 30-40 crates a year, so not a big-time shipper, but for what i do, R&L is one of my two favorite shippers in the omaha metro. Every person Ive interacted with is friendly and helpful even to a small time dock dropper like me. No-hassle, efficient, good folks.

Just stopped by a drop yard to pick up a trailer. Its nice to have people share some space with you.

Worst shipping experience ever no communication 5 hours late and still waiting. I have called 5 times been told I was the next stop all 5 times. Will never buy or ship threw them again.

Shippers beware using this company! Received phone call, 213 pound pool being delivered the 15th between 11am and 5pm. 5:15pm on the 15th I called RL Carriers because no pool. Woman passed me off to a man that said he is looking right at my pool as it is still sitting on his dock. Rescheduled for the 16th (no given time). Both times I asked a friend to be here to help me lift pool inside home as it will have to be there till spring. Both times I sit here for 6 hours tapping my chair, glued to my home with a friend that was willing to now waste 16 hours of her 2 days to help me carry it in, because you said no signature needed on a $1300.00 purchase. At 4:45pm on the 16th I called RL carriers because no pool. Man said still sitting on dock. I asked nicely if when they finally do decide ro deliver the pool if they are NOW willing to carry it in when they deliver (whenever they choose to do so) they said No. So once again rescheduled delivery for Sept 23rd. Once again made arrangements for friend to be here, once again no scheduled time of delivery. So this am on the 23rd of Sept I called RL Carriers to ensure pool coming today. Lady in office (that I was very rude to in the end because I was so upset, my apologies) told me she could not locate pool and will have to put in a reseach ticket that could take 24 hours to even get answer on where pool at. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. Horrible buisness ethics. RL Carriers ruined the sale for its employer. Shippers beware using this company! Told RL Carriers to return to sender and called sender and cancelled order.

Excellent carrier! They were very nice to wrap up and secure my wheels and tires without me having to use my own supplies. Good customer service, and items were sent to the sender promptly. Would definitely use them again!

I recently had a replacement engine delivered to my home, shipped by R+L, also the core returned. As a heads up, things like moving your shipment into your garage etc is an extra charge. Both drivers I had were great. Very helpful and showed up when I was told they would. My shipment was as expected, undamaged in perfect shape. I would use R+L again if I had a need for frieght shipping.

Can’t believe the lack of professionalism, juvenile behavior I experienced.Lazy, useless driver refused to unload the deliverables. He watched my wife unload everything in the snow until I could arrive to finish unloading heavier items. Normally, carriers won’t let me assist when I offer, due to liability of injury...and totally understand their perspective.This pathetic mindset is permitted by management (certainly wouldn’t call that leadership).WILL NOT USE THIS CARRIER FOR ANYTHING, and will refuse to accept anything they deliver should a future merchant use them.

These guys ship all the stuff that I buy on the internet and literally great prices but sometimes very very very slow something that I was supposed to get in 4 days finally got there in 13 days

Ordered an item (300 lbs) out of Texas. Left Texas on the 13th, arrived in Omaha on the 15th at 6 AM. Here I am, it is the 16th at 1 PM, and it is still sitting at the warehouse. Now, I have to scramble two employees and a truck to go get it because we were promised it yesterday. Not impressed.

Very unsatisfied with the service. I received a call to expect my delivery between 1 and 5. It never showed up. Next day I call and they tell me they didnt deliver because there was no one home.. I have cameras.

Horrible service, very undependable. Ended up driving to the carrier to pick up my shipment. Then when I finally got it home it was damaged.
