The 2 employees there are really rude and lazy. The girl working typed in my tracking number and said she didnt find any package under tracking number and said theres was nothing under that number so I called ups 1 800 number and the employee there reached out to the driver and the driver said he delivered it to that store so I had the ups employee tell the ups store workers that the driver delivered it there and they kept saying no that my packages wasnt there so now I have to wait till tomorrow for the driver to show up there and GPS where he dropped the package in the store. Mind you that employees at the store told me I could go in the back of the store and when I went back there I asked them if they knew my name and they didnt so how could they find the package without my name I will never use this location ever again and I advise you to never have a package sent and set for pick up at this location.
Its a very nice place. The employees are very good at their jobs, & are there to help customers right away. Store is set up nicely and very clean. Employees are friendly, and good at their jobs.
This place is a joke! 1.00 a page to scan to an email. Wasnt told the price until time to check out, partially my fault for not asking but wasnt expecting a 1.00 per page, 80 dollars later, now I learned. Corruption at its best. Update, reached out to theor corporate and received no correspondence. Wasnt expecting much with the little help I got from the store.
Called ahead to make sure a notary was available. Get there & they say the notary left early.
I don’t know if they have new ownership, but this place has really gone downhill. Was charged a $5 holding fee when I picked up a package from nespresso that was delivered a few hours before I arrived. Nespresso has UPS set up as an access point so you can receive free shipping with a purchase of $35 and free pick up. They would not give me my package without me paying the $5 and were very rude and unapologetic even though they knew it was part of the access point program. They said they couldn’t scan it in right and I would have to contact the company. I called nespresso and they ended up reimbursing me $5 and said I should not have been charged any type of fee. I have picked up from nespresso here before and have never been charged until now.
This place has the worst customer service!
I use this store often as a business owner, drop off packages in prepaid postage bags. Today I brought in a box to ship and was informed of a service fee for taping the corner of the box. As a business owner I understand nothing is free, but 6 of tape is not $5.00....
Price gouging! As other report. They wanted 10.00 to make a simple address label. Then add postage!

Great customer service. I left my phone there on accident and the sales person was really proactive in making sure I got it back. Also, I got an Amazon package shipped out immediately and cheaply. I will definitely be going back next time I need shipping or supplies.
I love how every time I go in there, the girls are ALWAYS willing to help with whatever I need done, no matter the circumstances. Theres been a time where I needed a whole bunch of different numbers of copies for different things I brought in and they helped me copy, organize AND staple all that I came in with! Today, when dropping something off, I didnt even have the bag taped shut or the printed return label cut out, to place on the bag and the girl behind the counter just took it and said, I got it, no worries. You are good to go, thank you. I am just always astounded at their customer service in there!

Always gast and friendly service. The staff here is always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Its conveniently located and the business hours make it easy to get to the store for any shipping needs. The store also offers items not related to shipping, such as educational subject cheat sheets. I really like this location and am glad its here.
Had fantastic service here today in shipping a large, heavy piece of music equipment. Will definitely go to this location for future shipments.
Staff are not helpful. The first time I called she gave me a 1-800 number and advised me to keep pushing 0 which only causes the automated system to hang up. The second time she stated she had no basic knowledge of UPS and only sells things and hung up on me twice. Not helpful and rude.
This place is terrible dropped off a package on Saturday still not shipped and its Tuesday and this has happened multiple times I go to cvs most of the time from now on
The reason I am giving a five star rating is based on the EXCELLENCY in customer service that I have received from Mr. Dean & several other employees at this location over the span of almost a year. Now as with any business things may not always go the way I want it to go or the price of a service may be more than my budget allows or a service offered may not be available at the time BUT the attitude/character/integrity of Mr. Dean & employees have gone above and beyond what is required to make things right even if it wasnt offered in store. For my type A standards and expectations that really means something. Thank you for your service guys!
They are a Notary service but the Notary is not always there, call before you go!

Use to have good service but was not very happy this time. Mailed a return package that had a label already on it, and seem to get an attitude from the kid behind the counter. After he measured the package and told me how much it was going to cost I had to show him it was already paid for. After I left I thought I need some type of receipt. Turned around to get it, and for some reason they could not find the box. I finally saw it in the corner under the counter. Then they told me they dont give receipt on these, that I have to take a picture. Did not feel comfortable leaveing this package.

A transaction that would have cost roughly $6-$7 at usps, because Ive sent the same item multiple times, was a total of $21 here.My mistake for wanting to avoid the line at the post office, but that is an insane difference on mailing a stuffed animal in a bubble mailer.

Absolutely useless staff. Drivers from the hub dont deliver packages just drive by locations so their GPS says they were there . Worst shipping experience I have ever had by far .I paid for two day shipping and my package is now FOUR DAYS LATE.
Buyer beware!! UPS tries to avoid payment of insurance when they damage your shipment! It has been nearly six months since UPS severely damaged my familys treasured clock that has been in my family for decades. I insured it and UPS has done nothing but given me the run around for six months. They hope that youll just fade and go away. That is not going to happen. I will soon post pictures on Google and will post my terrible experience on Twitter for everyone to see.

My package was scheduled for delivery on September 26th, and it was suppose to be at the access point on the 27th for pickup. I went to the store on the 27th, package was not delivered. Went back again on the 28th, got the same result. I went back again on Monday the October 1st, hoping my package would magically appear, tho the online status showed that my package never made it to the access point, and was told by both the local store and customer service that my package had no activity since the 27th. Im catching an international flight on October 1st, and that package was a very important gift to my friend. Not only that UPS failed the delivery, during the entire process no one seemed to care enough to at least contact the driver that might have delivered the package and ask him/her where my package went. There was also not a single person that apologized for the whole situation, and everyone acted like it wasnt a big deal and somehow I shouldnt react like its a big deal. Just a package got lost right? It happens all the time so just file a claim. BUT HOW IS THAT GONNA HELP ME??? Even if my package was found I still dont have what I needed for my trip. Very disappointed, and this wasnt even the first time that Im there and the package wasnt. I hope my future shopping never involves UPS, but if it does, I will definitely go pick up at the access point instead of having them delivered to my place.
Never delivers my package always leaves a note on the door saying attempted to deliver but never actually does. I hate UPS with a passion.
The women who worked at the store the night of 11-13-17 is my hero! I had never ordered online before and I completely messed it up and when I called for help she was right on it! She was beyond amazing and she saved me! I really appreciated her and all her help
