Nice sports bar. Very open and clean. Loud music and great atmosphere for watching the game and having a beer. The service wasn’t bad and the wait time was short. I wasn’t sure why there was more staff there than patrons until we got our food. My burger was bland and the meat was dry. I paid an extra $3.99 to have onion rings instead of fries and I literally got 4. My husband ordered the 6 piece wings with mild sauce and he got 5 pretty spicy wings. I would try it one more time in hopes this was an off night.

I’m trying to do the healthy thing while my husband eats all the fried stuff. I went with the veggie burger and side salad. I love beef but was pleasantly surprised with how tasty the burger was. They loaded up 2 patties with cheese and grilled the burgers nicely. I opted for the side salad as well which was decent for a side. I personally like tomatoes and cheese on my salad. Plus actually chopping the salad into bite size pieces. The server was friendly and service was great.

Megan was our server and we had such a nice time. I really like their Ranch. I had boneless wings (saucy nugs), my son had buffalo chicken wrap, and the other dishes were good as well.

Dump of a restaurant. Service was slow and careless, took almost a full hour for food to 5 patrons. Would not recommend given the food in the area. Best part was breaking a hobby box of NFL cards for my own entertainment

I ordered a pick up order that was a little over $50 worth of food. The boneless wings were undercooked and not warm at all. My combo platter was very soggy and not fresh. The lady told me on the phone 15-20 minutes and I came right on time so there should be no reason my food was soggy and cold. Big waste of money.

I ordered off of Grubhub so this was delivered. I ordered the wiskey river bourbon wings and let me tell you, YUM IN MY TUM. I have tried my fair share of wings and boy did these not disappoint. I also ordered the garlic and herb. That was delicious as well, prettt heavy on the garlic though. The cheese burger was good. Not amazing but definitely good. The sweet potato fries and the fried pickles were a bit of a let down. :( Somewhat underseasoned and there wasnt a ton of batter used to fry the pickles. It was more of a pickle vs fried pickle. The sweet potato fries needed to be a little saltier, but you may like them just fine. They did provide an abundance of napkins and silverware which I very much appreciate. Overall, quick service and the food was still warm when it arrived. I definitely plan to reorder the wiskey river bourban wings. To die for!

This was my first experience eating at Ozzy’s. The food was delicious. Service was great. Our server, Erin M., was very pleasant and asked us often if we needed anything. I’ll be back!! Highly recommend!!!

Ozzys seemed promising at first but the wait time for the meal was LONG. Servers were kind and understanding about the wait. The food itself was decent although the salad had some spots that caused concern. Its a nice sports bar for drinks but Im not sure I would recommend it for food.

This was an amazing place to eat. My husband and I were traveling and only staying for a night in the area and decided to give Ozzy’s a try. So glad we did! Service was phenomenal and the food was 10/10! Highly recommend!

Driver waited about 45min for food, missing food, got incorrect pizza, ordered a vegetarian and cauliflower because of allergies, got a supreme instead. What a mess, and ordered on a Sunday morning, no Husker games and well before the noon rush. If there is a delay, at least have a correct order. Looking in the GrubHub app, this is habitual and not a one time thing for take out and delivery.

Horrible! I never leave reviews but the service AND food was so so bad. Waitress came to get our drink order, brought out drinks, and took our order right away. 45 minutes later, she came to say she would check to see why our food wasn’t out yet. Another 15 minutes later came back to say our order would be up next, mind you we have 2 small children with us. We saw another table actually get up and leave! She told us she would give a discount for the wait. Food finally comes (an hour later of placing order) and it’s cold, with one chicken strip in the whole wrap! Oh and the discount was $3 off a $45 bill!! Unbelievable!!

The restaurant itself was very dirty. My feet stuck to the floor, our waitress haphazardly wiped down our table with a sopping washcloth when we sat down, no cleaner was apparent. The window had food smears and handprints all over it, and our booth was sticky. I attempted to change my 5 month old in the bathroom and the changing table was so gross I didnt even attempt to use it.The food was fine but nothing great. My burger was ok, a little dry but fine overall. My husband got the shrimp tacos as it was taco Tuesday and they were not great. The shrimp was rubbery and had a strange flavor. The beef taco tasted like a dry chopped up hamburger lightly sprinkled with taco seasoning.Our waitress was friendly but never offered us silverware. We had to flag her down for napkins, drink refills, etc. And at one point we were one of maybe 4 tables there so she wasnt overly busy. Overall, I really have no desire to return to this restaurant.

Nice server but horrible service, no drink refills, the stack of dinner plates had chunks of dried food on them! We waited an hour for horrible food (some of which was missing) Ive had better food visiting grandma in the nursing home. This place will weed itself out before you know it.

There were 2 of us, our appetizer was cold, I got my order after about 30 minutes of placing it, and was told my girlfriends wings would be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we asked about the wings to which the server stated, That is on my kitchen staff, not me So we asked to cancel the wigs since it had been over 40 minutes. The server became very irritated and rude at this point. The place was not busy at all, there may have been 20 people total inside and out. This will be our last visit to where we once loved going. The food has steadily decreased in quality ad the service has gone to pot.

Took over an hour to get our food. They were not busy at all and had many open tables. Wait staff never came around during this time to offer drink refills. Had to ask for simple things like napkins and silverware. Once we finally got our food, the burgers were overcooked and dry. When we tried to pay with cash, they did not have change so we had to use our card.

I have never left a negative review. I was ignored while they served and flirted with tables of men. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to have cauliflower wings (which were good). 45 minutes to try to get eye contact to get my ticket. Not that busy either. All the men around me got waited on by e female wait staff. Only reason I gave two stars is for the quality of food.

I didnt realize they had a party room until I attended a recent retirement celebration for a friend. It was perfect, separate to allow the necessary group celebration and their service was wonderful!

Went on a Wednesday night not too busy. Ordered drinks & appetizers. Then ordered food. Enjoyed our appetizers & waitress was going to bring us the tab, wait we ordered food did we not? Would hate to see it on a busy night!!! Experience was mediocre at best.

Really nice bar and grill atmosphere. The burgers and wings were really good. They were not stingy with toppings or sauce. Their onion rings are good but could be crispier, the cheese curds were excellent and fried pickles were ok. Really enjoyed this place. But, the highlight was the waitress. We really liked her alot. She was bubbly, kind and attentive. She even helped tease our son.

Wow what a roller coaster experience we had at this place for my birthday. First off if the owners see this, I want you to know Tashawanna is an absolute rockstar! After the complete fumble from the GM Chris with our party room booking and experience, Tashawanna picked up the slack and made sure we were taken care of. We booked the party room a couple weeks in advance with Chris and gave him a specific time when we would show up. I attempted to clarify with him several times that we would be showing up after the Husker game and not at the 4:00 booking time he had us scheduled in the party room. He completely failed to relay this message to his staff and left them hung out to dry when we showed up. Tashawanna could have denied us the room because of the mix up but she decided to provide amazing customer service and went above and beyond. Because of her, we will definitely be back and will enjoy further experiences there with great food, drinks, and company. Thank you again Tashawanna!

2 buddies and I took our 10 year old boys there last night after hitting practice. We sat ourselves and our waitress came over and got our drink order and food order. We had to find our own silverware. The food was delivered and plates were brought, our waitress never stopped by again. After 40 minutes, I asked the other waitress that since our waitress had abandoned us, could she get us a couple of beers and some water refills for the boys. These would have been our 2nd 12 ounce beers of the night. She said yes, but instead of getting them, she went and started talking to the other waitress. One of my buddies went up and simply asked for our check. This caused the manager to come out and start yelling at him to the point that 2 out of the 3 10 year old boys said they were scared when he started yelling. We simply asked him to run the card and we would be out. They told us they were understaffed and could not turn their backs on a party that had come in. I told the waitress that we were paying customers too and that she had not stopped by our table in 40 minutes, so in essence she had turned her back on us. Needless to say, we will never be going back there again.

Pre concert meal turned into a stressful fiasco. We nearly left due to inattentive staff, but a waitress finally took our order. It took FOREVER to get our apps, then an eternity for 4 of seven entres to arrive. 3 of us waited about 10 more minutes for our meals. My drink was refilled once, nobody else was so lucky. Requests made upon arrival of meals were never fulfilled. This ordeal took so long I tracked down the waitress and paid the entire check so we could get out of there, nearly an hour later than we had planned. The food for the most part was good, although brown lettuce needed to be removed, and the Philly meat was said to be dry. This place needs to get it together!

Heard that this place was really good so we want to try them while we were in town.But we wouldn’t know if they were good or not.Ordered a cauliflower crust Buffalo chicken pizza with bacon on it and a combo appetizer sampler.What we got was an old order of onion rings and an old burger and fries. Driver said there’s nothing he can do, they are closed now. It’s only 5:30 pm 🤔Beyond disappointed

If I could leave less than one star I would. My friends and I went to Ozzy’s on 9/20/21 at 2:45 and did not leave til almost 4 and there was only 3 of us. When we walked in we sat ourselves and a server came over to get our drink orders without even giving us a menu. I asked what they had because we had never been here and all he said was “coke”. After he brought us our drinks he was about to walk away and I asked if we could get the nachos as an appetizer. He asked what kind of meat and I said beef. When he brought them out the chips were stale, the cheese was crusty and over cooked, there was no meat, and so much lettuce it was a nacho salad. I ordered a cheeseburger, one friend got fish and chips, and the other friend got the Buffalo chicken wrap. My burger was overdone, and the Buffalo chicken wrap is made with tobacco sauce. I had to use the bathroom and when I walked in an employee came out of a stall and just left the bathroom without washing her hands. When I got back to my table we had a different server who told us that our other server left. It was not very professional and not an organized establishment. It has been 3 hours and my friends and I are all sick to our stomach. We will not be returning. Like you care🙄

This should truly be negative stars if it were possible.Worst service and food EVER received at Ozzy’s Roadhouse on 6/1/2021. Slow, slow, slow. Orders were all wrong and overcooked. Waitress could not for the life of her figure out the bills. Website stated one price on the internet and they would not honor what the website showed and insisted it was wrong. There were 10 of us and each of us will be telling everyone we know how awful the food and service was. Do not waste your time or money by ever going to Ozzy’s Roadhouse.

Got here at noon took till 12:56 to get a burger. I was alone place not busy. Looks like a bunch of kids running g the place no supervision horrible service.

Our experience here wasnt the greatest. When we walked in there was no sign telling us to wait to be seated and no one was at the hostess desk. After waiting there for 5 minutes I finally had to find someone to seat us. The food was just ok. My strawberry margarita was too strong and I couldnt taste any strawberry flavor at all. Our waitresses wasnt rude but definitely wasnt friendly

In town and came out for some dinner. Not only did we get amazing service from Packy, the GM, Carlos came around and introduced himself and made sure everything was good. Hands down, great food, great service, great management. I have been here before and this is the breathe of fresh air this place needed. Well done!!!

I never write bad reviews but the other day we went in to try this place out and sat twenty minutes before we were even greeted. We were told by our poor server that she was new, hadn’t been trained yet, and was taking on many tables without a manager in sight. The food wasn’t bad and our server was very sweet and apologetic so the one star is not for her but for not taking better care of your staff.

Terrible experience! I should have read these reviews before suggesting this place for my family with 2 littles under 10. First off place was not busy at all, so their excuse that the kitchen go backed up did not fly! I asked twice about our appetizers coming out and she said they were workin on them...but they never showed up. Finally, after an hour my 4 year old daughters cheeseburger and french fries showed up along with 3 out of the 5 orders we placed. Another 10 minutes before the appetizers came, whats the point of an appetizer if you get it after your food! We had to asked 2 more times about my husbands and Is ordered. Their excuse was that they were short staffed in the kitchen... but again based on the other reviews this seems like a common problem.

Horrible! After getting a couple of beers our waiter took our appetizer order came back 20 minutes later and said it would be 45 to 60 minutes for our food Asked him to cancel the appetizer and he said they were just getting done. Brought us out the worst onion rings ever and we paid $9 for 8 rings

I rarely leave a bad review but just want to let you all know this place is falling apart. If you can go somewhere else, do. We were there for 2 hours waiting and waiting. They must not be changing their grease because all the fried food was gross. Got hair in one of our chicken wraps, my friend literally pulled a long hair out of his mouth... One of the burgers was blackened. We won’t waste our time here again. Saves yourself the trouble.

Where to begin… As this was our first visit, we had scoped the menu from their website, and decided to give it a shot! Upon entering, we stood at the front desk/reception area for a few minutes without being acknowledged, and decided to seat ourselves. Then we sat at the table for a long while before being visibly acknowledged, just to wait even longer before someone came to the table. No idea who the server was, as he did not introduce himself. We then got our menus… but they were nothing like what was online and missing many of the items we were interested in. When looking through the menu, we found there was no kids section (there was online) and had to request one from the server. Turns out they didn’t have any on hand and had to physically print one…Now for the food. The cheese curds were fantastic! The rest of the food was very lacking. Both burgers and the chicken sandwich were overdone, and the pizza was nothing more than a Tony’s frozen pizza. The onion rings were a sad, soggy mess. My middle son ordered a club sandwich with no tomato, but was brought a BLT without tomato. When we pointed out the mistake, he was apologetic and took the plate away. He returned rather quickly… and we noticed that it was indeed the same (now cold) toasted bread and they had just put the correct meats on - this time WITH tomato, the one thing he didn’t want.By this point we were beyond upset, but didn’t want to make a scene about it, and requested our check. After yet another lengthy wait, finally got it and… you guessed it the charges were not correct! I was not about to wait any longer and just paid the tab so we could leave.This was supposed to be a family night out to celebrate my oldest son’s birthday, and turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we have had in years.

Excellent service. I visited shortly after opening for a delicious lunch. The food was great and very tasty. Thickest bacon Ive ever seen.

1/9/21 6pm. Wife enjoyed a burger with Angus patty and tater tots. Said both were very good and perfectly cooked. I had the Pork Tenderloin sandwich and side salad. The salad was larger than your average side salad and provided with expected toppings. The Pork Tenderloin was thicker than 1/4 not including the breading and perfectly cooked as well. Including 4 beers, out in under $51.

Manager was helpful. Not sure if our waitress was new, but she left us for long periods of time. It was happy hour, so we were trying to order drinks. Had to grab another waitress for drinks. Our waitress didnt deliver our food or drinks. She slammed our check down and walked away. The Ozzy burger was delicious.

Terrible service except for one server, waited 20 minutes before we were approached by a server then got water and ordered at the same time. Everyone but one in our party got salads and 25 minutes later they came and told the one of our party that got a salad that they were out of what he wanted he re-ordered and we’ve still been waiting for about 20 more minutes.

I’ve been here multiple times and my experience is the same every time so I needed to finally put my 5 star review in. Julia is by far one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. My drink was never empty and she always made sure I felt comfortable and tended too. She needs to be promoted or something because she takes pride in her job! I’ll 100% be back and recommend family and friends to go there because I know they’ll get the experience I did!

We came here on a Saturday night with a large party including children. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone found something unique on the menu and it was all good food.

Meh. Two visits and I’ve rarely seen such a dirty bar/grill in a nice area. Every single table was dirty at 11am with maybe one other table occupied. Literally every table had crumbs and beer glass rings from past customers. There were food crumbs all over the floor. The guacamole looked like they squirted it out of a toothpaste tube. The beer was good. 2 stars for beer. I get if your staff doesn’t want to clean the place up at closing but it wouldn’t have taken much time to wipe down all the tables and sweep the floor before opening. If this is how the seating/eating area looks I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Amazing charbuff wings, recommend double dip!!! Always good service, food served quickly and cold beer. Typically a great spot to grab a quick lunch with a good atmosphere. Not uncommon to see the owner walking around and making sure that everything is served correctly and assisting the staff if needed.

Mediocre service, nachos were barely edible. They get two stars because the onion rings were off the hook. So ...

We were in the other night for dinner and were really disappointed in the food. My husbands wings were cold and my chicken sandwich was just ok. What made up for that was our server Alexis, she was fantastic! They were so busy and she seemed to be the only server yet was so friendly. We never had to wait long for a drink and she always had a smile. Alexis made the experience so much better!

Our server Megan was great. Service/atmosphere was good overall and this review in no way reflects that. I ate there yesterday with my mother and children. First, I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews. I get it, running a restaurant ain’t easy. However, the food we had at Ozzys was some of the worst restaurant food I’ve had in a long long time, fried pickles came with more fryer junk in the basket than actual pickles, AND they didn’t taste good. Ok no biggie. When our two cauliflower crust pizzas came out, it looked like something a child made for themselves in the microwave with uneven cooking, burned portions, and overall was just a slim amount of ingredients piled haphazardly on the top of each. Tasted just ok. A trend was appearing. Curiously, after our pizza the “steak salad” comes out,and it looks like a philly sandwich has died on top of a handful of iceberg lettuce, also tasted very meh. Now if we had paid maybe half the total we did that would be expected for some crummy bar food but this was expensive. They were not very busy, we had no wait for our party of four. Hate to do it but fellow foodies beware, short of major changes in the kitchen Ozzys is a place to drink (domestic) beer and watch sports. If you’re hungry specifically I’d look elsewhere.

The calzones are amazing! Boneless wings were good too. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. If you don’t like the mask concerns/issues then don’t go out to eat.

Very good Sports bar in town, wonderful ambiance, Nice Patio, Huge party room, Pleasant staff. Definitely come back. Didnt know that this is very close to Casto & Cabalas in LaVista.You should definitely try Jumbo Chicken Wings, Calzone, Pizza, Burgers. They got best variety of drinks in town. I love to watch sports and this is the best one in town.

Took 15 minutes for someone to come to the table and another 20 minutes to get our drinks.

We were seated immediately by a kind staff. The cheese curds were delicious. They had just enough kick to be awesome and not so hot to require a drink. I had the classic burger which was cooked perfectly along with well seasoned tater tots. Staff checked in on us at timely intervals. I would say a great sports bar experience. Do not arrive thinking you are going to a fine dinning restaurant and your experience will be awesome. Comfortable chairs, alcohol, and lots of tv’s as it should be.

Went to the restaurant on 5/22/20 and enjoyed every minute! The service was great and very timely. Soda was the perfect amount of carbonation and refilled promptly. We had app nachos which were delicious! The wings were perfectly sauced and crisp. The Whisky burger had a taste that was to die for! Definitely will be coming back with family and friends! Our server Heather was amazing as well!

This was our second time back after a not so good experience. Figured we’d give it a shot again. Holy cow - WAY better experience. Tanner was our server and he was great. Very engaged and prompt with everything. We didn’t wait on anything food and everything was so tasty! We will go back for sure!

We ate maybe 2-3 of them and couldnt go any further. Yeah, they were that salty!No problem, salad and fries were good so we ate that instead. I work in the industry so I know things happen. I contact grub hub to let them know and get this. The restaurant wont authorize a refund for the wings or send a replacement order! Close to $20 worth of wings! Grub Hub was kind enough to offer an apology fornthe restaurant and give me 20% off my next order.First time we ever ate here and last all in the same day. Cant treat customers that way when you make an error and expect to stay in business long.

In my opinion one would be better off staying far, far away. Made a pickup order. Had too wait 10 minutes more for my food. Waitress was more interested in turning on the TV than helping us. Waitress, bar tender, and management had no masks on when handling food. Food was bad joke bar food. The burger was charred too tasteless rubber. The coleslaw was reused coleslaw, which is dangerous, the fried appetizers were over cooked and tasteless. The blt had no l or t. The fish was fried too a tough tasteless mess. In short in my opinion, its a good thing they serve lots of booze, cause youll need it too mask the awful tasting food.

Sat outside on the patio which was perfect and clean. Ordered the Paradise Chicken which was absolutely delicious! They made a perfect Cosmo and the service was prompt and very professional!

Service has gone down hill and food is suffering. 3rd time in a row paid bill with card and left tip off as paid with cash. Check bank and find they added 10 tip on their own to my card with out asking. Called and was told its because of covid and was hung up on. We tried ozzy’s for the first time tonight and probably won’t go back. My fiancé got the whiskey burger and I got the roadhouse chili (ozzy’s entrees). On the top of the ozzy’s entrees section in the menu it said add a side salad for $1.99, so I did. When we got the bill the side salad was rang up at $3.99. My fiancé went to ask the waitress about it and she said, “the chili doesn’t come with a side salad.” Then walked away. Apparently she is not familiar with the menu. She (Kylie) was an okay waitress until this. My fiancé said the burger was good. The chili was okay, not much seasoning or flavor. The chili came with “ jalapeño cornbread” but it was not the right texture for cornbread. Because of these issue I will not be going back.
