Got all of our insurance needs settled in a quick manner and made sure we understood what insurance we were purchasing.

I just dont think the model works for us. Our goal is to limit any need to speak to an agent for self service. Most recently when having to reassess where we have our vehicle insurance it was far to painful. Allstate offers rideshare style coverage through a third party (Progressive) which adds passthrough cost to the client. We ended up moving to progressive and are considering moving everything else now. Also, it doesnt make sense to have an agent if I call the agent and then have to call a main office or specialty team. I cannot recall the last time we contacted our agent and his team if this helps tell the story. The few times weve had to we havent been pleased. I hate posting things like this, but feel things have to be said in order for things to change.

Rates went up over the few years we used them. We made adjustments to our policies to accommodate the extra cost. In time when things should have started come back down but they never did and were unproportional to the way they went up. Dealing with this company, in every single form of it, has been nothing but a nightmare. Getting correspondence back, respect or decency from anyone is impossible. Has been the single most garbage insurance company Ive had the displeasure of ever working with. Nothing is more classless than the insurance adjuster screaming at the roofing company for doing their job that I hired them to do. Please look elsewhere for your own happiness and money.

I was thinking of switching to all state, but of all 7 different agents I have talked to they only want your money. They dont listen to you, they upped the valve of my house like 70k changed stuff with my cars. I brought all my paper work in from my current agent and they all state changed it all without asking me or evening talking to me about it. Just emailed me and told me where to send a check. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LOW LIVES THIEVES.
