Had an issue with the water heater late at night. Mike K arrived at the designated time, and even after midnight was professional, efficient and courteous. He explained the issue, fixed it in less than an hour and was helpful in answering my questions. This was truly a 5 star experience.

Our family had an emergency situation the other night- our home filled up with deadly levels of carbon monoxide thank goodness we had alarms that triggered us to get out in the middle of the night.... after MUD got us aired out and safe we were told that our hot water tank had failed... I called Eyman at 11 am on a Friday with no expectations they were able to give me a price over the phone and had someone out to the house in less than an hour.... I was beyond thankful! The tech was extremely nice and helpful. I can not say thank you enough!

I called to have a plumber come out and look at my situation and assess what would need to be done, and was told from the receptionist that my call and details would go to an estimating department and then they would get back to me! Three days later someone got back to me and when I told them I already had hired a plumber the response was “oh great OK thank you”!The three other plumbers I had called as well were able to schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out and give me an estimate while I was on the phone with them that first time. This company supposedly has some process in place where they determine if your situation needs to have someone come out and give you an estimate! By the time they had called all three of the other plumbing companies had already been to my home.I asked for a manager and was told there were no managers, eventually I was given a callback by an office manager and explained the situation that because of their processes they lost out on an $8700 plumbing job!!!!Being in sales and sales management for over 35 years myself and I am absolutely incredulous to how this business could be rated number one when they don’t even have someone in place or some process in place to take the first phone call!!!😳🤦🏻‍♀️😳

After becoming aware of my concerns resulting from a prior visit from an Eyman technician, Nick (management?) went out of his way to address the problem and make sure I was happy. He and Jim came out the next day and took care of our issue quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable about the manufacturer of the product they were here to service, and took the time to explain the problem what needed to be done to rectify it. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I have used Eyman multiple times for various rental property issues. This particular time a rather large job was needed. A portion of sidewalk and public street had to be tore up to replace a leaking stop box. Eyman went above and beyond to help. They were honest, timely, and always 100% responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SIX STARS on a five star scale.Contacted Eyman to make house call to fix/repair three toilets. Appointment made within the next week. Technician (Dave D) arrived on time. Technician listened to my ‘uneducated’ assessment of the problems – even my thoughts that the fluid control mechanisms might need replacement. Dave immediately corrected one toilet – water flow level was set too high. Diagnosed other two toilets as needing new flappers. Dave returned to Eyman offices to retrieve replacement flappers. Flappers were replaced. Total cost was reasonable (less than expected due to not having to replace any fluid mechanisms). And, cost only included time at my home and labor and materials – did not include back and forth to Eyman office to get replacement flappers. Dave was most helpful in explaining the work and the details of the billing. Eyma is on my ‘go-to’ place for plumbing issues.

This was my first time working with Eyman since my plumber retired some months ago. I will definitely be using Eyman for all my plumbing needs. I was particularly impressed by Joe R. He not only installed the faucet, he fixed other things as well. He is definitely outstanding!

Called Eyman about a plumbing issue that needed attention after hours on Friday. They advertise 24/7 service but the billing rate after hours is over $300 per hour, more than my accountant and attorney charge. I feel Eyman was trying to take advantage of me when I was faced with a problem. I will never call them in the future for any plumbing problems.

I have always had great experiences with Eyman Plumbing. The technician, Terry was so helpful and explained everything to me. His hunch on the source of the problem was not only correct but was also the least expensive repair.

I have used Eyman a few different times over the years...never for the same problem. They have always been on time and provided good quality service for a fair price. The guys are professional and friendly. I swear if anyone says they are having a plumbing issue, I tell them to call Eyman.Shout out to Wyatt. He handled the most recent service call.

I needed the shutoff valves replaced by the water meter. Ty couldnt access the stop box as it shifted. The utilities crew had to repair that before the work could be done. Terry returned after the stop box access was repaired to complete workr. All was completed as I wanted and all service techs and other crews were congenial, informative and good about explaining. I will have no problems calling on Eyman for other repairs needed in the future. Good work!!

A/C Broke and Heatwave is Coming!On a really hot and humid summer day, have you ever thought: “Boy, it would be terrible if our A/C broke?”Well, it happened to us. Late Saturday evening, I discovered our outdoor A/C fan was not moving (but it sounded like compressor was still trying to work.) Anyhow, I was spooked and pulled the outdoor circuit breaker, watched some A/C YouTube videos, then went to sleep and called Eyman on Sunday morning at 0730.It was Call Services, but within 20 minutes A/D Tech Adam called me. He was friendly and helpful, but we decided to forgo Weekend Emergency rate; instead it would be Monday morning.Sunday, inside the house, it got up to 88 on first floor and 93 on 2nd floor. This happen just two weeks after Omaha Metro storm knocked out power for 180,000. Back then, our Papillion Walnut Creek home lost power for 21 hours. Also, on Sunday, I also thoroughly cleaned the A/C unit – inside and out.On Monday morning, Adam was at our house by 0900. From my research, I said it may be the Fan Capacitor. He hoped I was correct since it would be a quick fix and not too much. My wife and I were pleased to see he cared about a rapid repair that wouldn’t be a major investment. And, in fact, (thanks to YouTube), I was correct. Repairs were completed by 1000.Our A/C was back in business! And so was the incoming Heatwave! Considering the timing of the break-down (late Saturday evening), Eyman did an outstanding job of getting it repaired within normal business hours (Monday morning.)How did people every live without A/C?

Truck #124 license #WRL721For some reason this driver decided to stop in the middle of a green light, on a very busy intersection even at 84th and L causing me to slam on my brakes.For whatever reason, this person sat at the green light until it was yellow then chose to go, despite being honked at to inform him he was sitting on a current green light.I believe in the safety of other people on the road, perhaps these drivers might be more aware of their surroundings if they stayed off the phone while driving?

We called Eyman’s because our water heater was dripping from the pressure valve quite heavily. Mike K came out and showed us how corroded the old valve was and replaced it for a very reasonable cost. He explained things very well and made us feel very comfortable about what he was doing. This was our first time is using Eyman but we sure will again if the need arises. We have been needing “ a good plumber”.

Joe and Mike were the best!! They new exactly where to cut the concrete floor and locate the 3 cast iron pipe in both the hallway and utility room. They removed the dirt, removed 5 of pipe, replaced with 5 of pvc and back filled. They kept the concrete dust to a minimum by using a shop vac and spraying water during the cutting. And of course cleaned up the area.I can definitely recommend Eyman and will use them for any future plumbing needs.I also must add that Nick accommodated my tight schedule having to have the work done by a certain date for my arriving family.

We had our outside hose start leaking when we started using it this year. Called Eymab Plumbing and they had someone come over within three days. Joe R came by and was nothing but professional. He had it all changed out and good to go in about an hour. He talked about what may have caused it, what to do in the future to keep it from happening and even checked out another area in our home I had questions about. Im a first time home owner so I dont really know all the ropes or even how to look certain things up so it was nice to have someone take their time with teaching me. Great job.

We had a leak in our kitchen faucet and it had to be replaced. Eyman handled ordering the new faucet under the Moen warranty. Joe Green was the technician that installed the faucet for us on 2-23-2021. He was professional and did an excellent job. He was very personable and kind to my elderly father. Had a great experience with Eyman, dealing with Nick to get a pair of hot water heaters replaced. Techs showed up on time, courteous, professional, cleaned up their mess, and did great work. The price was very competitive to other plumbers in the area that I called, in fact they were a little bit less than most and could get on it right away. While they were on site, I also had them replace a sprinkler drain valve that had been problematic for some time. Would recommend.

Terry did a great job servicing our tankless water heater. He was very thorough and explained each step to my understanding. I would have him come back anytime to perform service.

This place is so great and made it stress free! There was a plumbing emergency at my center where the supply room was flooding and I had to get someone out there before the next morning when customer would arrive. I called Eymans Plumbing at roughly 9:30 PM and they had someone call me within 30 minutes and had someone out there within the hour. Even though it was a tough job, came with some struggles and it was a late night (we weren’t out of there until 3:00 AM) the guy was super friendly and positive the entire time. He joked around, laughed and made the situation the best it could be. What could have been an extremely stressful situation ended up not being one at all. Super impressed!

They are a union so way over priced. Came out at 9 to fix my air conditioner. We did everything they said. At 5 they were closed and we’re going to charge 300 extra dollars cause they were closed. It wasn’t even 12 hours later n $$550 Come to find out they didn’t even follow procedures. If your air-conditioning motor ever breaks make sure they don’t come back till tomorrow because your hvac has got to drain so fuses don’t get blown. Two other Hvac companies enlightened us of that. Super disappointed. Two other companies laughed at the price to. Never again. Asksarben Hvac will be my only go to. So sad

We have had our Trane AC unit for 5 years. It has not worked an entire season yet. I dont know if it is Eyman or the unit. All I know is, they have replaced bits and pieces and it still has not worked a season. I do not know whether it is incompetence or shoddy design or what. They keep working on it each year, but not really fixing anything.

The plumbing service person fixed the prv valve, sump pump, and a hot water backflow issue that was triggering the CO monitor that could not be fixed by previous plumbing companies . He was professional and thorough and less than the other plumbing companies. He solved problems that had not been successfully fixed previously over the last 4 years. The A/C spent 5 times the amount of other repair people to fix and maintain the A/C system. Both service professionals were exceptional!

Terry is trustworthy, ethical and pretty amazing in this crazy world! I could go on and on, but simply stated he is professional and saved us thousands of dollars on an unnecessary replacement of hot water heater. He could have said “oh yah, you need a new one right now” and we wouldn’t have known! We will definitely only call Eyman for any future needs. I highly suggest everyone do the same! Oh, besides all that, the office staff is amazing, too!

This past December, our kitchen faucet corroded and disintegrated. Because weve never really liked our kitchen sink, we thought it best to tackle replacement of the faucet and the sink in one job. Enter Eyman and their fantastic plumber, Dave D. He offered a careful and thorough consultation on what to buy to give us the functionality and the look we wanted. A few days later, after the parts arrived, Dave D was similarly careful and thorough when removing the old sink and faucet and installing the new. Dave D is painstakingly careful and doesnt settle for good enough. It shows in the finished product. Almost every day my wife says, I love our new sink! If that isnt testimony to Dave Ds craftsmanship and the kind of people Eyman hires, I dont know what else to tell you. In five years of home ownership, weve needed a plumber four times. Every time, Eyman has come through for us, even under difficult and shifting circumstances. Well do business on plumbing matters with no one else.

Waking up to a flooded basement is never a good way to start the day.Nonetheless, from the minute we called Eyman Plumbing, Eyman went above and beyond to defuse this stressful situation. Greg showed up promptly, determined the cause was a particularly aggressive main line clog, and worked tirelessly to resolve this clog for hours. Greg ultimately fully opened the clogged drain without necessity of digging up or replacing any piping.Because of Eyman, this stressful situation quickly dissipated into a far more manageable situation. Eyman charged a very fair price and we could not be happier with their work. We are deeply grateful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to this company by one of the owners. I was told by one of the owners they would not rip me and my husband off. I was also told that they would get the job done with no run around. I was told if we had to put a claim on our homeowners insurance that they would pay for part of it and we had to cover the rest.Well I call to set up an appointment to have an estimate done on our main pipe. They stand us up make us wait 4 hours before they even decide to call and stating their was an emergency. When there was a call no voicemail. Then I am contacted the next morning to have another appointment set up. I agree to the appointment. Then they send plumbers to do an estimate instead of sending an estimator.I then find out from our home warranty they are not covering anything, now we have to put a claim. i contacted the customer service department to have them give a better break down of the estimate. They decide to tell me they will call me back. An entire month goes by no phone call back nothing. We put the claim in through our homeowners insurance only to find out they do not have someone to contract out to the house. So that now means we have to still go with a company that gave run arounds. So we contact them back to let them know we have not been contacted about the breakdown and we are still waiting. They give it to us we tell them that we still need the pipe fixed.They set up an appointment, we move into a hotel. I make arrangements to make sure someone os there to let them in only to find out our retaining wall fell due to rain and there is enough room in the driveway for them to work around it. But we still make sure the pieces of the wall is moved out of the way. We call them an hour and half after they are moved to let them know they can come back only to find they are not going to show up until the next day. The next day I show up to the house and wait for them only to find out they are not showing up to the house because they do not have a contractor available to dig up the cement. We have already been in the hotel a week now and it is almost time for us to leave they were not going to care about that until I made a fuss.Then they decide to say they want to contact our insurance to get them to extend the stay. They extend the stay, and the job finally gets done. The owner stated if we are only paying for the portion of the job that has to deal with the dig up and laying new piping then we should only be paying for half of the estimate. Well half of 7265.84 is not 6591.84. We fully expected that bill to be 4800 or 4900. But to have a bill of practically the full amount and it was not even a job worth the amount they charged.We got ripped off and I do not appreciate it at all. I contacted Midwest plumbing and they estimated the job that was done at 4800 not 6591.84... If we had known we were going to get ripped off we would have never went with this company.

Got a quote for a gas line install, but was impossible to get the job going. Ended up using SOS heating and cooling to get the job done at half the price. Will never attempt to use again.

Woke up to an issue with a shower faucet that required us to turn the water off to the whole house. Called our home warranty company at 7am and were told that they might be able to get to us sometime before 9pm but no promises. Called Eyeman and they promised to work us in before 4. At 9am Joe Green calls us and says he can swing by on his way to another call. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed and our water is back on. Joe was professional and courteous. We will now be repeat Eyman customers.

I called after my pipe froze, I was expecting a long wait time, missed calls and most of all some insane price. I was very pleasantly surprised when someone came out the same day i called to give me an estimate and i was told at the time of the appointment, that they would schedule a a time for for the plumber to come. The estimator was there in less than an hour, within an hour of him leaving someone came to repair the pipe.And the most wonderful part of it all, what the price, I was terrified of how much it would cost after reading al the reviews of a competitor, thinking that while that competitor overcharged, I would still be facing a price that would cause me to go into my 401K. But no, the work was fast and more than fair. As a new homeowner, I have found my plumber and I highly recommend their work and their work ethic. They did not take advantage of a horrible situation, knowing that people everywhere had busted pipes and raise their prices, but instead had compassion and charged a fair price.Thank you Eyman, There arent enough to express how relived I was when I received your bill.

Late on a Tuesday afternoon, I called as our basement drain backed up and we had standing water everywhere. Scott Schmitt came in 35 minutes and resolved the issue quickly. He recommended a company to help extract the water and review the repairs that needed to occur. Scott was extremely courteous and gave us a suggestion to avoid this issue in the future. The charge was very reasonable and they are my go to plumber going forward!

We had our sewer repaired recently and the outside caps in the ground do not stay. The pipes are exposed When I called to get a technician out here to put the cap back on so as to prevent the pipe from being exposed or to assess the situation, I was told that I would have to wait 5 days or pay overtime for a problem that was the result of poor work that was done. I paid $3000+ for the work that was done and apparently, warranty on repair work doesnt take precedence. I would not recommend Eyman Plumbing for sewer repair work as they do not honor their work for loyal customers. Diane Shymanski

I really hate to leave a bad review but for safety reasons I will. We had our heater replaced a few months ago and it was a good experience. Very nice employees.. but a week later I started waking up with migraines and my sister came over three days into it and expressed how the house smelled like gas. We have been leaving minimally for coronavirus reasons and had apparently gotten used to the smell and dint realize. So we had the house checked for a gas leak. It turns out Eyman didnt install our heater correctly and left us with a pretty big gas leak that could have turned into something a lot more disastrous.

We have a commercial business with many drains throughout the plant.Bill Always comes out promptly when we get clogged and gets us situatiated quickly. He really knows the ins and outs of getting those pipes unclogged. We really appreciate every time he comes out and gets the job done quickly and gets us up and running again!!!!!

Joe R did a great job on a pressure balancing unit repair and faucet removal

Joe 12 was really great. Very personable. He had to overcome my stopgap attempt to deal with a problem and made repairs very quickly. Very efficient. We have never had a bad experience with Eyman techs but Joe was very good to work with. Would recommend to anyone

All the guys are great and have done such good work. We have had Joe, Dave and Adam and they all did a great job with plumbing, heating and cooling jobs. Call them first because they are the best!

Terry S. and Ryan P. did a great job installing a new high-efficiency furnace in our home. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were done.

Tech Wayne came out, very polite, on time and taking necessary COVID precautions. He did a thorough job cleaning out our main line, and showed me in his camera the trouble spots, although with all the work he did, I’m thinking we won’t (hopefully) have any “trouble” spots for a looong time!

Terry, Justin and Ryan did an excellent job with the install. Larry Rasmussen explained my options for the purchase and gave me a very thorough rundown of product. John Gee was very prompt and efficient on getting Larry to help me. Due to product being held up on a truck they had to make arrangements to make the install happen in a timely manner.

Terry, the technician, did an awesome job! Our hot water heater had became a warm water heater. He tried to first flush it before having to change the control head. Terry was friendly, respectful and explained everything he was doing. Thanks Eyman for a great experience!

Justin was great. Asked me if I preferred he wear a mask - I said yes and I wore mine too. Very professional and was able to fix my plumbing problems - even though my cleaning crew had arrived at the same time. I really appreciated that I was able to get a service call on Friday afternoon. THANKS!
