I have not seen a dentist in awhile . I also work a lot and it took me awhile to actually come in but the ladies in the office made it happen and called me in when someone canceled . Very flexible. I had my teeth cleaned and after years of not seeing a dentist, there was work to be done . Dr. Stepp was friendly, made me feel comfortable immediately and made sure I stayed that way through the rigorous cleanse of my teeth . We only had an hour to clean and she made it happen. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had of my 34 years of life seeing a dentist. I really can’t wait to see these smiling faces. Until then……………..

From the moment I walked in Jessica, at the front desk, was super nice, attentive and welcoming. To the dentist assistant (I forgot to ask for her name) who took my x-ray was an extreme joy and humorous. Finally to my doctor, John assisted by Jessica, were detailed/informative about my whole exam and attentive to my questions/concerns. All around great team!

Well, that was the most thorough exam Ive ever received by ANY medical professional. I received full x-rays AND pictures. Dr. John explained everything that was going on with my teeth and showed me the pictures so I had a visual of what he was discussing. He told me what was a priority and what was the beginning of an issue so I could consider addressing those problems before they caused further damage.The front desk was kind and professional. I am extremely happy with my experience with Dr. John and his office.

Dr John and staff were super friendly and easy to work with. Explanations of their proposed treatment plan was clear and easy to understand. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and it was painless. The bottom tooth had a rare and thin 3rd root and were all at an angle, and Dr John was able to expertly extract it cleanly. I’m very happy to have found this clinic!

I have been going to the dentist in La Verne since the early 90s they are the best, I have been living in the High Desert for the last several years and still going to Inland Dental for cleaning, tooth issues etc. From theDr. John, Leanne and the whole staff, they all do an excellent job, I do not like going to the dentist, since I was a kid, but going here has been very easy, no pain, which is the best thing, They will make sure everything is O.K and that you are not feeling any pain. Its a breeze with them. If you dont like going to the dentist go here, it will be worth your time and being pain free. See you guys in Oct. for my monthly check up.

Dr. Jon was very professional and did a great job replacing my crown. He cares about his patients and was always making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I liked the fact that he explained what he was doing showing me the photos of my tooth before and after. The staff was very kind and friendly.

After spending years struggling to find a good dentist we came across inland dental group about 5 years ago and our search was over after our first visit. Dr. John’s work has been outstanding . His attention to detail is exceptional. The oral hygienists are unbelievably good as well. Jessica (receptionist) is extremely pleasant and does her best to accommodate my work schedule each and every time I have an appointment. Michelle (billing) has worked so hard on taking care of the insurance part for us. The dental assistants are great as well. I am establishing as a new patient with Inland Dental. First time there. Walking in for the first time they followed all the steps necessary durning COVID and made you feel safe. Throughout the entire visit they were very professional in all ways. The whole staff is very friendly and nice. Other than the normal stuff you do at a dentist and to establish new care, all was great and they were very thorough. So far I love this place and can’t wait to get started on long overdue things that need to get done.

Inland Dental Group has been my favorite place for over 25 years. I grew up so fearful of the dentist as many do. Once going to Inland Dental, as well as my son, and daughter....I just love getting our teeth in proper condition! Both children have done the ortho, and I at age 63, have an appointment to check it out for myself. Everyone is so very kind, and friendly! They are like family, and take care of us all in this way. I looked forward to when I could finally get back in with the covid, and it felt so good to get my teeth cleaned, exrayed, and plans for whats needed. The staff, and Doctor as always, took great, and detailed care, they never leave anything out. I had my cleaning at Inland Dental Group today. I was impressed by the precautions taken by the entire office— from checking in before entering... to my quick and smooth checkout. When I was okayed to come into the office, my temperature was taken and I was immediately escorted in for x-rays. My hygienist took the x-rays and changed her gloves multiple times before we were finished. Strapped in personal protective gear, N95 face mask, face shield and her surgical type jacket, I felt every measure had been taken to protect me and assuage any doubts I had prior to keeping my appointment. Overall, I felt respected and cared for. Thank you!

Dr. John and staff see my entire family--wife, daughter and myself. Dr. John is very thorough and knowledgeable, and he has a keen eye for catching problems before they get worse. He caught cracks in my wifes molars which no other dentist told us about, which caused pain and sensitivity in her teeth. Post treatment my wifes toothaches and sensitivity are gone. The rest of the staff are very nice and caring including the secretary and IH.

THE WORSE OFFICE STAFF EVER. Do not go to this dental office. The office staff (specifically, Jessica) treats patients with awful attitudes. They pretend to be cheerful at first but when you question their fees and request to have the services reviewed by your insurance (which all patients have every right to do so) they turn around and give you an attitude and terminate your services without notice! Worse dental office experience ever! Arguing with patients is so very unprofessional and disheartening for those patients that can’t speak up for themselves. That entire office staff needs to stop working with the public. There’s a saying, there isn’t bad employees just bad managers. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Inland Dental Group has been my dentist for over 20 year and they are wonderful. I began using them when my sons were little. I continue to go there after all these years because they do a great job and their customer service is awesome. Leann, my hygienist, is the best! Permanent retainer popped off of my tooth, called Inland and within 1 hour they were able to see me and fix it. Staff is great, dentist is great. Would recommend.

Happily, he has the same commitment to quality, honesty, and patient care.Mitra is the hygienist I see. Very polite staff, Mitra is awesome as a hygienist and so is Joanne! Dr John tailors his treatment to the individual which I appreciate so much. The numbing injections are really hard for me and he does them very slowly so it hurts a lot less. My last crown was much more tolerable than I have ever had. He is also quite personable. Went for the first time this week and aside from having to wait awhile for my appointment, people there were not friendly and my cost estimate of work to be done included a type of laser treatment that is not covered by insurance but something I was told the dentist requires of all patients . I don’t feel you should be required to pay for something that should be optional and forced to pay for, I am not paying to cover cost of any equipment already bought . They made one feel like they were doing me a favor to treat me, when there are hundreds of dentists. I found another dentist to do work .

The front office staff is organizing and very helpful. Meetra, the hygienist, is wonderful. I actually love seeing her every 6 months. Dr. T is a very talented and gentle dentist. Ive have crowns and fillings replaced at this office and Im very satisfied with the work.

Overall very good experience here. The only feedback I would give would be in the area of staff training in communication. I did not know that I would have to pay $300 at the time of service since I was informed the fee for the CT would be part of the overall fee. At checkout, I was informed that my copay was $300 but this was incorrect. I should have been informed that my insurance only (minimally) covers implants under specific circumstances and that none of the visit was covered. Then I should have been told the total fee, the discount (Thank you for that by the way) and then that the fee for the CT was $300 and payable that day. Also, I was erroneously informed that because I had not used my Care Credit account in a few years it had been inactivated and I had to reapply. This was an assumption on the part of the manager that was simply incorrect. The staff simply had to go through another channel to confirm the account. I will admit that this part of the experience could have been avoided had I had the card with me in the first place. Nonetheless, staff education in these matters would help. Thank you for an overall pleasant and professional experience.

This dentist office is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They always know me by name, even though I only see them twice a year. Very impressive. On my last visit, I had my toddler with me, and to help keep him entertained during my cleaning, the dental hygienist asked him to be her big helper and he got to hold the suction tube for her. He really enjoyed the visit. Also, Dr. T is very skilled at his practice and is not heavy handed. It helps take the fear of visiting a dentist go away. Again, very nice dental group to belong to and very glad I found them.

This AM, I had a crown come off. At 9am, I called Inland Dental (My regular dental office). By 11 am, Dr john and his great staff got it fixed in a short period of time. I use to go to this office when Dr Patel owned it. When he left, i wasnt looking forward to searching for a new dentist. I am glad that Dr Patel introduced me to Dr John Tchaboukian aka Dr John! He is very user-friendly, helpful but most importantly, he is an excellent detail-oriented dentist. The office staff is exceptional, friendly.....a family so to speak! My wife and I have been going to see Dr John since he and his staff took over and have never been disappointed.

Mitra is wonderful. However the low rating is due to being overcharged for a procedure per my EOB from my dental insurance. The staff says it will take a week to review, even though they have a copy of the EOB I gave them. They also did not reply to my email or phone message when I requested the pre-approval for another procedure.

Dr. John is a perfectionist. He takes his time to make sure everything that he does is how he would want it done to himself. On top of that, hes really gentle with making sure his patients are not in pain. I dread dental work but I gladly seek out Dr. John.

This is by far one of the nicest dental offices I have ever been to, with an exceptional staff. Everyone in the office is pleasant and easy to deal with and the front office staff clearly explains charges. I was taken to X-ray and Leann took X-rays. We then went to an exam room for cleaning and polishing.There was no pain and was an easy process. After all was done and got approval from Dr I went out to the office and set up a new appointment.

Excellent care, the office personal is very nice. Unfortunately the billing service is not representative of the rest of the organization. Confusion and overbilling was experienced and required my attention to request it be resolved.
