I would provide 0 stars if permitted. This company is unethical and refuses to honor a cancellation request done in October of 2018 for services ending in March of 2019. Here we are May and they continue to bill my account and have informed me that my account auto-renewed due to a clause in their contract. Buyer beware! There are other SMS marketing services out there. I highly suggest you look into one of them BEFORE signing up with this company. Once they have your account info they wont stop charging you!

Since signing up with Sentext a month ago, it is generating some excitement for the employees and the local community. Sentext did a great job in the designing of our promotional text advertising. Sentext is a great way to do local advertising, especially in a small town.
