Called Tyler one morning at 9a and by 11a Steve was here measuring the screen doors and windows. The product is of exceptional quality and when compared to the ones on the house, I should have been embarrassed to use my old ones. Within a week, both Steve and Tyler were back for the installation. Fast, professional, courteous with a high quality product which sells itself. Seriously these guys are the best. I needed two screens for my condo in Palm Desert. I called a few companies and they were either to expensive or they had a two week wait just to come out to my condo. I called Precision Screens and the came out and measured my windows and while there were doing that I asked about Solar Screens for my kitchen. Tyler explained the benefits of them and I ordered four. They did an excellent job installing them. I had all of them in about a week. They are very professional and the price for the screens was fair. I need one more solar screen for my dining room. Guess who I will call when I am ready.

Tyler and his crew did an amazing job on my phantom screen door on my front door. I called and they came by the next morning and gave me a great estimate for the repair, which included a new screen, new transom and adjustment. They were in the middle of a big job on that Friday but told me they would try and come Monday and if they couldnt make it, it would be Tuesday. They had the courtesy to call early Monday to say they wouldnt make it until Tuesday morning, a call I seldom get from contractors and it was appreciated.They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a fast efficient job, including a few unexpected bits. They also did the work on my my pool deck and took the time to put down a protective layer to protect it, another thing few contractors take the time and consideration to do.Lastly, the price was I thought exceptionally fair, and they didnt change one penny more when a bit of extra work was required.I will recommend Precision Screen to anyone who asks without hesitation, an excellent, timely, reasonable, RELIABLE service provider, not an easy thing to find in this day and age...Thanks Guys!

We had two appointments with them, and both times they did not show up or call, even after we got up early at 7 AM for them.
