First time customer and Vans services did not fall short. He was attentive, worked fast and answered all my questions and guided me through everything. He really took care of me. Should the opportunity present itself again, I definitely will go back.

CON ARTIST ALERT ! The owner (Van) is a professional thief. He was introduced to me, and I decided to interview him. He came across as a professional man who wanted to help me serve a guys who I can not locate. I wrote a check for his service $550 and Van cashed my check. I never saw a site of this man and he declined my phone calls and only texted me claiming he has done the job. My attorney keeps emailing him and I keep calling but no answer. Van does not have a business license and he is con artist who has stolen my money and has not done the job as of right now. I must hire another company to serve the guy. Be aware of this con man and do not hire him, because you will not see your money and your job will not get done. I will be going to the police department next week.

I hired VAN WILCOX who talked a very good game. He convinced me that he would stop at nothing to make sure my documents were severed to all individuals before court AND he would be present at every court hearing. I had an Emergency court hearing to protect my 3 grandchild and he failed to file proof of serves AND failed to attend court hearing incase any questions came up about service. This was part of his serves it was a guarantee he states he gives all his clients.My daughter came with cops and took all 3 children and put them in danger all over again.. She was using drugs very heavily.. one of them was a 1 1 /2 month old..Not only that but I needed him to serve one more person in the case so I paid him, THREE minutes later I called him and texted him informing him that I no longer need that serves and he was going to refund me in a couple days cause he already deposited it... I still to this day have not received a refund and he will not respond to me at all.I believe we all should get together and file legal action against VAN WILCOX is a crook. He has been taking advantage of people way too long.

I called trying to gather some information but the person who answered the phone was short and curt with me and acted as if I was bothering him. He didnt even want to identify his company. What a joke.

Horrible experience with Van Wilcox. He got paid in advance to perform rush process service and then wouldnt respond to messages, never served the witness, ignored repeated correspondence from the attorney that hired him, and didnt comply with any instructions. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

This man is very professional and I liked that he could talk to me in my language. He explains everything for me to understand. I recommend it
