This was my first time at the LQ fancy nails. First the nails glued on me were too big so when she started filing the sides, she was filing my skin and it started burning. I noticed she wasn’t doing the shape I wanted and that they looked crooked so I let her know. She said it was just me and the way I was holding my hand and looking at the nails. The nails were thick and too wide. I had to go to The brothers nails to get them fixed.

I go to this salon regularly for the last 2 years. Its extremely clean and thats important, especially now. The team is courteous, everyone speaks English and their services are impeccable! I love Lisa for my pedicures ! Shes extremely gentle yet very thorough. Her foot massages are divine! I love coming early just to relax in their luxurious spa chairs.

I only came here because the salon I usually go to was super busy. The nail tech was in a hurry to do my nails and left them uneven and bulky. My nails basically look like press-ons the gel didnt even dry right and smeared off. My daughter got her nails done as well and the same thing. I have to go to another salon now and get my nails fixed and spend another $100. I do not recommend.

How upsetting!!!! I asked for the chocolate pedicure and she gave I don’t even know what!! Don’t come here it’s such a waste of money and time. The quality is so poor their rush to do the job. Just to get you out and go onto the next person.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but this was really bad. The lady doing my pedicure was as sweet as an Angel but most of the employees were super rude. When I went to get my brows done after the pedicure, the lady literally lifted me up from the bed while grabbing me from the neck when she was done. In addition, while I was getting pedicure, the lady next to me got talked to in a very rude manner when she wasn’t positioning her hand the way the employee wanted her to. Really disappointing.

This may not be the best place in town but the work is impressive. From answering the phone to appointment and the job is all good.They have plenty of colors to choose from, make sure you get the best pick this holiday season.

I have gone here 3 times so far. T and John both have done my powder dip nails and did wonderful jobs would recommend both. Lee have me a pedicure today and it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. My feet are so happy now! Definitely recommend this place. Its clean, friendly and a nice comfortable environment to be in.

I have had many, many pedicures through the years. Today I can say without a doubt that Teresa just gave me the VERY BEST one I have ever had!! So detailed and so thorough!! I am going back tomorrow for fills!!

I went in without knowing if I was gonna like the place or not! Turns out I LOVE it! ANN was my nail tech she was amazing, so careful and she took her time which is what I liked the most. Ive been back with her its been a month and I highly recommend HER and the place! it doesnt have that stingy nail salon smell.

They were good when we first went a year ago, but now theyre constantly in a hurry to get the job done. My mom and I get acrylic nails with gel, and when we leave the gel is already coming off. Not chipping, but that it wasnt under the UV light long enough. We just got a pedicure done, and they didnt do the full job as listed on the paper.

Just walked in to fancy nails and literary no one in that store greeted us it was me my 2 year old and my mom...only one person greeted us and it was a young girl.. I thought that was so rude.

I see Terry there and he is the fastest perfectionist Ive ever seen. My nails the way I wanted them. And he offered to make a change if I wanted more rounding but recommended square ends for typing. Turns out he was exactly right. I expect there are others there who are also excellent. They all appear to take pride in their work.

One of the ladies there, approached me saying“You can not leave if we don’t undo your nails!”, because she thought I didn’t pay anything for their work but I was charged for half of the price because nails looked bumpy and missed spaces I asked them to do them right even if I had to pay the full amount but they denied it. My nails were done on a rush, having as a result a very unpleasant experience and horrible nail job. This is a place where they need to reinforce their employees to know the value of a customer. All I can say is that everybody should get for what they pay for and not walk out of there unhappy and don’t come back. You’re time is very important, too don’t waste it in places that are not worth it!

This is truly the best salon ever..... i’ve Gone to many salons already but this is the most accommodating....everyone’s so nice.....Linda does my nails and she is the queen of and dip powder and Q is great with customer service

BEWARE!!! Horrible service. And if you want design make sure you call to see if the 1 person that glues diamonds is here!!!Ive never been to a nail salon that has the most disgusting individuals everI came to get a simple fill white white gel and diamonds“Andy” directly told me he cannot do designs because they are busy and theres no time . I askew of he can just glue diamonds he said no, because he doesnt know how and refused to do so.I was baffled as a diamond just requires glue and clear gel. My 4 yr can do this . I asked ok ill wait for someone and he repeatedly told me that im waisting his timeHe polished paint off one hand and left me bare .I HAVE NEVET BEEN TO SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE . First and last time i come . I was looking for a new salon as i get mine done every 2 1/2 weeks . I am not landing here again.

I initially came here with my family for pedicures and the staff and the pedicures were great. During my second visit to get my mothers and I SNS manicures redone, it was horrible. The woman doing my nails kept calling me picky, she didnt push back my cuticles, was filing my nails roughly without paying attention to what she was doing and did an overall sloppy job. The woman who was doing my mothers nails was very nice but the end product was sloppy as well. I DO NOT recommend this place for SNS manicures at all. Its such a shame because I thought it was going to be better than my SNS done at Tennessee. The owner should really tell the woman from Alabama to pay attention to what she is doing.

Eveytime I go in there my nails are crooked and uneven. One time I asked for a marble design and they said they could do it, I walked out of there with a plain white nail and no design because I had four different manicurists just to finish my hand and every time I showed them a picture they said they could do it . I’ve had nails pop off on the same day I got them done I went back to get it fix and I was told I’d have to pay $10 more to get it fixed for one nail !! There pedicure are nice but sometimes they leave you food soaking for an hour !!! I tired to give them a chance but everytime I walk out unhappy and unsatisfied, paying $60 for nails I don’t love

Great salon nice people, attention to detail and great service... Of all the salons in the desert this may well be the best.

I like that who ever starts on YOU, will stay with you until the end. Love the foot rocks and hot towel for the legs, thats what keeps me referring more people.

The worst nail salon I have ever experienced. I had the most painful acrylic fill as the electric smoother was kept on my nails too long causing a lot of heat. It continued through out the fill.The person who did my nails was unfriendly, and did not seem to care whether I experienced discomfort. Not a good experience,

Horrible experience.....the guy did my nails ugly & not what i asked. When i told him i didnt like them it wasnt how i wanted ...he got defense & told me in a strong tone & loud yes it was.Not even his coworker like them.The nail tech is an older guy.

After making an appointment for two pedicures, they one did one and made my friend soak her feet for an hour before being seen.

I went to get a fill and of course I always get gel acrylic because they’re supposed to last long but my gel polish is literally peeling off. I don’t like how they took care of my nails.
