I took my ring to Ralph here at La Quinta Jewelry to have a missing diamond put back in it and to have the remaining diamonds re secured. He did a wonderful job! He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be going back again!

Do not take your rolex here. Totally rip you off. Poor workmanship as well. They actually wiped off some markings on the face of my president watch. Then wanted to charge me $2,000.00 to replace it.

I love this Jewelry store. Their repair prices are the most reasonable and the work is beautiful. I will only go to La Quinta Jewelry for all my jewelry needs. Highly recommend La Quinta Jewelers. Ive brought my watch in for various things from batteries to a new band. My watch is an inexpensive one, so that I dont worry about it getting damaged at work or anything. And the repair prices Ive paid here are always inexpensive as well. They are very courteous, never treat me any differently for not having a fancy watch, and the work is always done incredibly quickly. Cant say enough good things about them.

I couldnt be happier with La Quinta Jewelers and Ralph, the owner. The gold band on my grandmothers antique gold and diamond ring broke and I didnt know where to go, as we are snowbirds here every year and have never needed a jewerly repair. I went in and metRalph and he was SO helpful, kind, trustworthy and reasonable. He fixed my ring in two days and I am very happy! Thank you Ralph! I am going to bring in my wedding ring to have him put new prongs in and hopefully a new diamond! To charge someone to simply pop the back of a watch open is just stingy and greedy, no wonder its empty.

I brought 2 Rolex watches in for service, Ralph did a fantastic job! Compared to the expensive place on El Paseo, Ralph was friendly and reasonable. (Unlike El Paseo Rolex dealer) He did not try to up-sell us, as did the Rolex dealer on El Paseo, and had our watches ready in 1 week. (Unlike the quote I received from the Rolex Dealer on El Paseo who quoted 6 weeks, and the price at $ 650.00, to start)Also, Ralph was genuine and honest in his work. The watches are running great, with a one year warranty. Thank you Ralph!
