When I came in to Spectrum, I signed in and was 7th in line. It didnt take long before being helped, Id say about 20minutes. At first it was only 2 staff members available and gradually turned into 4 before It was my turn.Rose helped me and was really nice and patient with resolving my issue of the day which was making international calls. Overall happy and pleased with my visit.

Extremely long wait. Only two people helping and the office is full of like 15 people they take 15 to 30 minutes with each customer. Very poor customer service good thing i cancelled!!!

While phones and technology always seem to give me the absolute run-around, my experience working with Rose to sort out some Spectrum mobile details was phenomenal. Rose has been a great help to me and my family through some technology-turbulent times. Her attentiveness, kindness, and help really made my experience a whole lot easier. Shes great and youll be lucky to work with her!

This place had always been short staffed pre-covid, now during the whole mess of covid its worse. Long wait times and not enough sitting areas. I get how they are trying to be modern and welcoming but get more chairs. Put something entertaining on the TV. The staff has always been helpful, they are trying their best.And maybe if they pay the staff more the team would be productive but what do I know? Im just a simple human with no knowledge and whining on the reviews.

Horrible customer service. 1 person working and helping a customer mean while me and 5 other people walk in. No one greets or lets us know to sign in on the kiosk. Finally another employee comes out and says we have to sign in. When I was the first one in here, I go to sign in just to have 3 People ahead of me now. Then the 1 employee that’s was here when I first comes in leaves n now again with just 1 employee. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

I have been here for more than 45 min. There is only 1 person available to help. And there is 5 people waiting to be helped. Literally there is 1 couple being helped and there seems to be nothing being done. Such a disappointment. This store is slow.

Easy to find and easy to park, right accross the parking lot of LQ Costco. Wait time was about 10 mins (with appointment), and the service agent was helpful and kind.

Sold my place, called to cancel, went 3 times to return equipment but there was so many people and only 1 person working. Had to come back, final time I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Returned my equipment, verified I did not have a balance due and went on my day. Now Spectrum is saying I owe and that there wasnt any notes that I closed my account and immediately trying to send to collections. Spectrum is hard up right now, be careful. The name on the receipt I was given does not match the name Spectrum has on file. Shady practices and the service is sub par.

Came in to swap a modem. 12 people ahead of me. Two people working. Hour later the same people are being helped. Workers are chatty and slow. What a shame. Now 24 people on the waitlist. Just crazy. People waiting are getting cranky!

I have reliable GB speed here now, but only after the sales team promised (absolutely sure) that they could deliver a 400MB/Sec minimum on their second tier plan. I got consistently 10-20MBs instead. They never acknowledged this mistake and still made me pay an upgrade fee to go to Gigabyte speed. Then, they never cancelled my old service at prior address and called to collect on it before I even realized their mistake. After that was resolved (a year after, actually) that account went to collections. Again, was not aware of it until I went to buy a house and saw that it had impacted my credit. No apology, no acknowledgement of the mistake, or lack of contact. Still not assured that they can fix my credit. Poor training on the sales and support desks, I think, and an overall lack of customer empathy from my perspective.

I went there on a Sunday (12/27/20) at around 3 pm and the two female employees were clueless as to how to manage the sudden increase in customers. One employee took a very long time talking to a customer who just wanted information on the wireless services and ended up not signing up anyway. The other also took her time explaining how to use the remote. It took me about 45 minutes just to exchange an old modem. When I was next in line, both employees were not even acknowledging me and then finally asked me if I have a reservation or if I registered up front and I felt like they even wanted me skipped for Hispanic-looking customers. They only took me in when I told them my name is up next in their monitor above. When I told an employee about the lack of info in front of the store to sign up or register first before lining up, she reasoned out that the administration has been slow to act upon it and said it has been a long problem of the store. I told her that I was just asking about a printed sign in front about it. The other employee was rude and told me not to have an argument because she is with customers who speak Spanish like her. I really think these two should have more training in customer service and realize that they should treat their customers equally.

Very very disappointed on the way they treated me here at la quinta location they make mistakes on your account then they ask you to call at costumer service to fix it my self I call got transferred to 3 different people i was 1 hour on the phone and costumer service don’t know how to fix those mistakes and then I went back to to the store to tell them they got mad at me and they basically told me that I need to call them again and ask for a supervisor baaaadddddd baaaadddd

Great atmosphere and even better service. The very nice lady whos name starts with a K gave me service l havent had in awhile. I went there for one thing. She offered other stuff but didnt pressure. Ill be going back to pick up some new cell phones and more. They were following the covid protocol to the T. I was bery impressed.

Took way too much time to simply return equipment. My recommendation: one employee should be designated to handle equipment exchanges/returns. I had to wait almost 50 minutes while people in front of me went through the whole phone purchase process. Mine was a 2-minute transaction. Not pleased.

Its a little better then before now they have more employees out on floor then before, bit why the 3 star you asked? Well Ill tell you is because they make you pay your payment on a kiosk machine instead of the person. Most of the time the machine wont work when you press the buttons. But still little better than before.

This location offers extended hours during the week till 8 p.m., there is plenty of room for social distancing, and meticulously clean. The staff is customer service oriented, reducing lobby wait time.

Forced to return a cable setup that we never ordered. Called to get a quote on service and was set up even though we explicitly stated we were NOT interested in setting up now. My initial reaction is that they must meet sales quotas and your No is not in the equation. June 17 update: weve just received a bill for our supposed cable account $170.00. No help via their wonderful phone customer service schlepped from one dept to another. More time on hold than getting to talk to people who are sorry to say a bit clueless on how to remedy this situation that their company created. We will be forced to now go to their service center and deal with that aspect of The Spectrum Ordeal wheres the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Martin for making our hopefully last visit to spectrum a pleasurable experience.

I am a new customer and all I needed was to pick up equipment. I got there at 9:45am, they open at 10am. Line was out in the Costco parking lot. Waited over an hour to just pick up 2 boxes. I then was directed to another line where I had to wait to pay at a machine instead of paying at the desk where I was helped. Beyond frustrating!
