We are very happy with our recent visit by Marcos from C.V. Pool Services! We had questions with our combination pool/spa automation system, and wanted to have the system looked at. Marcos answered all of our questions, and then provided us options on how our automation system was setup vs. how we were trying to operate it. He then was able to connect our pump to our automation system and confirm that everything was working for a very fair price and within the same morning. Marcos was very friendly and professional, and we will definitely be contacting C.V. Pool Services for future needs!

C.V. Pool Service was sent out to our Rental home by First American Home Protection Company. The Service Tech said the Brain Board was not covered. Which is strange since the pool equipment is supposed to all be covered. I tried to reach out to the service tech to find out what the problem was. He did not answer his phone. His voicemail was full. I sent him a text message. It has been a week & no response from C.V. Pool Service nor First American Home Protection

After being railroaded by my home warranty company and other pool companies to get absolutely now where. Marco came out diagnosed the issue and fixed it that week. I had been quoted $3,000 by another company to fix my control panel, another Company said nothing was wrong with it and then Marco diagnosed on the spot, had me on text, gave me a quote of $791 on the spot. I couldnt be happier. Not only did he fix that issue he also fixed the issue with my control valves that were installed backwards by the pool company that installed my new heater in Feb 2019. My gas bill was over $600 and the company that installed it once again said nothing was wrong. Well it was, Marco fixed the problem on the spot.

Its very hard to find reliable and honest service out here in the desert. Marcos definitely proved me wrong. His dedicated customer service and knowledge is one of a kind.

Marco gave me an estimate, we shook hands on the price and the deal, he mailed me the contract, and then this guy systematically kept asking for more money up-and-above what he contracted after we sealed the deal. Even though I knew what Marco was doing was unscrupulous, opportunistic and wrong, I still agreed to the increases just to get the work done as I was on a timeline, and then the guy just walked off the job without notice because he found a better opportunity to make money! I have the record of text messages to prove everything I am communicating, and the entire chain of events are secured on my Cloud surveillance account. Consumer beware! Marco is not honest or professional. He does not keep his word- He will try to squeeze you for more money, and If he finds a more lucrative job, he will just leave you high-and-dry regardless of your agreement.
