Agree with most of the negative reviews here. Extremely hard to get a hold of anyone, phone or email. My property closed 2 weeks ago, still waiting to get funds. No excuse for that.

A lengthy process due to a loan broker, and a crazy lender... But, Jaclyn Kelley at cv escrow is the bomb! All communication was handled quickly and efficiently. Jaclyn was on top of it all, all calls and emails were answered, when Jaclyn said she would take care of something, she did. All escrow companys have many hoops to jump through but this company does not do a good job at it. Communication is not on their agenda phone calls are transferred to voice mail and return calls are not returned in any kind of a timely manner. RE Transactions are difficult enough. They do not seam to go the extra mile for the client. I would not recommend this company to clean our toilets. I would rather cancel a RE sale than work with this company again. I should have known better because the RE agent that insisted on this company also has a COMMUNICATION DEFICIENCY ORDER ALSO. I RATED THIS COMPANY 1 STAR BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY WAY I COULD POST THIS REVIEW.

The service from this escrow company is beyond POOR! Please avoid this escrow company if possible. Terrible communication and transnational skills.
