We rented LQ 125 at Legacy Villas. The property was outstanding. Spacious rooms, Great kitchen and views. Quiet and clean. Overlooked the pool. Royale arranged everything. Professional and organized. We will book this trip again.

I was on vacation over the Memorial day and needed a place to stay in the desert. I contacted Royale Vacation Rentals and they took care of the rest. They accommodated me in a beautiful 3bedroom, 3 bath villa with an amazing view. The whole experience was amazing. They were professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend you using them on your next vacation get away. I will definitely use them again.

We come to the Desert every year and have been renting at PGA West for the last few years. We are also vacation rental home owners on the Oregon Coast. It is painful when you/we have cancellations. I already have cancellations for my home in Gearhart, OR for this coming August if, you can believe that. However, sometimes we all have to do the right thing. We both have had to refund renters - but it will come back to us and we will all get thru this. (We are all fortunate to have the luxury of a vacation rental) I promise we will request your unit for the same time next year. If you ever want to rent along the north Oregon Coast please reach out. Well be there. Also, Makayla represented you very well. Extremely understanding and efficient. Legally you were not bound to refund us - but you did and you will be rewarded. Used RVR for a weekend getaway...and they were friendly, reliable, and flexible to our needs. We stayed at the Legacy Villas and had the most amazing time! Check in and check out was very easy! The sheets they used were sooo comfortable, and when your on vacation..thats a plus!!! Highly recommend them...you wont be disappointed👍

I worked with Royale Vacation Rentals for a corporate event hosting Clients and unfortunately was extremely disappointed in the terrible service they provided. The house was dirty with broken curtains. The company was slow to respond, while being rude at the same time. They were extremely rude about day guests coming to the property, while we rented a house in the same neighborhood from someone else and had a much more positive experience. Additionally, its been over a month and they have yet to send any note back on a $3,000 refundable damage deposit. Do yourself a favor and rent directly from owners vs. going through this company.

I LOVE Royale Vacation Rentals. Ive used them now for about 4 years, and every year they are amazing to work with. Their small but mighty team is always available, super thorough and solution oriented. Their supply of houses is my favorite in the area for Coachella.Its worth noting that since these are luxury houses owned by individuals and its over a festival weekend, the community organizations these houses are in can be very strict about guests coming into the neighborhood and home. This is totally outside the control of Royale, though Ive found they always do their best to educate me on the particular rules and try to help wherever they can.They also came in clutch last year when the house I booked had a flood and was unrentable. They were able to find an amazing place (from someone who I believe actively didnt rent over Coachella weekends) and saved the day.As long as Im going to Coachella Ill be working with their team!

We rented a house from royale vacation rentals and it was the most disgusting experience ever, the house was infested with roaches, bugs and filthy. They are unprofessional and no customer service oriented.
