Fantastic work for a great price! Very friendly staff members. I spoke with Bianca and she was very knowledgeable with what I needed done to my wedding dress.

This was the worst experience I have had at a dry cleaners. Upon first walking in, I spotted several bugs on the floor. The employees seemed extremely unconcerned. There was also a foul smell in the facilities. I still decided to give the place a chance and give them my clothes. I spoke with the owner, John, who was anything but helpful. He completely excused my concerns and was not friendly to speak with.Upon returning to pick up my clothes, they had somehow managed to lose one of my shirts. I was not compensated for this mistake, nor did the employees seem to care. The entirety of my experience was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way in which John handled the business. A business owner should be more caring and willing to help the customers. If you so choose to use this dry cleaner, good luck.

I have to give Jonathans Cleaners Five PLUS Stars for his excellent customer service! I had a concern about a piece of clothing that I had brought in. Jonathan immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. He is a great example of an owner that cares about his customers and is quick to remedy the situation.I would hope other small business owners would follow his example.

Jonathans Cleaners exceeded my expectations for a dry cleaner. All I want from a cleaner is for the staff to be friendly and professional, the job to be done right, and to be finished in the promised timeframe. Sounds simple but far too often it is not. This place got it right.I recently had a couple of suits that were tossed on the ground by some renters in my vacation home here in the desert. My fault for not locking them away. They were wrinkled and looked like they they were left out in a sandstorm in Thousand Palms. The staff member I dropped them off to went the extra mile to take care of me. My suits were cleaned and pressed very nicely and they were done when they said they were going to be done. Overall I had a great experience and I will definately use them again.
