Farmers has served me for over 40 years. Never, have I considered another carrier for my home and auto coverage. The franchise owner actually said “then maybe you ought to find another insurance agency” when I had asked why can’t your agency just keep taking the money so I gave a credit on my account so I could budget for the next upcoming six month policy so I wouldn’t have to ask my best friend to help pay my insurance.
