My car got towed from my own condo complex at 2 am charged $430 wanted to keep the car for the weekend so they could charge more holding fees had my car stay from 2 am -12:30 pm. Worst experience they charge$195 for the towing$85 for special equipment$65 for storage$85 for gate fee

This place trespassed onto private property at 3am. I accuse this place for Predatory Towing. This company targets low income communities due to them not knowing their rights and knowing they will just pay the $400+ special fees they want to add. The owner admitted They were not here for any car in specific and the owner also admitted nobody have them authorization to come onto private property.My HOA association verbally told this company NOT TO COME and not even a week later they send 2 tow trucks and the owners of ASAP mini spotter vanThis place is a scam and this company needs to be reprimanded for their crimes.

They get negative stars from me. I usually go to the Rosemead or Fremont location. Came here and found our that they gauge on all oil changes. What normally cost $60.00 here was double! Wth?? Tell me after they got started. Wow. Unbelievable terrible service when I brought up the gadget, the little old guy got huffy and annoyed. He did inform me that they are not all the and he can charge what he wants. Really? This is how you treat your community. No thank you. Ill go further out next time.

The staff there told their labor is half an hour 85 dollars，and they asked for total 400 for towing fee，will go to smart court certainly，hope everyone be towed away could have a reasonable price. If not，go to the small court.

Service was okay. Except they wouldnt take my wifes card for payment, because it had to be under the register owners name. Made me walk with an arthritis leg to the nearest gas station, to pull out money, and walk back to pay my bill. Didnt even say thank you. Thats friendly service for you, not!!!

Horrible company! I was parked in guest parking which has a 2hr limit in mobile home parking, manager forget it no help has it out for my family however thank goodness my phone sends me notifications when I arrive home. We call the towing company and the manger says, “Oh my bad we confused you for another car.” Are you kidding? Then the person returning our car says something completely different like, “Well on my time it says you were here over 2 hrs.” Completely rude and unapologetic, you’d think it being their fault that they would be more considerate.

This place is way overpriced doesnt seem fair to pay $315. Enterprise said I could park there over night and these people were quick to get my vehicle. Not cool

Very shady people. Towing cars when it wasnt even authorized by the security people of the property. I truly believe Karma is ab¡+( !-! They towed my mothers car, scratched it, made her pay 400 dollars + extra, and just right now they tried towing my neighbors’ car after it being out there for about 3 minutes, our apartment manager has a vendetta against us so she calls on us, and they park their cars right outside my apartments, absolutely horrendous people, if they damage your car I recommend suing because this cannot be lawfulEdit: they tried towing my neighbor while the place itself was closed

They towed my vehicle last night for improper parking that I understand. But when I come to get my vehicle out my front tires are cambered as if theres damage my transmission is acting funny

They charged me $400, charged me $55 for storage when they had it less than 30 minutes, and $85 for labor. very bad attitude worker there, they broke the car.

Rude people, I live in a mobile home and parked at the office spot for 5 minutes bc I needed my driveway clear and this rude guy is towing my van, like if he was waiting at the corner. We called the office to see if they called and they hadnt, apparently maintenance called. Other people have parked there for way longer and he never tows them. Idk if these people have a grudge or something. He was really rude. And charged us over $100 just to let go of the van. This is not the first time they try to tow our vehicles and they always leave it damaged, this time we didnt give hime time to lift it so I hope there are no damages.

This business is a scam.Under AB 2210, if you spot a tow truck driver taking your car, and the tow truck is still on private property, the driver must release your car to you unconditionally.A tow truck operator who violates this law is subject to a civil misdemeanor, a fine of $2,500, and/or three months in jail. Also, consumers who can prove they have been charged illegal or excessive towing or storage fees are entitled to recover four times the amount of those fees in small claims court.This tow services comes into private property and refuses to drop the vehicle unless they are paid $200 in cash. Call your local police if they refuse to drop your vehicle in private property and contact the better business bureau.

I went on vacation to California about 3 weeks ago and there was an issue with my car. What are the chances of my car breaking down in the parking lot of a towing company? They were so sweet and generous and repaired my car ASAP.

They took my car without any justification from the apartments where I live 1762 neil armstrong montebello CA 90640 I parked it for five minutes in the place where they wash the cars, when I got off with the soap it was gone and when I told the person who took it My car answered ugly and I asked him for the photos and I took one where you can not see anything apart, they expressed themselves badly when I went by the car, they used strong words!

I want to give - (negative) star. Towed my car parked in front of my own garage. It was raining so i did not leave my garage door open. I followed them but i still have to pay $380. What a rip off!!!!

They tow you with their super quiet trucks, you wont even hear them unless you were actually right in front of them. They dont leave a towing notice at all, because apparently theyre not obligated to do that. Then, they charge you with extra fees for having a car with an electronic brake. Beware! When they say ASAP, they really mean it! In less than 10 mins, your car will be gone without a trace.

This company is a total scam. They tow without warning and refuse to take credit card so you cannot dispute the charges. They limit their pick up hours to charge additional fees and claim to have proof yet refuse to show any. I guess its good they are behind bullet proof glass cuz someone would have taken a few of these thrives out by now

These people told my daughters car who is a US Navy veteran when I asked him if I could use my credit card to pay to get her car out they said they could not only the registered owner can use a credit card with their name on it thanks for the appreciation...jk... they dont appreciate anything

Came to pick up car during working hours and waited an hour for somebody to show up. Car was towed wrongfully to begin with and plus I had to wait during business hours to get car. Also, told wrong price on the phone and told much higher at gate. Trash!

You can sue them to request 4 times of the towing fee on small claim court.If they do not accept credit card, you can request 4 times of towing fee or $500 as max.Check your local inbound rate from police station, if they exceed the rate,you can request 4 times of the towing fee they charged you.Without a written authorization, 4 times of towing fee can be requested.I filed small claim with this company. CVC 22658 and AB 2210 as referral.

Sadly got my car towed by this crooks. $275 got charged. Left it over night on a private property on Thursdays night when to pick it up @ 9am next day not even 12 hours and they charge a fortune.

Well to begin with, dont believe a single word they say. I purchased a F150 off of them. They told us car was running good, had current plates, and was a good car overall. They cut all the catalytic converters, had plates from a diffrent car, and water in the engine. Before buying a vehicle from them check if the car plates is the correct one, then go online and search dmv registration fee calculator to get how much the car owes in dmv fees. Then take the car to a mechanic, to make sure the check engine wasnt cut off, then to a muffler shop to make sure all catalytic converters are there and good. Then all said and done make sure the title is good. Really shady and crooked place. Dont buy honestly, even there tow truck service isnt good either.

They are a great service i have to be real now if we do what we have to do like park how we suppose to and not block fire lanes we wouldnt have to hate on business making money think about how much your bill will be if the unit catch fire and the fire department cant get to them fast enough or lets say a baby dies in a fire with the life sentence first offer you going to be wish you paid asap for a tow follow rules and you wont lose.

Guy that we had while working there was great, but they are CROOKS. $275.00 for towing, and they charge you extra for everything. They then are very strict about what you can do with YOUR Vehicle. Also note, that you have rights. You have the LEGAL right to see photos of the issue that caused you to get towed. Average tow is $150.00 this is way above for the exact same service. They also CLAIM to be in the city of industry. They are in La Puente . They are shady. They claim you cant get there by google. You can, but they dont want you to know they arent in city of industry. Tripple AAA wont use them. I had the displeasure of having to see my GF have to deal with them. AVOID.

I took ASAP to small claims court and the judge believed that indeed the tow was unlawful but that the bulk of the liability was on the party who authorized the tow. Since Mark Gonzalez had testified that the property manager had authorized the tow I went after the company and they settled out of court. But there are a few reasons why Mark is not innocent here. The actual written tow authorization came from one Christine Estrada of Cities Parking Enforcement. Now the police tell me that the individual who signs off on the tow authorization form usually works for the tower – shady! Since the parking permit was displayed on the rv mirror and both Mark and Christine had missed it (but the judge didnt), under California vehicle code 22658, once I stepped onto the lot and opened the car and revealed the permit, ASAP had to release the vehicle immediately and unconditionally and Mark did not. This is written in to law specifically to avoid any altercations between you and the tower because lets face it they got your car behind a locked gate in this case unlawfully, your car is your lifeline, youre not in the right frame of mind next thing someones a statistic. The pictures Mark submitted to the judge he admittedly did not take himself and were therefore not admissible in court and while the judge admitted he was not familiar w/ 22658, he still should have known that the pics where not admissible, but it worked in my favor. And finally Mark refused to take credit card payment. I did not see a pay phone on the premise but neither did I ask so I cannot comment on whether ASAP is compliant in that respect. In any case, this tow occurred at a gated apartment complex much different than say a walmart parking lot where the property is private but open to the public. On private property not open to the public as in a residential complex, the tow will fall under a general authorization between the tower and the property owner/investment group etc. All of these laws are covered under CA vehicle code 22658 and I suggest every resident of a large urban city like Los Angeles know these laws inside and out. I hope that by putting my experience out there helps others. God Bless!

Came to get me on fathers day late at night off the 210 in the middle of nothing in Tujunga - great guy- i felt so bad his dinner was interrupted to come get me after a long day of work- -- but when Mark the owner heard i had my babies with me and one was only 4 mos old- he sent his driver ASAP lol like they say!! LET ME JUST SAY TO ANYONE TALKING SMACK I USED MY AAA THRU UNITED TOW LA PUENTE TWICE AND IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO ARRIVE- ONCE THEY SAID SYSTEM DOWN I WAITED 1.5 HOURS FOR A JUMP and the guy was douchy from united--- AAA contracts with the cheapest not the best!!anybody crying over quiet tow trucks or getting towed should probably pay their car note or read the signs posted lol- LOYAL CUSTOMER THANKS ASAP

STAY AWAY!!!!Thse guys are a bunch of crooks!! They damaged my vehicle after towing it and they fit named Mike admitted to it and said they will have it fixed! Tried to call the manager Mark Gonzalez numerous times but all u get are the run around.Ended up filling an insurance claim through their insurance and they lie about it!! Denying they damaged my van! Whatever you do Do not ever let this company touch your car!!

Parked my truck behind my other car to unload some luggage. Next thing you know my truck is towed. They charged me $295 to get it out, charged me $55 for storage when they had it less then an hour; oh and $65 for labor. These people are crooks.
