The young man that did my Nails did a Great Job I Love them. & have gotten nothing but Compliments on them.I havent gotten my Nails done in so long it was really hard for me to sit still. But w/ that being said he did an Amazing Job considering how Jittery I was. So Thank You to him.

I was a walk in, but my daughter used to go there and recommended them. I didnt ask for the names of the 2 nice ladies that did my manicure and pedicure. Im happy and will go back because its close to my home.

I was away from home and need of a pedicure. I found this place.I asked for a pedicure and set of nails. I only had a pedicure done. I was asked what color? I asked for a pink with a tip. They said that was only with acrylic. They were unavailable to do it. Only one color. They have very poor service and no customer service. They do what ever they want to you. Not satisfied with anything they did.They speak there language and who knows what there saying. Terrible!!! That is very wrong

Just dnt go there very unprofessional. I literally just walked out of there with this work done. Nail polish seems like my 5 year old did it. I mentioned it to the manager and instead of helping me he got upset. Never going back. Trust me they look worst in person

Queen nails has the rudest workers. I was waiting for my daughter to donher pedi. I saw 2 ladies at a station that were doing anyone so I asked if I can get a mani while I wait. Should have never asked they began arguing with in them in their language. No one ever answered me if I could or not. I didnt want one anymore after they acted the way they did. A few minutes later I looked over at the ladies and 1 of them put up a sign the read not in service she kept giving the dirtiest look like I was still bothering her to get a mani.

Michelle is the best!! She takes her time and doesn’t rush you out of there.. I do go early before they open and maybe that’s why?? But either way I felt that she took her time and I got what I wanted... she also did my birthday nails almost a year ago and I got compliments left to right... Pricey but nails do last (of course if you take care of them) No bad experience yet but will update if necessary :)

Literally did my toes for 10 minutes . Wouldn’t recommend coming here . I was in no rush at all just wanted to relax and do my nails but they rushed as soon as they saw more people walking in. If you like good service, do not come here .

The man doing my nails was looking at his phone the entire time. One broke the same night bcuz he had done them so thin. The tips over lapped my finger tips. Terrible will not be going back there.

Terrible customer service ! Everyone(employees) there has a horrible attitude as if they don’t even want to be there !!!! I will never step foot in that place again and I recommend no one else does either. 👎🏼

Ive had good and bad experiences. Sometimes the work is really good and sometimes not so much.

Im glad i found this place its pretty good i explain what i want or show a picture and they come out the way i want! Im pretty picky and im always leaving satisfied.

I went on Saturday to get a set of acrylics and they came out horrible. The are lifted cracking and were not made correctly. Will never be going again.

My friend and I went in on Friday and by Saturday our nails already chipped. It was a very big disappointment. I had event and my nails looked horrible.

They will definitely have you feeling like a 👑!!!
