Esther is very very accommodating to the extend shes spreading herself too thin. Last time it took me 4 hours for hair trim and highlight when it cud be done in less than 2hours. I think shes attending to 3 customers at the same time alternately. But you come out of her Salon feeling happy. Thats what matters most.
